Abstract

This research aims to develop a "Digitalize Training Administration" application to support Medan Aviation Polytechnic in realizing the vision of "Smart Vocational Training Centre". This application is designed to replace the conventional education administration system with an integrated system that is easy to use. The research method used is a qualitative approach with a case study as the research design. Data were collected through observation, interview, and documentation. As part of the Medan Aviation Polytechnic, the Aircraft Maintenance Technology Study Program (TPPU) plays an important role in vocational education and has been certified as an Approved Aircraft Maintenance Training Organization (AMTO) by DKPPU. However, the management of AMTO currently faces various challenges that need to be addressed, including issues in administration and accessibility. The implementation of this application has proven to be able to improve the quality of AMTO management in a systematic and organized manner, achieving the expected efficiency. This application simplifies the management of schedules, registration, and monitoring and evaluation of education administration. It is hoped that this application can assist Medan Aviation Polytechnic in improving the efficiency and effectiveness of education implementation, and encourage the formation of a modern and innovative "Smart Vocational Training Centre".

Abstract

Urban farming farmers in Jakarta City, Indonesia are able to survive in the midst of increasing land conversion so that agricultural land is increasingly narrow. The strategy to increase the competitiveness of cultivation technology and digital technology is the main key to its development. The purpose of this study is to analyze the simultaneous and partial effects of competitiveness variables as measured by production, capital and labor on digital technology strategies and their impact on the income of urban farming MSMEs in Jakarta City. The survey research method uses OLS Multiple Regression data analysis techniques for urban farming farmers or MSMEs in the Jakarta City area. The results of the study are that simultaneously products, capital and labor have a positive effect on the strategy for determining digital technology. The competitiveness of capital and labor plays a positive role in determining digital technology, while products cannot compete and have no real effect. Digital technology strategies have a positive impact on farmers' income. The research finding is that urban farming in the city of Jakarta is able to compete with the determining factor being its human resources in implementing digital technology in its farming. Without the application of digital technology will reduce income.

This article embarks on a comprehensive exploration of Norway's responses to the climate challenge, offering a nuanced assessment of climate change impacts, evaluation of mitigation strategies, and analysis of policy responses. The Arctic, with its iconic glaciers, fjords, and delicate ecosystems, bears witness to the unfolding narrative of climate transformation. Our assessment of climate change impacts reveals a landscape in flux, marked by melting glaciers, altered precipitation patterns, and shifting ecosystems. The article delves into the multifaceted implications of these changes, from their ecological consequences to their socio-economic effects on key sectors such as agriculture, fisheries, tourism, and infrastructure. Norway's proactive stance in mitigating climate change emerges through a rich tapestry of strategies. From the development of renewable energy sources to groundbreaking carbon capture and storage (CCS) projects, the nation has harnessed innovation and sustainability to navigate the path toward a low-carbon future. Abstract

Technological developments have made social media a part of people's daily lives. The ability of social media to cross geographical boundaries causes a culture change, especially in cultural integration. This research then aims to look at the role of social media in influencing cultural interactions in society. This research will be carried out using a descriptive qualitative approach. The data used in this research comes from various research results and previous studies that are still relevant. The results of this research then show that the presence of social media makes cultural integration more complicated. The presence of social media plays a key role but also provides new challenges in society. Therefore, the importance of wise use of social media in cultural integration is very necessary. To achieve deeper cultural integration, efforts need to be made to minimize risks such as filter bubbles, polarization, and cultural conflicts that can arise in the digital world.

Abstract

This study focuses on measuring the level of love of money and intrinsic religiosity of village officials that have an impact on village fund accounting fraud. This study aims to (1) determine the effect of love of money on the tendency of village fund accounting fraud (2) determine the effect of intrinsic religiosity on the tendency of village fund accounting fraud (3) determine the effect of love of money and intrinsic religiosity on the tendency of village fund accounting fraud. The analytical tool used in this research is multiple linear regression. Data were collected through observation, interviews and questionnaires. The population of this research is the village apparatus of West Insana and Central Insana sub-districts of North Central Timor Regency. The number of samples in this study were 54 people. The results of this study indicate that love of money has a positive effect on the tendency of village fund accounting fraud and Intrinsic Religiosity has a negative effect on the tendency of village fund accounting fraud.

Abstract

Traditional public businesses often prioritize profit over other things. This often causes significant negative impacts on the environment and surrounding natural resources. One step to overcome this problem is through the Zero Waste Business Model. This research aims to see how regenerative business models can be implemented through innovation and collaboration. This research will be carried out using a descriptive qualitative approach. The data used in this research comes from the results of relevant previous studies and research. The results of this research highlight the importance of cross-sector collaboration in achieving zero waste and regenerative business goals, as well as the role of innovation in supporting change towards sustainable business. In addition, this research also identifies the obstacles faced in adopting sustainable business models, including policy and regulatory constraints as well as internal challenges within the organization.

Abstract

This study examines the effect that organizational support and organizational culture have on increasing the loyalty of millennial employees at PT. Mandiri Tunas Finance. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method. When collecting the required data, researchers will distribute questionnaires to research samples. Related to this, the population of this study are employees of PT. Mandiri Tunas Finance as of January 2022 aged <35 years, where based on calculations carried out using the formula in accordance with the guidelines for determining the sample in the Structural Equation Modeling study, there were 70 samples. After getting responses from 70 samples, the researcher will recapitulate the data from the respondents. After that, the researcher will analyze the research data using the Structural Equation model. The results of this research show that Organizational Support has an effect on Organizational Culture. Apart from that, Organizational Culture can also increase Millennial Employee Loyalty. Finally, Organizational Support has no effect on Millennial Employee Loyalty, while Organizational Culture can mediate the influence of Organizational Support on Millennial Employee Loyalty.
