Abstract

The application of the principle of justice in providing compensation in the National Police is an interesting thing to discuss. With the enactment of the new ASN Law, which in detail explains the rights of civil servants and PPPK to support the transformation of employee welfare, of course, this is a challenge for the National Police in promoting a better compensation system that implements and prioritizes the Principle of Justice. With this method, it is expected to provide a comprehensive and comprehensive picture related to the system of providing compensation and performance allowances within the National Police. The results showed that remuneration was considered unable to appreciate the expertise of members in carrying out their daily duties. Some members with certain skills, that other members do not have, are not distinguished, so they are given the same reciprocity. In addition, in some cases, the calculation of remuneration is more emphasized on administrative aspects, such as absenteeism, without taking into account more deeply the performance and achievements carried out by each personnel every day The National Police is expected to have strategic steps in optimizing the compensation system for all its personnel, by paying attention to and evaluating the compensation system both in the form of improving the performance management system and evaluation of existing positions in the National Police agency. This is certainly a positive step in reforming the compensation system that has been imposed by the National Police.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has hit the entire world, including Indonesia, causing severe impacts on the social and economic sectors. Electronic or non-cash money payment systems have progressed along with the development of information technology, in line with the increase in users and service providers of electronic money payment systems. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of QRIS transaction implementation during the Covid-19 pandemic. Qualitative research is used to bring researchers closer to the phenomenon studied, especially in the context of using QRIS by micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) engaged in food sales. Based on the results of the analysis that has been conducted, the impact of implementing QRIS during the Covid-19 pandemic is as follows: 1) At first, many merchants and the general public did not fully understand the features and benefits of the QRIS program. Hence, the installation of QRIS-based payment gateways for merchant transactions still experienced obstacles. The use of QRIS has not become common because many individuals still do not have an application to carry out these transactions, and sometimes problems related to QR code inaccuracies also become obstacles. 2) Some MSME merchants agree to use QRIS as a payment method because it is more economical and helps reduce the risk of spreading Covid-19. 3) One of the main advantages of using QRIS is the very low transaction fee, only one rupiah. The use of QRIS also provides convenience because it does not require large amounts of cash, and transactions can be completed quickly and safely without the need to carry cash. In addition, no physical interaction is required, which helps reduce the risk of spreading Covid-19. However, there are several disadvantages to using QRIS, including a limit on the number of transactions of up to 2 million rupiah and problems with an unstable internet connection that can limit the use of this system. This shortage may be unavoidable because using QRIS requires internet access and quota for transactions, and there can also be inventory problems in stores.

Abstract

Measuring usability is an essential task to ensure that an application is accurate, has adequate speed, and also to ensure compliance with user needs. The usability of software plays a primary role in the quality perceived by its users. However, various definitions and related attributes indicate that there is still no standard in this regard. The main objective of this paper is to present the results of a literature review, aiming to showcase all relevant definitions of usability and related attributes introduced to date. This comprehensive view, depicted through a knowledge map based on time, provides an understanding of the observed evolution on one hand, and also serves as a guide for usability measurement attributes on the other hand, to address some non-functional requirements.
