Abstract

The most common microvascular complication is diabetic nephropathy. Coriander is traditionally used as a stimulant, carminative, anticonvulsant, diuretic and antirheumatic, antiemetic and has potential as an antioxidant. Thus, the authors were interested in exploring the effectiveness of coriander seed sonification (Coriandrum sativum L.) on complications of diabetes mellitus in alloxan-induced male rats as experimental animals, especially on kidney micro-vascularization. This study was an experimental study. In this study, sonification of coriander seeds was carried out using a sonicator. All rats in this study were induced by injection of 5% alloxan, then grouped into 5 different groups including: control (Na-CMC), standard (metformin), coriander seed sonification 200 mg/kgBW, 400 mg/kgBW, and 800 mg/kgBW. The measured parameters in this study were GFR and uACR. The results revealed that the coriander seed sonification in this study significantly increased the GFR value and reduced uACR in line with the increase in the administered dose of coriander sonification (p value < 0.05). Hence, it can be concluded that coriander seed sonification has a protective effect against kidney damage due to diabetes.

Abstract

The increasing rate of Candida resistance against pharmacological drugs has become a particular focus in the medical world, especially considering the high mortality rate due to systemic infections caused by Candida. It is evident that the urgency of developing alternative medicines applies for potential natural ingredients like propolis. This literature review aims to discuss the antifungal effectiveness of propolis against C. albicans which is described by the MIC (minimum inhibitory concentration) and MFC (minimum fungicidal concentration) values from the test results. The search for relevant literature was conducted using the Google Scholar, ScienceDirect, and PubMed databases using the keywords "Propolis AND MIC AND MFC AND Candida albicans". There were nine articles that had been adjusted to the inclusion and exclusion criteria based on the PICOS Framework. The propolis in the article uses various solvents with various extraction methods, and various antifungal tests are carried out on standardized and clinical isolates of C. albicans. All the reviewed articles consistently support the finding that propolis has a strong ability to inhibit the growth and kill the pathogenic fungus C. albicans. The lowest MIC value found was 0.06 μg/mL, and the MFC value was 0.121 μg/mL. Propolis has potential as an ingredient that can be further developed as a non-pharmacological therapy for pathogenic fungal infections.

Abstract

Computer network is never separated with configuration which is the main task which has to be done in order to make it work. As we know, to configure some devices either server, switch, or router has several methods if we understand how we communicate with the system. Configuration on routers and switches is currently still conventionally done, which means that to configure routers or switches one by one. This is very inefficient, because if the routers and switches that you want to configure are carried out in hundreds or many routers, then the time required by a network administrator is very long. Therefore, network automation is needed which is a solution to perform these complex and repetitive tasks. This automation can help network administrators to configure networks with many devices at once and minimize errors that occur when configuring in a short time. Repetitive work such as configuration backups, configuration restores, and others can be automated. In this project create a web-based network administration automation application. For application development using the Kano method to identify application requirements, design, build and implement applications, this application utilizes the main library, namely paramiko as a liaison and network automation from servers to network devices using the SSHv2 protocol and the Django framework as a Web developers. For the tests carried out on the application using the Black-Box Testing method. The results of this project application can be used as network automation in terms of configuration of network devices such as router configuration, switch configuration, backup and restore configuration centrally so that they can be managed better. This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the category of each feature in a network automation application, the results of this study obtained priority ospf dynamic routing configuration features that entered Must be with a satisfaction level of 0.4285 if implemented and a disappointment level of -0.4285 if this feature not stated, while for the ip address configuration feature, and the On-Dimensional Login feature with a satisfaction level of 0.5713 and a disappointment level of -0.5713 if this feature is implemented, unlike the PIM routing feature configuration feature and the Indifferent configuration verification feature, which for this feature is not often used.

Abstract

The development of high-rise apartment buildings is an alternative solution to meet the housing and settlement needs. After the enactment of the Job Creation Law (UUCK), the Government issued Regulation No. 18 of 2021 concerning Management Rights, Land Rights, High-rise Apartment Units, and Land Registration. In this regulation, the period of Building Use Rights (HGB) over Management Rights (HPL) can be granted for 80 (eighty) years for the construction of high-rise apartments. This study was conducted to determine whether granting HGB over HPL for 80 (eighty) years is appropriate to be implemented and whether it potentially threatens the safety and environmental security of the high-rise apartment residents. The study results show that based on the prevailing regulations, granting HGB over HPL for 80 (eighty) years is appropriate because there is periodic inspection of the feasibility of the function every 5 (five) years as a requirement for certificate of feasibility of function (SLF) extension. However, in terms of building reliability, granting HGB over HPL for high-rise apartments for 80 (eighty) years still potentially poses a threat to the safety and environmental security of the residents because the building's capability will decrease in strength that affects the building's reliability. Another risk arises because the sanctions given for the negligence of periodic inspections on the building's reliability in the process of extending SLF are only in the form of administrative sanctions, so more severe sanctions such as criminal sanctions need to be imposed on violators.

Abstract

At a meeting of environment ministers ASEAN Sub Regional Ministerial Steering Committee on Transboundary Haze Pollution (MSC), Malaysia urges Indonesia to resolve the haze problem by forest fires causing health problems to society and a number of harmful interference Malaysia and Singapore. This leads to the creation of national and international instruments to prevent and control transboundary haze pollution by forest fires. This writing uses a normative legal research method. It also uses cases that refer to cases of forest fires which have occurred as well as the statutory approach that analyzes national laws and international instruments. This writing discusses two main issues, namely: Indonesia responsibility by national law and international environmental law on transboundary pollution by forest fires and Indonesia law action related responsibility on transboundary pollution by forest fires. As for the conclusions that can be drawn are as follows: 1) That Indonesia's responsibility can be carried is increase forest protection efforts, apply sanctions in assertive, give some information and education about dangerous air pollution, responsibility in morals, oversee climate change, and more selective to give permission in forest exploitation. 2) Indonesia legal action related to responsibility can be seen by policy and Indonesia steps and enforcement in resolving forest fires. One of Indonesia's legal actions to resolve forest fires is the issuance of a presidential decree or the Presidential Instructions of the Republic of Indonesia number 11 years 2015 concerning Improvement of Fire Control. This instruction sets government officials to resolve and teamwork and increase law enforcement and assertive sanctions for forest fires activity
