Abstract

 Abstract: The intense competition in the business world, especially cooperative financial institutions, is intended to have a value to be able to achieve the goals of the organization and be able to face competition in a fast-paced and digital era. The role of human resources that is owned greatly determines the direction and goals of institutions because humans are the driving force of the speed of the business so that good performance is needed to achieve goals rather than institutions. The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of competence and motivation on employee performance through job satisfaction of KSP employees. Citra Buana Raya. The population in this study were all KSP employees. Citra Buana Raya. The number of samples used was 45 people where the sampling technique used was saturated sampling where the entire population was sampled. The results of the research obtained from the SEM PLS analysis were that competence and motivation had a positive and significant effect on performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable.  Abstrak: Pesatnya persaingan dunia usaha khususnya lebaga keuangan Koperasi, dituntuk agar memiliki suatu value untuk mampu mencapai tujuan dari organisasai dan mampu menghadapi persaingan di era yang serba cepat dan digital. Peran sumber daya manusia yang dimiliki sangat penentukan arah da tujuan daripada lembaga karena manusia merupakan penggerak roda dari lajunya usaha sehingga sangat diperlukan kinerja yang baik untuk tercapainya tujuan daripada lembaga. Tujuan dilakukan penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi dan motivasi terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui kepuasan kerja dari pegawai KSP. Citra Buana Raya. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seleuruh karyawan KSP. Citra buana Raya. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebesar 45 orang dimana tehnik sampling yang digunakan yaitu sampling jenuh dimana seluruh popuasi dijadikan sampel. Hasil penelitia yang diperoleh dari analisis SEM PLS yaitu kompetensi dan motivasi berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja melalui kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel interveningKeywords:      competence, motivation, job satisfaction and performance

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe success of the LPD of the concept and establishment and management of the LPD which is extracted from the local and cultural wisdom of the Balinese people who are based on togetherness, kinship and mutual cooperation. The idea of the LPD is rooted in the customs and culture of the Balinese people. The cause of the LPD's success also comes from the pattern of community-based management based on family values and mutual cooperation in the framework of Balinese customs and culture. The community in Desa Pakraman is the owner and manager of the LPD who performs tasks and functions in the bond of commitment to prosperity and mutual progress. With a variety of local wisdom services provided by the LPD to its customers, making these services felt comfortable and not rigid in regulations as applied in banking. As a result of the comfort and trust given by customers to the LPD Sibetan, LPD performance has increased along with customer trust. Besides that, the number of assets owned by the LPD has increased.

Abstract

ABSTRACT               The research objective was to find out to determine the effect of green marketing on consumer behavior, influence of brand quality on consumer behavior, influence of brand quality on purchasing decisions, influence of green marketing on purchasing decisions, influence of consumer behavior on purchasing decisions, consumer behavior on the influence of green marketing on decisions purchase, knowing the mediation of consumer behavior on the effect of green marketing on purchasing decisions, knowing the mediation of consumer behavior on the influence of quality brands on purchasing decisions Data collection using semantic difference scale questionnaire. The research method used purposive sampling and accidental sampling using 140 people. Analysis method using SPSS 22. Using AMOS computer application version 22. The results of this study show that green marketing and quality brands have a positive and significant effect on consumer behavior, consumer behavior and brand quality have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, green marketing has a non-significant positive influence on purchasing decisions, consumer behavior can mediate the influence of green marketing and brand quality on decisions purchase at nike.

Abstract

The Influence of Computer Attitude, Computer Self Efficacy, and Trust on the Interest of Using Accounting Software at LPD in Denpasar. Denpasar City is one of city in Bali that still makes the LPD (Lembaga Perkreditan Desa) a business entity that can improve people’s welfare. Denpasar City’s LPD is a financial institution that utilizes accounting software in processing data and transactions. The use of accounting software in the Denpasar City’s LPD is very operational in accommodating all information and producing reports quickly and accurately so that they can be useful in decision making. This study aims to determine the effect of whether Computer Attitude, Computer Self Efficacy, and Trust towards the Interest Using Accounting Software. The theory used in this study is the theory of Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). This study was carried out in all LPD in the city of Denpasar. The population in this study were employees who using accounting software. Based on the population, sample were selected through simple random sampling, while 60 employees taken as sample by using of formula Slovin. The data collected by documentation and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used are descriptive statistics and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study are: 1) computer attitude do not have impact on interest using accounting software. 2) computer self efficacy has a positive and significant impact on the interest using accounting software 3) trust has a positive and significant impact on the interest using accounting software. 4) computer attitude, computer self efficacy, and trust have a positive and significant impact simultaneously on the interest using accounting software.Keywords: Computer attitude, computer self efficacy, trust, and the interest of using accounting software

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan tahapan pengembangan asesmen HOTS dan untuk menguji kelayakan asesmen HOTS mata pelajaran matematika kelas IV di Sekolah Dasar. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan soal tipe High Order Thinking Skill (HOTS) pelajaran matematika materi Bangun Datar di kelas 4 Sekolah Dasar. Menganalisis (C4), Mengevaluasi (C5), dan Mengkreasi (C6) merupakan bagian dari kegiatan berpikir tingkat tinggi atau High Order Thinking Skill (HOTS). Jenis penelitian dalam Pengembangan Asesment Hots sebagai Intrumen Hasil Belajar Matematika Kelas IV Sekolah Dasar pada materi Bangun Datar menggunakan prosedur penelitian dan pengembangan Reseach and Development (R&D) dan Penelitian ini menggunakan model ADDIE yang terdiri dari Tahap Analysis, Tahap Design, Tahap Development, Tahap Implementation dan Evaluation. Tahap ini adalah menghasilkan bahan ajar yang dilakukan melalui penilaian ahli dan praktisi yang diikuti dengan revisi, dan uji coba pengembangan. Merujuk pada hasil penelitian yang telah dilaksanakan, disimpulkan bahwa ahli materi aspek subtitusi pembelajaran diperoleh persentase tingkat pencapaian yaitu 92% yang berada pada kualifikasi sangat baik, ahli materi aspek kontruksi diperoleh persentase tingkat pencapaian yaitu 94% berada pada kualifikasi sangat baik dan untuk pratisi/guru diperoleh hasil persentase tingkat pencapaian yaitu 96% berada pada kualifikasi sangat baik serta diperoleh hasil uji coba instrument dengan kualifikasi validitas soal yang valid, reliabilitas yang sangat baik atau reliable, tingkat kesukaran dengan katagori sedang, tingkat daya beda dengan katagori soal baik dan indek pengecoh soal dengan katagori sangat baik. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengembangan asesmen HOTS mata pelajaran matematika sudah layak digunakan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the guided inquiry learning model based on blended learning and independent learning on the mathematics learning outcomes of fifth grade elementary school students. The research sample was selected by random sampling technique totaling 68 people from 6 schools consisting of 3 experimental classes and 3 control classes. The research design is treatment by level with the test instruments for learning mathematics outcomes and learning independence questionnaires. The learning outcomes data in this study were analyzed using two-way ANOVA, then continued with the Tukey test. All tests were carried out at a significance level of 0.05. The results showed that (1) there were differences in the mathematics learning outcomes of elementary school students who followed the guided inquiry learning model based on blended learning with students who followed the conventional learning model (Sig < 0.05 or 0.017 < 0.05) ; (2) There is an interaction effect between the application of the learning model and independent learning on the mathematics learning outcomes of elementary school students. (Sig < 0.05 or 0.000 < 0.05); (3) There are differences in mathematics learning outcomes between students who follow the guided inquiry learning model based on blended learning and students who follow the conventional learning model in elementary school students who have high learning independence. (Qcount > Qtable or 10.0134 > 2.98); and (4) there are differences in learning outcomes of mathematics between students who follow the guided inquiry learning model based on blended learning and students who follow the conventional learning model in elementary school students who have low learning independence (Qcount > Qtable or 5.1329 > 2.98).

Abstract

These studies aimed to investigate the relationship between transformational leadership on job satisfaction and employee performance. The study adopted a quantitative paradigm with a population of employees at the Investigation Department, Immigration Office in Bali, Indonesia. The questionnaire was spread to 253 employees on intervals time three weeks by the number was responding are 115 employees.  The results revealed that transformational leadership has a significant effect on job satisfactionhowever, no significant impact on employee performance. Job satisfaction has a significant impact on employee performance. Moreover, this research found that job satisfaction played an essential role as a mediating between transformational leadership on employee performance. The implications of the study represent job satisfaction as a critical role and will be discussed.  Whereas, the practical implications concern the importance of administering equity in the transformational leadership values to enhance employee performance.

Abstract

Purpose: (1) Compile a baseline study of the potential of tourist objects and attractions as well as the readiness of community participation in the Community Based Tourism development model and forms of collaboration with relevant stakeholders; (2) Strengthening institutional and community empowerment in developing Kendran Tourism Village, as a community-based tourism village; and (3) Establishment of cooperation models and policies that can be developed by local governments and related stakeholders. Research methods: the method of documentation, questionnaires, interviews, and FGD. The collected data was then analyzed using existing condition analysis techniques, ADO-ODTWA assessment, participatory rural analysis (PRA), SWOT analysis, MACTOR analysis, and MULTIPOL analysis. Findings: Kendran Village as a tourist village, as well as its readiness for development were quite potential. The main policies that need to be prioritized include increasing the capacity of rural communities, strengthening village tourism institutions, packaging attractions / attractions for creating branding, and expanding and maintaining markets. Implications: the development of a single destination tourist village is the creation of branding, while the policy to increase the capacity of rural communities has the highest value in the multiple destination tourist village scenario. Tourism development policy in the Province of Bali refers to the concept of sustainable and quality tourism, through various multi-sector policies.

Abstract

Objective: This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the mediating role of trust in green products regarding the relationship between green product marketing awareness and product innovation on the purchase intention of environmentally friendly products.Methodology: This research is a quantitative research with the object of research are informants who already know as recycled fashion products, environmentally friendly drinking places, tissues, food containers and obtained 300 population data from distributing this questionnaire. The research instrument was distributed using a Google form. Using random sampling technique obtained 100 participants who already represent the representativeness of the data, analyzed by structural equation analysis (SEM) using the Smart PLS applicationResults: The findings of the study indicate that a direct relationship between green marketing awareness and product innovation has a positive influence on product purchase intentions. The direct relationship of trust felt by consumers has a positive influence on product purchase intentions. Mediating role Trust in products is able to mediate in awareness of green product marketing and product innovation on product purchase intentions. This means that the trust of customers must always be maintained in terms of the marketing we do and the products provided.  Conclusion: Customers' trust in products that care about the environment that does not damage the environment is realized by a green marketing system so that this becomes a driving force for customers' buying intentions.

Abstract

This research is aimed to know and understand the prospects of the sector of ecotourism Wanagiri village in a normal new era. To answer research questions, used conducted interviews with informants to understand the prospects of the ecotourism tourism sector in the new normal era. This study uses an ethnographic approach as a variant of the qualitative approach. The data analysis technique in this study was carried out in four steps: data collection, data reduction, data presentation (data display), and conclusion drawing/verification. The validity test of the data in this qualitative research includes the credibility test (credibility), data triangulation, member check, confirmability (objectivity) of the data. The results showed that: First, tourism in the pandemic era cannot run and stop the sector of tourism in Bali, especially in the village of Wanagiri. Wanagiri Village tourism is the value-added for the community's economy because the object of tourist-based nature is located in the village Wanagiri managed by a group of people under the supervision of the Department of Tourism District Buleleng and BKSDA (Agency for Conservation of Resources Power Nature). Encouraging children teens to create innovations to improve the Village Tourism in Rural Wanagiri and improve business locally. Strategy forward to increase the power interests of a Rural Tourism, which is Transport and Connectivity equipped with an extra value package developed by the Bureau of Travel Tourism for people who traveled effective, efficient, and productive.
