Abstract

Gurita merupakan suatu komoditi perikanan yang mudah sekali mengalami kemunduran mutu. Salah satu cara pengawetkan yang tidak merubah sifat alami yaitu pendinginan dan pembekuan. Berdasarkan uraian tersebut maka penulis tertarik dalam penyusunan laporan ini mengangkat judul tentang Penerapan SSOP (Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures) Pada Proses Pembekuan Gurita (Octopus cyaneus) Ball di PT. Prima Global Sukses, Makassar. Kerja Praktik Akhir ini dilaksanakan di PT. Prima Global Sukses. Kegiatan Praktik Akhir ini dilaksanakan pada tanggal 07 Februari 2022 sampai tanggal 05 April 2022. Tujuan dari kegiatan Kerja Praktik Akhir ini yaitu 1. Mengetahui alur Proses Pembekuan Gurita (Octopus cyaneus) Ball di PT. Prima Global Sukses, Makassar. 2. Mampu Mengidentifikasi Penerapan SSOP (Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures) pada Proses Pembekuan Gurita (Octopus cyaneus) Ball di PT. Prima Global Sukses, Makassar. Proses pembekuan Gurita (Octopus cyaneus) ball terdiri 12 tahapan yaitu Penerimaan bahan baku, penimbangan I, Penyiangan, Pencucian, Pencelupan dalam Larutan Chlorine, Penimbangan II, Styling produk ball, Penyusunan dalam Pan, Pembekuan, Pengepakan (Packing) dan Penandaan (Labelling), Penyimpanan dalam cold storage, Pemuatan (Stuffing).  Penerapan SSOP mulai dari Keamanan air dan es, Kondisi dan kebersihan sarana dan prasarana yang kontak langsung dengan produk, Pencegahan kontaminasi silang, Menjaga fasilitas pencuci tangan, sanitasi dan toilet, Proteksi dari bahan-bahan kontaminan, Pelabelan, penyimpanan, dan penggunaan bahan toksin, Pengawasan kondisi kesehatan personil dan Pengendalian pest.

Abstract

      Information technology is growing rapidly with various facilities that can be obtained through various fields of work. Information technology can also be found in the field of work on fishing vessels. One of the means of communication that is being used by Indonesian commercial vessels (excluding fishing vessels) in the last two years is the Automatic Identification System (AIS). AIS is a Maritime Navigation System and Radio Communication. This system aims to improve life safety at sea, safety and efficiency of shipping and protection of the marine environment by communicating navigation information automatically on VHF channels between ships, as well as from ships and shore.     Fishing technology is gradually changing in the use of fishing aids with various ease of operation. Information technology developed by prioritizing easy access to data and information in the use of fishing aids. One of the information technologies used today is the use of AIS devices in ship’s navigation and marking fishing gear that is being operated.  AIS is a maritime navigation and radio communication system. This system aims to improve life safety at sea, safety and efficiency navigation as well as the protection of the marine environment by automatically communicating navigational information on the VHF channel between ships, through AtoN and shore stations. Various technological innovations developed with this AIS device have resulted in AIS hybrid that can be used as a fishing gear, especially as a fishing gear marker      Fishing aids that have been used so far by fishermen in terms of marking fishing gear that are being operated are marker buoys, radio buoys supported by RDF devices. The use of AIS hybrid in fishing techniques with long lines or other fishing gear is one of the technological developments, especially the use of AIS hybrid as a tool or a marker when fishing gear is operated.         The use of AIS hybrid on fishing vessels as a marker for fishing gear has not been widely applied in Indonesia. This needs to be introduced to fishermen or fishing vessel officers as has been used on foreign fishing vessels operating in Indonesian EEZ waters.  In order to avoid errors in accessing AIS data in the vessels tracking lane due to the AIS hybrid, it is recommended that the AIS hybrid MMSI number be issued by the competent authority in accordance with the applicable provisions of the IMO standard.

Abstract

In the midst of the issue of limited natural resources, technological developments and industry, fishermen, especially Krueng Aceh fishermen who use the light fishing system at night to catch fish, have problems because they still use fuel to operate a portable electric generator.Researchers will conduct applied research on alternative electric generators using batteries and utilizing the Flywheel effect, with 48 Volt battery power, against a 36 volt BLDC electric motor and a capacity of 350 watts. This energy source from the battery will be used as the main source.The purpose of this research is to test the performance of an alternative electric generator powered by battery and flywheel without load and using a load (100,200 and 300 Watt AC electric lamps). The method that will be used is a direct test experiment with a light fishing system on a 3 GT fishing vessel Krueng Aceh.The results obtained from testing the performance of a generator without a load using a 37 kg flywheel, 42 cm diameter, 5 cm thick, and a battery voltage of 48 volts with a capacity of 20 Ah, capable of producing an AC output current with a voltage of 220 volts, 1500 RPM rotation, a frequency of 50 Hz. no burden. For testing with a light bulb load of 100 watts, the alternator RPM is 1500, the voltage is 210 Volts. As for the 200 watt load, the 1400 RPM voltage drops to 200 and the 300 Watt load RPM alternator 1200, the voltage is 110 volts.Keywords: Alternator, Battery, Battery Case, Electric Motor Flywheel.

Abstract

Kabupaten Padang Pariaman merupakan salah satu kabupaten yang berada di Pesisir Barat Pulau Sumatera. Kabupaten Padang Pariaman memiliki 3 unit Kecamatan Ulakan Tapakis merupakan salah satu dari enam kecamatan di kabupaten Padang Pariaman yang berada di daerah pesisir. Selain sebagai daerah sentra perikanan tangkap kecamatan Ulakan Tapakis juga menjadi pusat wisata kuliner berbahan baku ikan serta wisata religi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis aspek teknis kegiatan komersial perikanan payang di Ulakan Tapakis, menghitung aspek ekonomi investasi perikanan payang, dan memprioritaskan nelayan Ulakan Tapakis berinvestasi perikanan payang. Dari sudut pandang keuangan dengan menghitung nilai internal rate of return, net present value, payback period, benefit cost. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi kasus deskriptif dan metode survei deskriptif. Pengambilan sampel pengambilan sampel yang bertujuan, dengan membatasi sampel kuota ukuran sampel. Jumlah sampel adalah 7 kelompok nelayan Payang. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis teknikal dan analisis finansial. Temuan berdasarkan analisis keuangan menyimpulkan bahwa usaha penangkapan ikan payang di Ulakan Tapakis layak dengan NPV Rp 7.420.301.729. (NPV = positif); IRR 55,65% (IRR > i); PP 6 tahun 1 bulan: B/C rasio pembayaran 1,48 (> 1).

Abstract

Marine debris is an important issue in environmental problems that can have a negative impact on an area. Motto village, Bitung is one of the centers of activity in the capture fisheries sector. This study aims to identify the characteristics types and density of marine debris found on the coastal of Motto village, Bitung. The research method is through observation and measurement of the type and composition of the weight of marine debris. Data were analyzed using quantitative descriptive analysis. The result showed that the characteristics of the type of marine debris found were macro-sized which divided into 3 categories, namely organic waste, plastic inorganic waste and non-plastic inorganic waste. The density of the amount and weight of marine waste that dominates is the type of organic waste in the form of leaves, namely 0.630 items/m2 and 31.372 grams/m2. The percentage of the relative density of marine debris on the coastal of Motto Village is 69% organic waste, 26% plastic inorganic waste and 5% inorganic waste. The percentage of heavy relative density of marine debris found in the Coastal Village of Motto is organic waste by 84%, plastic inorganic waste by 13% and inorganic non-plastic waste by 3%.
