Abstract

Ulama Special Program (PKU) or Ulama Special Program with the same abbreviation, is a product of the initial Study Program (Prodi) of PKU Tafsir Hadith (TAHA) IAIN Antasari, before becoming UIN since 2005 became a superior program at IAIN, so many typical enthusiasts come from various parts of the island outside Kalimantan. The core of the program is to produce intellectual scholars who are able to combine religious knowledge (Islam and other sciences). Then it developed into PKU AFI (Akidah and Islamic Philosophy) Program with TAHA. Planning and management application and implementation in the field of implementation from student input, implementation and results are not all in accordance with planning and implementative management. Based on the problem of weak methodology of mastering the primacy of memorizing the Koran, mastering the basic science of keushuluddin and the main science of the study program such as the science of Akidah-Tasawuf-Akhlak and the science of logical sources (philosophy), plus there are still weaknesses in mastering the yellow book, English, and others, this study aims to analyze the evaluative recruitment of students, the process of non-regulated and special lectures, special religious guidance, special extra-curriculars, special financial assistance (scholarships) and additional programs in an 'exceptional' manner, so as to be able to produce prospective scholars with the formality of Higher Education. The research method is qualitative by analyzing the application of the program in the field in evaluative studies using observation, in-depth interviews and documentary methods. The results of the input, process and out-put targets, namely, although there are additional mastery such as Islamic boarding schools, yellow books and Arabic in scientific work from the results of the final thesis and coursework. Measured by academic achievement based on IP above 3.30 -3.75 plus. Another finding is the need to improve the jargon, the label of scientific content and the orientation of good morals, the ability to master local content Islamic science, as well as proposing a reformulation program (a more ideal improvement), with a new mission of producing or producing Nusantara-moderate scholars. Abstract

In the current era of digitalization, many phenomena often appear in Indonesia, such as the transformation of the learning system in education that uses technology and internet media more. Today's young Indonesians like South Korean culture which is synonymous with K-pop. The emergence of new habits from today's consumers is to share their experiences online more often in the form of reviews, testimonials, and content. Consumer behavior today is also difficult to predict in purchasing because some consumers tend to buy products or services only based on their brand image and not their functional value. For this reason, this study aims to analyze and test how much influence Brand Ambassador and E-WOM have on Purchase Intention through Brand Image with a population of high school students in South Tangerang who are interested in Ruangguru. This study uses quantitative methods with a descriptive approach and analytical techniques using SEM-PLS with SMART-PLS applications. The results of this study have 243 respondents whose data has been processed and has met the requirements in the study. The statistical test results show that Brand Ambassadors have a significant and positive effect on Purchase Intentions, Brand Ambassadors have a positive and significant effect on Brand Image, E-WOM has a positive and significant effect on Purchase Intentions, E-WOM has a positive and significant effect on Brand Image, Brand Image has a positive and significant impact on Purchase Intentions, then the Brand Ambassadors and E-WOM have an indirect influence on Purchase Intention through Brand Image.

Abstract

This study aims to test the analysis of the effectiveness of motor vehicle insurance at PT. Jasa Raharja branch Medan. Insurance at PT. Jasa Raharja Motor are an effort to protect citizens, especially from the risk of road traffic accidents, to provide compensation to victims of traffic accidents or to their heirs. This research took 4 respondents, consisting of 1 employee PT. Jasa Raharja, and 3 people who were victims of traffic accidents, and received compensation funds. This method uses interview techniques. The interview technique was carried out in an unstructured manner using an interview guide. Research data analysis is descriptive. The results of this research indicate that PT. Jasa Raharja still seems to be good and consistent in carrying out its duties as a fund collector and distributor of traffic accident compensation funds. Traffic accident victims and recipients of compensation funds revealed that PT. Jasa Raharja is satisfied with the services provided. The benefits obtained at PT. Jasa Raharja are indeed effective and efficient because they have achieved the targets desired by PT. Jasa Raharja Branch Medan.

Abstract

This research uses a combined method of observation and interviews to analyze income receipts and methods for recording service income at PT. Auto Jaya Tekno during the 2016-2018 period. Observations were carried out directly on the research object by participating in interactions in the PT's natural environment. Auto Jaya Tekno. Interviews were conducted with op-erational division area managers related to the research to obtain in-depth in-formation regarding the revenue receipt process and methods for recording service revenue. Data collection instruments involve interview and observa-tion guidelines, as well as special formats in tables and forms.Data analysis uses descriptive techniques, utilizing the results of inter-views and observations. Data is constructed to provide an in-depth under-standing of the problem being studied; then, the results are compared with relevant theories. The research results show that PT. Auto Jaya Tekno has successfully implemented the SOP for recording income and costs with con-sistency using the accrual basis method in accordance with PSAK No. 23. Using the Limax system provides the advantage of automatic and simultaneous recording of transactions. The company also continues to implement a credit sales policy by paying attention to the risk of bad debts. Thus, this re-search provides an in-depth overview of revenue receipts and methods of recording service revenue at PT. Auto Jaya Tekno, which can be a founda-tion for companies for efficient and accountable financial management.

Abstract

Profitability is the ability of a company to earn profits during a period. In 2019, the world was hit by the Covid-19 pandemic which caused disruption to the world economy. Researchers want to look for evidence regarding the company's financial, especially the company's profitability during Covid-19 in Indonesia and Singapore. This research aims to analyze and obtain empirical evidence regarding the differences in the profitability of Indonesia’s manufacturing companies and Singapore. The research method uses the Independent Sample t Test of mean difference with samples from manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) and Singapore manufacturing companies listed on the Singapore Exchange (SGX) during 2018–2022. Profitability variables use the Return on Assets (ROA) and Net Profit Margin (NPM) ratios. The research results show that there are differences in the average NPM and ROA between Indonesian and Singaporean manufacturing companies.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors that cause Generation Z employees to choose the profession of amil zakat at Baitulmaal Muamalaat using Abraham Maslow's need theory framework. This study uses a quantitative, non-statistical approach to gain a deeper understanding of the choice of this profession. The research method used was a survey involving Generation Z employees at Baitulmaal Muamalaat. This survey was designed with structured questions related to the factors that influence the choice of profession as amil zakat based on Maslow's theory of needs. Participants were asked to rate the importance of each factor and provide further explanation about their motivation. The data collected from the survey were analyzed qualitatively by identifying common themes that emerged about the motivational factors influencing the choice of this profession. This analysis provides an in-depth understanding of the factors that motivate Generation Z employees to choose the profession of amil zakat. This research contributes to understanding the choice of profession as amil zakat by Generation Z employees at Baitulmaal Muamalaat based on Maslow's theory of needs. Although using a quantitative, non-statistical approach, this research provides valuable insights into their motivation and the factors influencing their decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors that affect the share price of the company PT Indofood Tbk for the period 2012 - 2023. This study uses a type of quantitative research is a research method in which it uses a lot of numbers. The population in this study is the financial statements of PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk in 2012 - 2022 which are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) which have been published. The samples in this study are ROE, ROA, NPM, DAR and the company's stock price. Data analysis was performed using multiple regression analysis. Classical assumption test and hypothesis testing. Data analysis was tested using SPS Version 25 software. The results of this study are as follows: 1) Return On Asset (ROA) which has a significant positive effect on stock prices, 2) Return On Equity (ROE) which has a significant positive effect on stock prices, 3) net profit margin (NPM) which has a significant positive effect on stock prices, 4) debt to asset ratio (DAR) has no significant positive effect on stock prices and simultaneously ROA, ROE, NPM and DAR variables have a positive and significant effect on stock prices at PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk.

Abstract

PT. Wismilak Inti Makmur is an Indonesian cigarette company that has started commercial activities producing hand-held cigarettes since 1962 in Surabaya. This research was conducted to formulate and test the blue ocean strategy in the cigarette industry. The research method used is based on literature studies to understand consumer preferences and current industry trends. By implementing the blue ocean strategy, it is hoped that WIIM can get out of the red ocean and have a new market in the blue ocean. This research provides input in developing innovations that can be carried out by the cigarette industry in the face of intense competition using research methods The Four Actions Framework and Six Paths Framework.

Abstract

The purpose of the study article is to give information related to the efforts of a moving company in the field of hospitality through mixed marketing to increase the sales volume of service rooms. Retrieval method sample ie using accidental sampling with a total of 93 respondents. Data analysis through regression testing simple and regression multiple with the use of partial tests that include product, price, place, and promotion influential in a way positive to sales volume. As well the use of simultaneous tests is influential in a way positive to sales volume. Dominant products and prices have the biggest influence. Whereas promotion has the least influence. Abstract

This study was prompted by a change in business policy that substituted human labor with machine labor, as a result of increasingly advanced technology breakthroughs. One option is to develop a Human Resources planning strategy for the period of Industrial Revolution 4.0, so that employees are not defeated by machines in the future. The problem formulation in this study is, "What is the Human Resources planning strategy in the Industrial Era 4.0?" The purpose of this study is to examine Human Resources planning methodologies in the Industrial Revolution 4.0. This research approach is literature, in which data is gathered through the use of references such as books, scientific journals, newspapers, periodicals, and documents. According to the findings of this study, HR planning tactics for improving employee performance include recruitment, career planning, and evaluation. The study's conclusion is that in order to improve employee performance, firms must understand their employees' personalities and place them in jobs that match their areas of expertise.
