Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of position promotion and work environment on the work performance of employees of the Palembang City Cooperative and SME Office. This research is quantitative descriptive research. The population and sample in this study were 40 people from the employees of the Palembang City Cooperative and SME Office. The sampling technique in this study used saturated sampling technique. Data were collected by distributing questionnaires and then analysed using SPSS version 24. The results of this study indicate that there is an effect of position promotion and work environment on the work performance of employees of the Palembang City Cooperative and SME Office. Position Promotion and Work Environment together affect the work performance of employees of the Palembang City Cooperative and SME Office.

Abstract

Hajj fund governance is an important aspect in maintaining the integrity and transparency of Hajj fund management. This research aims to examine regulations governing accountability in the governance of Hajj funds using the literature study method. This article involves a review of various literature sources such as journals, books, and related publications. In this study, various regulations will be revealed that have been implemented to increase accountability in the governance of Hajj funds. Apart from that, this research will also highlight the challenges and opportunities faced in accountability of these regulations. The results of this research explain that regulations governing accountability in the governance of Hajj funds have been implemented in Indonesia. These regulations include laws, regulations of the minister of religion, and decisions of the minister of religion which aim to increase transparency and accountability in the management of Hajj funds as well as regulatory accountability in the governance of Hajj funds facing challenges, including effective supervision, risk management, sustainability and regulatory updates, as well as active role of related institutions. It is hoped that it can provide a better understanding of the accountability regulations for Hajj fund management and its contribution to improving the management of Hajj funds.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of incentive policies and work motivation on employee loyalty at The Arista Hotel Palembang In this study, respondents' data collection filled out a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The population in this study were employees of The Arista Hotel in the Southern Sumatra Region totaling 84 non-permanent employees. Incentive policy (X1) in the test results on employee loyalty (Y) obtained a tcount value of 0.15 smaller than the t table value of 1.989 and a significance value of -0.874 greater than the alpha value of 5% or 0.05, so the conclusion is that the effect of incentive policy (X1) has no significant effect on employee loyalty (Y). Motivation (X2) in the test results on employee performance (Y) it is known that the t value of 6.795 is greater than the t table value of 1.989 and the significance value of 0.000 is less than the alpha value of 5% or 0.05 so the conclusion is that work motivation (X2) has a significant effect on employee loyalty (Y). While the F test shows that all models tested on the variables have a significant effect on the dependent variable with a value at sig less than 0.05, so all independent factors affect the dependent variable. As well as simultaneously, that 62.4% of employee loyalty indicators are influenced by incentives and work motivation only, while 37.6% is influenced by factors not taken into account in this study.

Abstract

This research was conducted at the One Stop Service Office in Sawahlunto City. The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of work discipline and the public service system on the satisfaction of service users. The method used in this study is a quantitative method using SPSS 22. In this study, the population of people who carry out public services at the One-Stop Service in Sawahlunto City is 34 people. By using accidental sampling, a sample of 34 people was obtained. The data collection technique used is by using a questionnaire or questionnaire. Based on multiple linear regression analysis of work discipline and public service system variables on community satisfaction, Y = 1.257 + 0.745 X1 + 0.0377 X2 + e. From the t-test conducted, it was found that work discipline variable X1 had a significant effect on community satisfaction with a variable value of 3.407 > 2.039 and a significance level value of 0.002 <0.05. Variable X2 public service system has an influence on community satisfaction with a variable value (2.119 > 2.039) and a significance level value of 0.002 <0.05. Judging from the f test conducted, it was found that work discipline and public service systems have a simultaneous effect on community satisfaction, that fcount > ftable (15,034 > 3.29), with a significance probability of 0.000 <0.05. This can be seen from the R Square value of 0.492 or 49.2% and the rest is influenced by other variables not included in this study of 50.8%.

Abstract

This study uses 3 independent variables of promotion, price, and service quality, while the dependent variable is customer satisfaction and repurchase decisions. The sample of respondents consisted of 100 respondents, the sample was selected using survey and explanatory survey methods. The data analysis technique uses Smart PLS software version 2.0.m. From the research results it is known that customer satisfaction and repurchase decisions have a value of 0.422. Thus it can be seen that the variable customer satisfaction and repurchase decisions contribute to the promotion, price and service quality variables by 42%, while the remaining 58% is the contribution of other variables. The t test results show that promotion, service quality and repurchase decisions have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Meanwhile, the price variable on customer satisfaction has no significant effect. The results of the F test indicate that there is an effect of promotion, price, service quality on customer satisfaction and repurchase decisions have a significant effect at Alfamart and Indomaret Kota Banjar.

Abstract

The research uses associative research, namely a type of research that aims to analyze the relationship between one variable and other variables. The population in this research is consumers who have made purchases at the Shopee online store. The sample in this research was 100 respondents. The sampling method uses purposive sampling, which is adjusted to the research objectives or problems with the criteria of consumers who are active and have made purchases using the Shopee application. The data collection tool uses a questionnaire which has been tested for validity and reliability and then tests the quality of the data by assessing the outer model or measurement model and the inner model or structural model which is calculated using PLS, and the analysis method in this research uses the Partial Lest Square (PLS) analysis method. Abstract

This study aims to explore the influence of service quality and trust on purchasing intentions in e-commerce in Indonesia, where in the era of digitalization, there are many different options provided by various kinds of e-commerce with different qualities. E-commerce needs to know how much customer purchase intention focuses on service quality and increasing customer trust by paying attention to reputation, quality of information, product delivery, and transaction security. The population in this study had shopped at one of the e-commerce sites (Tokopedia, Shopee, Bukalapak, Lazada) at least the last 6 months. In this study, 228 respondents who had shopped at Indonesian e-commerce were collected and were analyzed with the purposive sampling method using an online questionnaire. This research is a quantitative research with the Structural Equation Model (SEM) method of Lisrel 88. The results of this study show that the variables of information quality and transaction security do not affect trust, yet reputation variables and product delivery affect trust. Trust variables and service quality have positive effects on the purchase intention variable. These findings have managerial implications for maintaining customer trust and improving service quality to improve customer purchase intentions.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of workload and job stress on employee performance among online motorcycle taxi drivers (Grab, Maxim, and Gojek) in the Semarang City area. The population in this research consists of online motorcycle taxi drivers (Grab, Maxim, and Gojek) in the Semarang City area, with a sample size of 96 respondents, who meet the criteria of having worked for a minimum of one year. This research found that the workload variable has a significant negative partial effect on the employee performance of online motorcycle taxi drivers (Grab, Maxim, and Gojek) in the Semarang City area, and the job stress variable also has a significant negative partial effect on the decline in employee performance among online motorcycle taxi drivers (Grab, Maxim, and Gojek) in the Semarang City area.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality, brand ambassadors and advertising on purchasing decisions to purchase Wardah facial cleansing soap in Ambon City. This research is a quantitative descriptive research. the population in this study were consumers of warda facial cleansing soap and the number of samples was 106 respondents. By using a questionnaire as a data collection tool. Sampling using non probability sampling technique with purposive sampling method. The data analysis method used is Multiple Linear Regression. Based on the results of the multiple regression test, it shows that the product quality variable has a positive and significant influence on the purchasing decision variable. Furthermore, the brand ambassador variable has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions and the advertising variable has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This study case aimed to analyse the blue ocean strategy of PT Astra Agro Lestari Tbk. PT Astra Agro Lestari Tbk is an oil company that is needed by many people for any function. The company's line of business is in the fields of agriculture. To achieve the aims and objectives above, the company can carry out business activities in the fields of agriculture and animal husbandry by building oil palm fruit plantations and breeding and cultivating beef cattle. Then in the trade sector, the company carries out large trade in fruit containing oil and large trade in vegetable oils and fats for the processing industry. PT Astra Agro Lestari Tbk has a crude palm oil industry, a palm oil cooking oil industry and an artificial fertilizer industry mixed with primary macro nutrients and carries out transportation where it receives motorized transportation services for general goods and motorized transportation for special goods and services and the last activity is other management consulting activities.
