Abstract

The presence of technology in work has an extraordinary positive impact because it can make many jobs easier and at the same time put pressure on a number of employees with very heavy workloads due to demands for automation and fast-paced work. As a result, psychological problems arise, levels of stress and depression, which in turn will result in disruption to employees' mental health, which is something that is found in employees. This condition must be immediately addressed properly by the company considering the impact that will occur on the company where employees with a weak level of resistance will decide to take the decision to resign. Employee mental health problems in this case have an important role which will certainly be a trigger that makes it easier for employees to experience boredom and stress which will lead to the desire to resign from work. The changes that occur also have an impact on the workload currently borne by employees, not only in the form of demands to be able to work by adapting to very rapid changes in technological developments but also the variety of work so that one employee can bear several of the responsibilities of another. Furthermore, employees are also required to quickly complete work on time, which results in employees at work experiencing work pressure due to the changes that are currently occurring. The aim of this research is to describe how much mental health conditions, workload and work pressure encourage employee resignation in the digital era

Abstract

An understanding of accounting in budget absorption is needed where a budget must present a final report as accountability for budget realization. By building an accounting information system for absorption and reporting of regional budgets, it can be ensured that financial reports will find a level of reporting accuracy in presenting accountability. Facts in the field also show that the need for time in reporting can result in delays in the distribution of village funds phase II and III. The main cause is the incompleteness of the budget realization report or the achievement of the previous year's village fund output. In actualizing the Village Government Work Plan (RKPDes) and implementing the Village Budget (APBDes) based on the principles of accountability and transparency, the village head is less able to streamline teamwork (team building), lack of understanding of regulations and management policies. The data analysis technique used in this study used the Structure Equation Model (SEM) method based on Partial Least Square (PLS). The population in this study was 380 villages. The sampling technique used the Slovin method with an error rate of 5%, resulting in a research sample of 195 villages. accounting understanding directly has a significant effect on the quality of financial statements, the accounting information system directly has a significant effect on the quality of financial statements and the internal control system directly has no effect on the quality of financial statements of the Village government of Deli Serdang Regency. The results of variable moderation show that the accounting information system variable moderates the effect of accounting understanding and accounting information systems on the quality of financial statements in the Village Government of Deli Serdang Regency

Abstract

This quantitative research is to test the influence of social media, brand awareness and trust on buying interest in Wardah cosmetics, where trust is a mediating variable. Analysis using the Structural Equation model method with SmartPLS 3.0 software. In this research, the population is Wardah Cosmetics consumers in Jakarta who actively use Instagram social media, therefore the population is unknown, so based on the calculation the sample size for this research is 100 respondents. This research uses a non-probability sampling strategy with a purposive sampling method. The results of this study show that the influence of social media is not significant, while brand awareness and trust have a significant impact. The influence of social media on purchasing interest is limited due to various factors, such as differences in social media use between different generations, information overload on social media, and consumer preferences for direct shopping experiences. On the other hand, brand awareness has a significant impact because it makes it easier for consumers to recognize Wardah products among the various existing choices. Brand awareness is also closely related to perceived product quality, personal experience, promotions, and brand reputation, all of which contribute to increasing interest in purchasing Wardah cosmetic products. Trust also plays an important role in shaping purchasing interest, because it provides a psychological and social basis for consumer decision making.
