The purpose of this study was to (1) determine the effect of work-life balance on turnover intention, (2) determine the effect of work-life balance on burnout, (3) determine the effect of burnout on turnover intention, and (4) determine the effect of work-life balance on turnover intention mediated by burnout. The population in this study were all banking employees in Indonesia who work in sales in the lending department. Sampling was carried out using a non-probability technique, namely convenience sampling. Data were analyzed using the PLS approach SEM method. The industrial sector is increasingly competitive, resulting in companies needing competent Human Resources (HR). The company must consider all HR needs to satisfy employees at work. Some things that need to be considered by the company are the company's work environment and the level of employee burnout. The aims of this study were 1) to determine the effect of the work environment on employee job satisfaction, 2) to determine the effect of burnout on employee job satisfaction, and 3) to determine the effect of the work environment on burnout and 4) to determine the effect of the work environment on job satisfaction through burnout. The population in this study is all manufacturing employees in Indonesia. Sampling was carried out using a non-probability technique, namely convenience sampling. Primary data was obtained by distributing closed-question questionnaires using a Likert scale. The analytical method used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach. The results showed that LK had an effect on KK and burnout. Burnout significantly affects KK, and LK affects KK through burnout.

Quantitative research. This study used secondary data. This study used purposive and non-probability sampling to select 12 companies for 48 observations. The data analysis methods used in this study are descriptive statistical analysis, panel data regression analysis, classical assumption test, t-test, and Moderate Regression Analysis (MRA) utilizing the Eviews 12 application. The IDX website (www.idx.co.id) documents data collecting. This study found that company value is unaffected by the price-earning ratio and profitability. Size negatively affects company value. Price-earning ratio, size, and profitability affect company value regardless of capital structure.

The purpose of this study was to test and analyze whether brand equity, brand perception and brand loyalty influence the purchasing decisions of Nevada brand clothing. The type of research used in this research is associative (casual) research. The population in this study were 70 consumers who shop for Nevada brand clothing at Matahari Department Store Medan. The sampling technique used purposive sampling method with a total sample of 60 people. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used to answer the research hypothesis is multiple regression test. The results showed that the influence of brand equity, brand perception and brand loyalty had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions with Fcount of 12.32 while Ftable was 2.27 and significant 0.025 <0.05. The results of the regression analysis also obtained a coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.719 which can be called the coefficient of determination which in this case means that 71.9% of purchasing decisions can be obtained and explained by brand equity, brand perception and brand loyalty. While the remaining 100% - 71.9% = 28.1% is explained by other factors outside of variables such as brand awareness, price and others
