Abstract

This research is entitled "The results of the SWOT analysis approach in formulating company strategy at the american english course purwokerto". The purpose of this study is to determine and measure the company's strengths (Strength), company weaknesses (Weakness), analyze opportunities (Opportunities) and threats (Threats) at the American English Course Purwokerto. This research is a descriptive qualitative research by collecting information about research subjects and the behavior of research subjects in a certain period. Data processing is carried out with a SWOT analysis process as a strategy formulation tool. The SWOT analysis that has been formed is then formulated in the form of a SWOT matrix with 4 (four) strategic formulas, namely SO Strategy, WO Strategy, ST Strategy and WT Strategy. The results of the study show that the American English Course is a business engaged in services. An effective and optimal planning strategy is needed that covers all aspects from planning to marketing. Quality products, optimal services supported by the right infrastructure including promotional activities will certainly bring success to the company's progress. Customer satisfaction is the key that must be prioritized to seize market share that is increasingly growing and competitive. The findings in this study have several important implications for the company to further improve and improve strategies both in terms of planning and marketing, namely the need to improve product quality and human resources, improve service and creativity to consumers so that consumers do not move to other competitors, use technological developments as learning and promotion facilities.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of one of the processes in knowledge management, namely knowledge application on millennial entrepreneurs in utilizing technology in business processes. The research sample is millennial entrepreneurs with 153 respondents through an online survey via a google form. Data analysis using confirmatory factor analysis, descriptive test, and regression test. According to the findings of this study, knowledge application has a substantial impact on the use of millennial entrepreneurial technologies. Smartphones are the most commonly utilized information technology media among millennial entrepreneurs in this study. The millennial entrepreneurship promotion media tools studied use social media and the type of business for millennial entrepreneurs is dominated by the fashion business.

Abstract

This research that is done in University Agama Islam Walisongo Semarang. Data used by primary data taken with questionnaire with 82 respondents for sample research. The writer did the reseach by using purposive sampling, with some criteria. Those criteria are the respondents have to had level stratum -2 for level education and tree year minimum in a work periode. Analysis appliance weared by instrument test, the test reliability, and while the test models, test the Adj R2 (coefficient of determination), Test the hypothesizing used regression analysis, test the F Test (Goodness of Fit), and test the moderation using analysis path (path analysis). The results of the analysis in this study resulted in regersi determination coefficient of 0.423, or in other words, changes in performance can be influenced by effective commitment, continuance commitment, normative commitment and organizational culture of 43.3%. The results of this study indicate that affective commitment does not affect the employee performance, ccontinuance commitment has the influence a significant effect on employee performance, normative commitment does not effect on employee performance, organizational culture did not moderate the influence of affective organizational commitment to employee performance, organizational culture did’t moderate the influence of continuance organizational commitment to employee performance and organizational culture moderates the effect of normative commitment on employee performance.

Abstract

With regard to the granting of autonomy, regions are obliged to find alternative development funding without reducing the expectations of central government support. The purpose of this study was to analyze the ratio of financial independence of Jombang Regency in five years, namely 2016 to 2020.  This study uses qualitative descriptive methods. (especially the central and provincial governments) is very high. Data collection by observation and dokumkentasi. Data analysis by trianggulation. The results showed that the average ratio of independence of Jombang Regency for five years from 2016 to 2020 was 30% so that in the low category and showed a pattern of consultative relations this means that the level of regional dependence on external assistance

Abstract

The development of the internet massively affects business sector, including e-commerce. The advancement of e-commerce has given rise to a marketplace where sellers and buyers meet online, one of which is Shopee. This study aims to analyze the effect of online reviews with rating attributes, comments and photos on product sales at Shopee Mall. The sample consists of 200 brands/stores registered at Shopee Mall. Secondary data obtained from ratings, comments, photos and sales of each brand/store at Shopee Mall was analyze using multiple regression. The results showed that online reviews and their attributes, namely ratings, comments and photos, had an influence and were able to increase sales of fashion products at Shopee Mall.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture, compensation on employee performance with work motivation as a mediation. The sample taken is all employees of Bank Artha Graha as many as 31 respondents. The results of this study indicate that: (1) organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on work motivation, (2) compensation has a positive and significant effect on work motivation, (3) culture organization has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance, (4) compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (5) work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

The formulation of the problem in this study are (1) Is there any influence of Job Satisfaction on Employee Job Motivation at PT Kirana Permata Muara Enim, (2) Is there any influence of Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance at PT Kirana Permata Muara Enim, (3) Is there an Effect of Job Satisfaction on Performance Employees With Motivation as Mediation Variables at PT Kirana Permata Muara Enim. The objectives of this study are (1) To find out the Effect of Job Satisfaction on Employee Motivation at PT Kirana Permata Muara Enim, (2) To determine the Effect of Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance at PT Kirana Permata Muara Enim, (3) To find out the Effect of Job Satisfaction Towards Employee Performance With Motivation as a Mediation Variable at PT Kirana Permata Muara Enim. The type of research used is associative research, this study uses variables of job satisfaction, work motivation, and employee performance using 10 indicators. The population in this study were all employees at PT Kirana Permata Muara Enim, amounting to 356 employees. In this study, samples were taken from as many as 155 respondents with the area sampling method (cluster) sampling. The data used in this study are primary data. The data collection method used in this study is the postal questionnaire method. The data analysis used is qualitative, which is quantitative by using the path analysis technique. The results showed that (1) there was a significant influence of job satisfaction on employee motivation at PT Kirana Permata Muara Enim, (2) there was a significant effect of job satisfaction on employee performance at PT Kirana Permata Muara Enim, (3) there was a significant influence of job satisfaction on employee performance with motivation as mediating variable PT Kirana Permata Muara Enim

Abstract

Ridho Allah SWT, conveyed by the Prophet Muhammad through Islam for the good of humanity. Everything has been arranged in Islam about every line of life from the largest to the smallest. Islam also helped regulate how humans in the field of finance. Islam with a sharia base has increased interest. Companies including sharia-based financial institutions have also experienced a fairly rapid increase to date. In Indonesia, sharia -based companies are companies engaged in finance, especially banking. The operational activities of sharia -based companies do not stand alone, in the composition of capital, and their products will be related to various external parties. Based on the results of the explanation above, this article aims to analyze the implementation of audit in the perspective of sharia through the study of the results of previous studies on sharia audit practices in Indonesia. This study is a literature study research using a descriptive analysis approach. Discussion on the implementation of competency and the role of sharia auditors in Indonesia. From the discussion above it can be concluded, that the implementation of audit can be carried out but constrained in terms of quantity as well as the quality of sharia auditors in Indonesia.

Abstract

The objectives of this research is to analyze the effect of macroeconomic and bank performance determinants toward Non Performing Loans (NPL) of Regional Development Banks (BPD) in Indonesia during the period 2020-2021. The objects of this research are 26 Regional Development Banks. Macroeconomic variables that are used are regional economic growth and inflation. Then bank performance variables that used are Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), and loan growth This research uses panel data regression analysis method and goodness of fit test (t test, F test, and R-squared test ). Based on the result of model selection test by using Hausman test, Random Effect Model is the appropriate model for this research. The estimation result shows that simultaneously regional economic growth, inflation, LDR, CAR, and loan growth have significant effect to NPL. Partially, only loan growth has significant effect to NPL with negative association. Meanwhile, regional economic growth, inflation, LDR, and CAR have no significant effect to the NPL of Regional Development Bank (BPD) during the period 2020-2021.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of management accounting on decision making at Bank Sumut Aek Kanopan Branch, North Labuhan Batu Regency. The independent variable in this study is Management Accounting. The dependent variable in this study is decision making. This research uses population studies or census studies. The data in this study are primary data obtained from distributing questionnaires directly to all employees at Bank Sumut Aek Kanopan Branch, Labuhan Batu Utara Regency. The results of the study partially show that the application of management accounting at Bank Sumut, Aek Kanopan Branch, Labuhan Batu Utara Regency has a significant effect on decision making.
