Abstract

This study analyzes the relationship between Organizational Culture and Work Motivation on the Performance of State Civil Apparatus (ASN). The statistical method used is multiple regression with a quantitative descriptive approach using the classical assumption test first.The population of this research is the State Civil Apparatus of the Medan City Trade Service as many as 74 respondents which are calculated from the number of workers in the Medan City Trade Office, the number of samples in the study is 74 people. Meanwhile, simultaneously both Organizational Culture (X1), Work Discipline (X2) and Work Motivation (X3) have a positive and significant effect on the Performance of the State Civil Apparatus of the Medan City Trade Service (Y). The results of this study indicate that partially the Organizational Culture variable (X1), Work discipline (X2) andWork Motivation (X3) have a positive and significant effect on the Performance of the State Civil Apparatus of the Medan City Trade Service (Y)

Abstract

This study aims to determine the impact of competency development on affective commitment mediated by career development. The population in this study were all teachers at a junior high school in Banyumanik, Semarang, totaling 52 people, with a sample of all members of the population. The analysis tool uses regression and sobel analysis. The results of the study found that competency development has a positive effect on career development, career development has a positive effect on affective commitment. competency development has a positive effect on affective commitment. career development is able to mediate the effect of competency development on affective commitment

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Compensation and Emotional Intelligence on Employee Performance with Job Satisfaction as an intervening varible for employees of the Tangerang Manufacturing Industry.The Research methodology is through a questionnaire survey to collect data to test the research hypothesis. The type of research used is quantitative with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) approach using Analysis of Structural Moments (AMOS). The sample used in this study was 150 employees of a Manufacturing Industry Company in Tangerang. The results of the study have five hypotheses and all of them are supported, which states that there is an effect of Job Satisfaction as an intervening variable between Compensation and Emotional Intelligence on Employee Performance. Managerial implications in this study, it is hoped that related companies can pay more attention to the long term impact regarding emotional intelligence this is done so that there is no miss communication between employees so that employees can provide good employee performance. manufacturing industry companies need to reevaluate the suitability between compensation and the workload given, especially on overtime wages in order to have a positive impact in increasing employee performance. manufacturing industry companies need to pay more attention to employee job satisfaction that increase worker productivity, can be done by providing work motivation to employees for example providing rewards so that employees feel appreciated, this can affect employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine if the independent variable of user experience affects the dependent variable, namely customer loyalty, which is mediated through customer satisfaction as an intervening variable. This is a quantitative study with a sample size of 100 respondents based on Hair's Theory in the research population consisting of customers who use the Bank Sumsel Babel Mobile Application. Hypothesis testing demonstrates that user experience has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, with a sig. value 0.000<0.005 and a t value of 13.003. Furthermore, the user experience variable is recognized to have a positive and significant on customer loyalty with a sig. value 0.001<0.005 and a t value of 3.554. Then it was discovered that customer satisfaction had a positive and significant on the customer loyalty variable, with a sig. value 0.000<0.05 and a t value of 4.436. Simultaneously, customer satisfaction has been shown to significantly and positively mediate the influence of the link between user experience and customer loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of face recognition system attendance and punishment on the work discipline of Palembang City Social Service employees. The research method used is a quantitative research method, with a population of all PNS employees at the Palembang City Social Service Office totaling 39 employees. Data collection techniques were carried out by interviews and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used SPSS version 26. The results showed that the t-count variable for applying face recognition attendance ( )) was 2.465 with a significant value of 0.019 <0.05, so it could be concluded that partially there was a significant effect between facial recognition attendance on employee work discipline at the Palembang City Social Service. For the punishment variable ( ) it shows that the tcount is 2.410 with a significant value of 0.021 <0.05, which means that partially there is a significant influence between punishment on employee work discipline at the Palembang City Social Service. The results of testing the F test hypothesis obtained a significant value of 0.001 <0.05, so the hypothesis was accepted, it could be interpreted that the presence of face recognition and punishment simultaneously had a significant effect on employee work discipline at the Social Services Office of Palembang City by 48.1%.

Abstract

Gaining the attention of customers to raise our product's brand awareness is not an easy task, good planning and strategy will be needed to achieve it. This proves to be a big challenge for many companies, especially for Bali Aviation Tourism Center. Based on the latest social media trends the researcher suggested Bali Aviation Tourism Center to use Marketing 5.0 method. Marketing 5.0 strategy provides a new perspective on applying the technology from the social media Instagram, besides the advantages of creating content planning in using data driven marketing and predictive marketing, adding gamification impression using Instagram filter based on augmented reality in augmented marketing, being more personal with contextual marketing, and as far as keeping up with the rapid changes with agile marketing. Bali Aviation Tourism Center is a vocational education equivalent to Diploma 1 that is operating in the hospitality industry which provides students with trainings before working at the airport. This research will use descriptive quantitative method with marketing 5.0 for the analysis technique. The researcher applies marketing 5.0, using platforms such as Semrush, Google Trends, Spark AR, Canva, Watsap.id, and Trello. Research will then be done to find out the increase brand awareness of the company through Meta insight.

Abstract

This research is to test the variables of product quality, brand image and brand trust to affect the satisfaction of Telkomsel SIM Card customers in Palembang. This research is quantitative and took a sample of 271 respondents from Telkomsel SIM Card users in Palembang City. Data collection techniques in this study by distributing questionnaires using a likert scale. The data sources used are primary data and secondary data. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear analysis which is processed using SPSS version 25 for windows. The findings of this study show that product quality, brand image and brand trust affect the satisfaction of Telkomsel SIM Card customers in Palembang City.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the tourism sector on regional financial performance. In the data analysis technique using simple linear analysis, the sample of this research is the data on the realization of consistent financial reports from 2018 to 2020 as many as 36 samples. The data sources used are primary data obtained by interviewing and secondary data obtained from related documents such as financial reports and organizational structures. the location of this research is located at Jln. Gen. Ahmad Yani No. 108 sub-districts of Banggae, Majene Regency. The research results obtained are the influence of the Tourism Sector which has a significant effect on Financial Performance area . Calculated using SPSS obtained from the analysis of the t test with the value of T Count of 3,631 greater than t table 2,032 with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. The regression coefficient value is 0.05 which has a positive direction indicating that the better tourism is managed, the more optimal regional financial performance will be

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of emotional intelligence on the level of understanding of accounting in Accounting students at the University of West Sulawesi. The type of data used is quantitative data and the data source in this study is primary data. The research data was obtained from a questionnaire filled out by students of the Accounting Study Program at the University of West Sulawesi. The population in this study were 406 students of Accounting Study Program, University of West Sulawesi, class of 2016-2018. The sampling technique used a purposive sampling method with 81 respondents. The results of the analysis show that emotional intelligence has a significant effect on the level of understanding of accounting.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of compensation on employee performance at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk. Polewali Branch Office. The type of data used is quantitative data and the data source in this study is primary data. This research is a research with a quantitative approach. Research data obtained from questionnaires and interviews directly by employees of PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk. Polewali Branch Office. The sampling technique used is Simple Random Sampling with 30 respondents. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that compensation, in this case safety guarantees, has a positive effect on employee performance, especially enthusiasm for work and compliance with company SOPs at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk. Polewali Branch Office, proven by the t count, which is 11.415 > from the t table value, which is 1.703 and the significance level is smaller than the alpha value , which is 0.000 <0.05. The coefficient of determination (R 2 ) is 0.823 which indicates that the change in the dependent variable is 82.3% while the remaining 17.7% is explained by other factors outside the regression model that has been analyzed.
