Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of price perception, customer relationship marketing, and trust in sales on Serabi Notosuman with customer loyalty as a mediating variable. In this study, the population used was all buyers of Serabi Notosuman with a sample of 200 respondents. Sampling in this study used non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling technique. Data collection in this study was carried out by distributing questionnaires online. The data analysis used is Smart PLS version 3.2.9. The data testing method used in this study includes the outer model, which consists of covergent validity, discriminant validity, composite reliability, Cronbach's alpha and multicollinearity tests. Then the inner model consists of coefficient determination, goodness of fit, effect size test (f²), and hypothesis testing. The results in this study indicate that price perceptions have no significant effect on sales, price perceptions have a positive effect on loyalty, customer relationship marketing has a positive effect on sales, customer relationship marketing has no significant effect on loyalty, trust has a positive effect on sales, trust has a positive effect on loyalty, and loyalty has a positive effect on sales.

Abstract

The future of agriculture in Indonesia is currently threatened with the diminishing interest of the younger generation to engage in agriculture. Because it contributes greatly to the development of the national economy if it is supported by productive and quality human resources. The purpose of this study is to find opportunities and development prospects for agriculture and the economy in rural areas with technology by the millennial generation. This research is a type of qualitative research with basic research and data and information analysis using scientific review. In the agricultural sector we are currently facing, one of which is the workforce in the agricultural sector which is dominated by workers who are no longer productive. Village development and economy will depend heavily on productive workers, so that when there is no more young generation, agricultural needs will definitely be supplied from outside. With technology and information, people can easily find and manage an activity not in agriculture. In agriculture, technology can be applied as a means or trick to improve farming.

Abstract

Objective of this study is test Board Supervisor Sharia affects the performance of Islamic financial institutions. supervisory Board Sharia in this study are: Size of the Sharia Supervisory Board, Total Meeting of the Sharia Supervisory Board, Attendance of the Sharia Supervisory Board in meetings, Background Behind Education Board Supervisor Sharia and Proportion Women on the Sharia Supervisory Board. Performance of Islamic financial institutions on this research refer to performance maqashid sharia. This research was conducted on 10 Islamic banks listed on the Exchange Indonesian Securities as a sample with the 2011-2015 research period. Abstract

Good organizational performance can be produced with various supporting factors, such as culture, commitment, and motivation. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of organizational culture, organizational commitment, and motivation on organizational performance at Universitas Kristen Teknologi Solo. The population that the researchers made the object of research was the Organization Management at Solo Christian University of Technology for the 2020-2022 period. The sample acquisition in this study uses certain criteria or called purposive sampling. The data used in this study were primary data and secondary data, while the data collection technique used questionnaires processed using SPSS. The results of this study show that Organizational Culture, Organizational Commitment, and Motivation partially affect Organizational Performance. Simultaneously the results of research on Organizational Culture, Organizational Commitment, and Motivation affect Organic Performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of tax planning on earnings management. In this study the data used came from audited annual financial reports obtained from the website www.idx.co.id. This type of research is quantitative research. Determination of the sample was carried out using a purposive sampling technique, so that a sample of 16 companies was found. The analysis tool uses simple linear regression with panel data models. Based on the results of the t test research that tax planning has a significant effect on earnings management with a significant value of 0.0240 <0.05.

Abstract

This study aims to measure and prove that spirituality and social status can affect the ethical perceptions of entrepreneurs. We should understand that humans as social beings are always related to spiritual values, and according to the author, spirituality also influences the views of entrepreneurs. The sample in this study was taken using a data collection method called purposive sampling. The number of samples in the research used was 75 respondents. The data obtained were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis techniques through SPSS software. The results of the data processing results prove that the influence of these two factors can influence the perceptions of entrepreneurs, and some of them make decisions based on the value of this spirituality.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the variables of Work Involvement and Perceived Organizational Support on Employee Organizational Commitment at the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency (BPKAD) of Banyuasin Regency, either partially or simultaneously. This study uses a quantitative approach by collecting data through survey methods. The data collection technique used in this study was a questionnaire. the existing population is employees of the Banyuasin Regency Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency (BPKAD), totaling 56 employees. This research uses saturation sampling technique. So that will be used as samples in this study are all of the population taken, namely all employees of the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency (BPKAD) of Banyuasin Regency, totaling 56 people. Based on the results of data analysis, the results of this study indicate that there is an influence of the variables of Work Involvement and Perceived Organizational Support on Employee Organizational Commitment at the Banyuasin Regency Financial and Asset Management Agency (BPKAD) both partially and simultaneously. Based on the results of the calculation of the Coefficient of Determination, it can be concluded that there is 66.9% influence produced by the variables of Work Involvement and Perceived Organizational Support on Organisational Commitment

Intellectual capital is the result of the learning process that we do and is invisible or intangible. Although invisible, intellectual capital is the very valuable wealth of an individual. An increasingly dynamic and competitive business environment requires reliable intellectual capital ownership . This study aims to measure intellectual capital consisting of human capital, (1) Human Capital, (2) Structural Capital or Organizational Capital, (3) Relational Capital or Customer Capital. By using qualitative methods, intellectual capital measurement in one of the batik businesses in Bangkalan (Batik Peri Kecil) will be able to find out how much intellectual capital it uses. Abstract

Business actors in running their business need an effective and efficient business strategy. In addition to gaining a competitive advantage, good strategic planning will be able to produce the right strategy to achieve the main business objectives. The MSME business is the main sector that the Indonesian economy supports and needs support and attention in its management so that the existing business cycle can be maintained and continues to run because of its very important role. This study aims to design a business strategy for micro-enterprises in Poso Naya Bakery using the SWOT Analysis approach. Data was collected using observation methods, structured interviews, and documentation. MSMEs need to do an analysis strength, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT) of their business activities so that these MSMEs can find out about their business developments and evaluate them.
