Abstract

Digital development requires PT Telkom to continue to transform in meeting customer needs. One of its superior products is Indihome. Indihome is a wifi product. Wifi is needed by everyone in everyday life, which used to be only a secondary need is now changing to primier, without internet humans cannot move in the era of digitalization. Seeing this, researchers made a study on the influence of price variables, products and services on purchasing decisions. As a result, all of these variables have a simultaneous and partial effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This research was conducted based on the phenomenon of Health Workers at the Ambon City Health Office with suggestions regarding the problems faced by Ambon City Health Workers during the Covid-19 Pandemic by knowing the Effect of Occupational Health and Occupational Safety on the Performance of Ambon City Health Workers. The type of research used is quantitative research using primary data with interviews and questionnaires. Systematically based on the research objectives of the Ambon City Health Office Health Workers. The sample collection technique in this study uses the saturated sampling method, where all members of the population are sampled. The results showed that the occupational health variable had a positive and significant effect on the performance of the Ambon City Health Office.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of information asymmetry on accounting fraud tendencies in the West Sulawesi provincial government. This type of research uses a quantitative approach. This study uses primary data. Collecting data using questionnaires. The population in this study were government structural officials with the rank of echelon II, echelon III, and echelon IV, totaling 813 people. Sampling used the slovin formula method, so that a sample of 89 was obtained. This study used a simple linear regression analysis approach. The results of the study show that information asymmetry has a positive effect on the tendency of accounting fraud

Abstract

This research is a quantitative research that aims to determine the effect ofthe internal control system, good corporate governance on the prevention of fraudin the Work Unit for Planning and Supervision of National Roads of South SumatraProvince. The data used in this research is primary data in the form of a questionnaire. The method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the internal control system variablehas a positive effect on fraud prevention. Good corporate governance has anegative effect on preventing fraud in the Planning and Supervision Work Unit forthe National Roads of South Sumatra Province in 2022.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of teamwork and work discipline on employee performance with organizational commitment as a mediating variable. The population in this study were 161 employees of the Bumi Akpelni Polytechnic Semarang. Sampling in this study used a purposive judgment sampling method, 101 permanent employees were taken. Samples were taken using the census method. Data processing method using SPSS. The results of hypothesis testing show that teamwork has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, that the better the teamwork, the higher the organizational commitment. Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, so employee performance is getting better. Teamwork has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, the better the teamwork, the better the employee performance. Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, the better the work discipline applied, the better employee performance.

Abstract

This writing is to analyze the influence of human resources, service processes, and physical evidence on customer satisfaction at Neofit Gym Solo. The research method used is quantitative research using surveys and interviews, which is intended to provide an explanation. Survey research itself is research that takes samples from a population and uses a questionnaire as the main collection tool. sampling using purposive sampling method in which the sampling technique is carried out with certain considerations or criteria. The study involved 40 customers as respondents. The data were analyzed using a multiple linear regression model using the SPSS v23 application. The results of data compensation show that human resources have a significant effect on customer satisfaction at Neofit Gym Solo with a value of 0.000, service processes and physical evidence have a significant effect on customer satisfaction at Neofit Gym Solo with a significant value of 0.000

Abstract

Having employees with good performance can make it easier for organizational leaders to direct them to achieve organizational goals. The problem that develops in the Sungai Penuh City Library and Archives Office is that the achievement of performance targets has not been optimal, this is caused by some employees who have not implemented OCB behavior, the work environment and some employees who experience work stress. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of OCB on work stress, work environment on work stress, OCB on performance, work environment on performance, work stress on performance, OCB on performance through work stress, and work environment on performance through work stress. The respondents of this study amounted to 48 (forty-eight) employees of the Sungai Penuh City Library and Archives Office. Data analysis using path analysis with SPSS data processor version 25. The results showed that OCB has no effect on work stress, work environment has no effect on work stress, OCB affects performance, work environment affects performance, work stress affects performance, OCB affects performance through work stress, and work environment does not affect performance through work stress.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Price, Location, and Promotion on Customer Retention. The population in this study were 40 consumers of NR Beauty Salon & Make Up Pengging Boyolali. Sampling in this study used a non probability sampling method, namely a sampling technique that does not provide equal opportunities or opportunities for its members. The sample in this study were 40 consumers. Data collection using a questionnaire. Data analysis was performed by using multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS 25.00 application. The results showed that the significance value of the t test of the Price variable had a significant effect on Customer Retention with a significance value of 0.000, and price was the most dominant variable on customer retention with a value of 4.105, Location had a significant effect on Customer Retention with a significance value of 0.002, Promotion had a significant effect on Customer Retention with a significance value of 0.001, and a significance value for the F test variables Price, Location, Promotion have an effect on Customer Retention simultaneously by 0.000. From these results it can be concluded that all independent variables affect Customer Retention partially and simultaneously.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of human resource development and work discipline on the performance of employees of PT Adelindo Perkasa. The method used is a quantitative method. The data in this study are primary data obtained from questionnaires that are processed using SPSS. Respondents totaled 51 employees, which were determined by the sample method using the saturated sampling method. The results of the t test analysis show that the variable human resource development (X1) and work discipline (X2) have a positive effect on employee performance (Y). However, the work discipline variable (X2) has a greater influence than the human resource development variable (X1). The Rsquare coefficient of determination is 0.872. This means that the contribution of human resource development and work discipline to employee performance is 87.2%. As for suggestions based on the results of research that has been carried out, it is hoped that this research will be useful as information material and input for employees of PT Adelindo Perkasa so that they can improve their performance, further enhance the development of human resources and work discipline.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture and the role of leadership on knowledge sharing at PT. Develop. This study uses a questionnaire as a tool in collecting basic data. This research was conducted at PT. Thriveni with a total of 54 respondents. Methods of data collection through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results of the investigation show that partially Organizational Culture has a positive and significant effect on Knowledge Sharing. The Role of Leadership has a positive effect on Knowledge Sharing. Simultaneously, Organizational Culture and Leadership Role have a positive and significant effect on Knowledge Sharing.
