Abstract

This study aims to determine whether organizational culture and work environment affect employee performance. The location of the research was carried out in the Campalagian sub-district office with 31 employees. Sampling uses a saturated sample in which the entire population is sampled. The data sources are taken from primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques were carried out by distributing questionnaires and observations made by researchers. Qualitative data is processed to become quantitative data results. Some questions addressed to respondents where the answers are quantified by giving a score. The analysis used was the t test using the SPSS version 25.0 windows application. The results showed that (1) Organizational Culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. (2) Work environment has no influence and is not significant on employee performance. And the F test analysis shows that Organizational Culture and Work Environment simultaneously have a significant positive effect on employee performance in the Campalagian District office

Abstract

This study aims to find out the role of Indigenous Papuan Family Management in Responding to the Importance of Education in the Challenges of the Globalization Era in Kampung Poo, Jagebob District, Merauke Regency. This research is a quantitative study with a sampling technique using simple random sampling of 40 people at random. The data collection method was carried out by observation, interviews, documentation, and questionnaires, then after the data was collected, it was followed by data analysis using descriptive statistical analysis with validity and reliability tests using SPSS 22. The results of research on 40 respondents showed that r count > r table. The validity test carried out using SPSS 22 was declared valid for all questions, the results of the reliability test were declared reliable.

Abstract

This study aims to see how much influence leadership and motivation have on Teacher Commitment in one of the Islamic elementary schools in Bekasi City, Indonesia. This type of research is qualitative research by distributing questionnaires to teachers as many as 48 people. The results of this study indicate that: Simultaneously leadership and motivation affect teacher commitment, and partially leadership and motivation affect teacher commitment.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of government investment in the trade sector carried out in preparation for the Asean Economy Community on the distribution of household income. “Simulation for Social Indicators and Poverty: IO and SAM Analysis” (SimSIP SAM). The first analytical tool used is to analyze export imports that occur in ASEAN countries against Indonesia using OLS Regression. This is done to see how the trade sector is happening in ASEAN countries as an impact of investment in the trade sector. After it is known that investment in the trade sector is known, then the analysis used is the Simulation for Social Indicators and Poverty: IO and SAM Analysis” (SimSIP SAM) to determine the multiplier impact that has occurred in Indonesia. The results of the analysis show that government investment of IDR 27 trillion in the trade sector has an impact on: (1) total household income reaching IDR 74 trillion or an increase of 1.94 percent;

Abstract

Investing in a business that consistently generates profits is what every investor undoubtedly wants to do. Investors want to put their money into profitable businesses, without a doubt. The effective application of operations management and financial regulations has led to these high-quality results. When building an investment portfolio, investors should be far more knowledgeable of and devote attention to the quality of profits and internal control of the firm. With Corporate Governance serving as the moderation variable and earning response coefficient serving as the dependent variable, this empirical study aims to determine the relationship between Conservatism, which is a way of presenting numbers in financial statements, return on assets, asset turnover, and Ectivity Performance. In this study, manufacturing companies in the basic and chemical industries that have been registered on the National Stock Exchange of india (IDX) between 2015 and 2018 were examined using purposeful selection and panel data regression analysis. The main conclusions of this study were that asset turnover, return on assets, and Conservatism all significantly affect the earning response coefficient. Additionally, it was shown that the earning response coefficient is influenced by earnings quality, which is tempered by Corporate Governance.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze and test the effect of CAR, NPL, BOPO on Standard Chartered Bank Indonesia's LDR. This type of research is explanatory research. The sample used in this study is Standard Chartered Bank Indonesia, which published its financial statements for the period 2006-2013. Data collection techniques are library research and field research. This study used descriptive analysis, classical assumption test and multiple linear regression for data analysis with the help of the Eviews 6 program. From the analysis test results it is known that the CAR, BOPO and NPL ratios did not affect the LDR ratio during the 2006-2013 period.

Abstract

The mosque is the center of worship for Muslims. Problems that often occur in mosques such as inadequate facilities, the condition of infrastructure is still apprehensive, and the environment around the mosque is not taken care of. Even though the existence of the mosque at the time of Rasulullah SAW was not only used as a center of worship, but also had a role as a social center when the Prophet migrated to Medina. This is what the Al-Fairus Pekalongan Mosque has done, which positions the mosque as a center for community activities. This type of research is qualitative with a descriptive writing design in the context of the field or field research. Data collection techniques were obtained through interviews and observation, then the data were analyzed using the theory according to Miles and Huberman. The results of this study are that the application of management functions at the AL Fairus is in accordance with existing theories, starting from planning which includes the physical planning of the mosque and planning of mosque activities. Organizing activities which include the division of tasks in financial management, the construction of mosques, mosque shop houses, lodging and Hajj and Umrah unit, as well as mosque activities. Mobilization activities which include movement activities for the physical improvement of mosques as well as movements for increasing the functions of mosques. While Supervision activities are carried out through supervision of the physical activities of the mosque and the functions of the mosque. The impact of the Implementation of the Management Function on the Al-Fairus Pekalongan congregation is to reduce the community's unemployment rate, improve the congregation's economy, and the congregation gain useful knowledge that can be applied and applied in their daily activities.

Abstract

Sunan Bonang is one of Indonesia's religious tourism. The existence of Sunan Bonang religious tourism has economic benefits, especially for the surrounding community. This benefit can be lost when the interest of visitors to travel decreases, therefore it is important to know the level of visitor satisfaction to increase visitors of Sunan Bonang's religious tourism. The results of this research on Sunan Bonang visitor satisfaction seen from 4 aspects, are services, infrastructure facilities, security and self-reflection. Its show that visitor satisfaction is good category. So we need a strategy to increase visitor satisfaction for the number of visits increases.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the effect of entrepreneurial marketing on marketing performance. The subjects of this study were 61 Batik SMEs in Pekalongan Regency. Entrepreneurial marketing is measured by opportunity focused, proactiveness, customer intensity, risk-taking, resource leveraging, value creation, innovation. The large number of business people in Pekalongan Regency makes each actor must read the opportunities and determine what to do so that they can survive among the many other actors, especially for those who are just starting their business. Appropriate market orientation and determination of the right market strategy that can be carried out by business people, especially in the batik sector will have an impact on the profits that will be obtained by the perpetrators. In addition, actors are also able to innovate products so that they are able to provide uniqueness to the products offered, which can have an impact on marketing performance so that what the actors get is a profit. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis method. The results of this study prove and conclude that: (1) opportunity focused has a significant positive effect on marketing performance; (2) proactiveness has no significant negative effect on marketing performance; (3) customer intensity has a significant positive effect on marketing performance; (4) risk-taking has no significant negative effect on marketing performance; (5) resource leveraging has a significant positive effect on marketing performance; (6) value creation has no significant negative effect on marketing performance; and (7) innovation has a significant positive effect on marketing performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to empirically prove the effect of social media use on the company's financial performance. This research is quantitative research, the data is processed with multiple linear regression models to analyse the effect of social media use on the company's financial performance. The proxies used to measure social media used are brand awareness, brand engagement, and word of mouth. The results concluded that the use of social media through the proxy of word of mouth affects the company's financial performance in the short term. This study uses social culture theory to explain the benefits of social capital that will be obtained by companies when deciding to join social media, where companies that use social media will receive more information so that they have greater social capital to support their company's financial performance.
