Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the influence of Online Learning on the Achievement of The Results of The Study of high-class students in MI Al-Barokah Patianrowo Kab. Nganjuk school year 2020/2021. This study uses quantitative method with data test using spss 16. The data of this study was obtained through the filling of questionnaires by students, recap nila pts, as well as conducted interviews by teachers of fiqh subjects, and the principal of MI Al-Barokah Patianrowo Nganjuk as supporting data. The tests are validity, reliability, and Z test to find out how much influence online learning has on students' learning outcomes. The results showed that online learning with e-learning media has a specific influence on the achievement of learning outcomes as much as the average pretest score of 75 for posttest scores get a score of 86. From the results of the spss test that the results of the analysis using Z test paired get a significant score of 0.000consultative 0.05 so it can be said that there is an influence on the use of e-learning learning media on the prestai student learning outcomes. Online learning can be an alternative world of education in the period of Panemi Covid-19. According to the interviewee, students' learning achievement tends to be stable and does not decrease even though online learning is considered a little more difficult to accept due to several factors both technical and non-technical.

Abstract

This study aims to design a Learning Media 'Listening Digital Book' which focuses on 2nd Grade Junior High School students in learning English at Mts Al-Islam Genengan. The type of research used is Research and Development (R&D) using the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). This media has been validated by 2 experts before being tested on students, there are material experts and media experts. The researcher collect data using a questionnaire that given to students. The implementation results obtained were 96.2% in the "very good" category. Based on the result of this research, it can be conclude that "Listening Digital Book" is suitable for helping the learning of 2nd grade Mts Al-Islam Genengan, Mojokerto.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze: (1) the effect of locus of control on the work readiness of mechanical engineering students; (2) the effect of internship experience on the work readiness of mechanical engineering students; and (3) the simultaneous influence of locus of control and internship experience on the work readiness of mechanical engineering students. This study uses an ex post facto method through a quantitative data approach using a questionnaire instrument distributed to students at SMK YPM 8 Sidoarjo. Data obtained from 60 students as the selected sample to be analyzed using regression. The results of this study found that: (1) there is a positive effect between locus of control on students' work readiness in mechanical engineering competence; (2) there is a positive effect between internship experience on students' work readiness in mechanical engineering competence; and (3) there is a positive effect between locus of control and internship experience simultaneously on students' work readiness in the mechanical engineering competence.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the intelligence of emosiona, describe the discipline of students in carrying out the rules, and analyze the relationship between the level of emotional intelligence and the discipline of students in carrying out the rules of boarding school Kyai Mojo Tembelang Jombang. This research approach uses quantitative research. With the number of respondents 50 students taken from the population of 135 students. Data collection is done by using questionnaire method to obtain variable X data, namely emotional intelligence and variable Y, namely santri discipline. Based on the results of the study showed that the emotional intelligence of students of boarding school Kyai Mojo obtained results of 40.14. Based on these numbers, it can be concluded that the average of emotional intelligence students on the score is between 40-50 with very high criteria. Discipline of students in carrying out the rules obtained a result of 39.7. Based on these numbers, it can be concluded that the average discipline of students in carrying out the rules is at a score between 30-40 with high criteria. Based on the calculation of correlation product moment can be known that rxy or rcount with the number of 0.302 greater than rtable, so that H a accepted that "there isa relationship between the level of emotional intelligence with discipline in implementing the rules of boarding school Kyai Mojo Tembelang Jombang". The level of relationship between variables X and Y with criteria is weak. As well as producing a coeffensive of determination of 0.91%.

Abstract

This study aims to develop English learning media for class XI students in high school, especially in the Kind of Text material that suits their needs. In addition, the main goal of the researcher is to design an Android-based educational game media for English subjects in reading skills on Kind of Text material in high school to help students make it easier to learn English and to find out how appropriate the educational game media is. The researcher uses the Research and Development method which is adapted from the development of ADDIE. English learning media is named English Education Game (EEG). This English learning media is an application designed to help students increase their interest in learning English in the ability to read a text. This English learning media was validated by media experts and material experts before being tested on students. While the research instrument is an interview with one of the English teachers at MA Mambaul.Ulum Megaluh Jombang. The results of this study indicate that 1) the results of the media expert score are 4.60. 2) the results of the material expert score 4.3. 3) the result of the field test score is 4.43. Based on the results above, the researcher concludes that the English Education Game (EEG) media is suitable for use in learning English.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the pattern of interaction between teachers and students in PAI learning. To find out the interaction patterns of teachers and students in online learning PAI subjects. To determine the factors supporting and inhibiting the interaction of teachers and students in online learning PAI subjects. This type of research is descriptive qualitative, namely research proposed to describe and analyze phenomena, events, social activities, attitudes, beliefs, perceptions and thoughts of people, both individually and in groups. This research was conducted in Class VII SMPN 2 Perak Jombang. This type of research is descriptive qualitative, namely research proposed to describe and analyze phenomena, events, social activities, attitudes, beliefs, perceptions and thoughts of people, both individually and in groups. The results of this study are 1) The interaction patterns of teachers and students interact well with each other. Students are more enthusiastic than during online learning, students are more focused when they are face to face with the teacher and the ongoing lesson. 2) The pattern of interaction of teachers and students in online learning PAI subjects Where online learning must require innovations from educators so that students are not bored with the learning process

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style and spirituality on the performance of non-lecturer employees. The leaders in this study are managers in each type of work. The object of this research is non-lecturer employees of UNIVERSITAS KH. A. WAHAB HASBULLAH. This type of quantitative research uses panel data with multiple linear regression analysis techniques, the coefficient of determination test, the F test with a significance level of 0.05 which is processed using the spss v25 application, and the T test. The number of samples that meet the criteria for purposive sampling is 41 people. The independent variables in this study were leadership style and spirituality, the dependent variable was employee performance. The results showed that leadership style and spirituality simultaneously had a positive effect, but partially leadership style had no effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This exploration is development research which plans to foster learning media for aqidah morals using iSpring Suite on the story of the Prophet Ibrahim's Example. The subjects of this research, for grades VII of MTsN 4 Nganjuk, totaling 113 students. The learning device improvement methodology utilized in this investigation is RnD with 4D Thiagarajan model which includes 4 stages. The moral aqidah learning media uses the iSpring Suite after it has been created, approved, mimicked and has gone through a few amendments to deliver good aqidah learning media that is suitable for use. The results of study indicate the validation of material, media, language, student responses, and the material used is legitimate subsequent to being approved by group of skilled. The kind of information generated is qualitative data, which is assessed the opinions of material skilled with an average percentage of 84.83% is categorized very feasible. media expert assessment with an average percentage of 73% eligible category. assessment of linguists with average percentage of 94% categorized very feasible. using the assessment category's criteria to establish the product's quality. The study's findings were based on Meanwhile, the average percentage response of class VII students at MTsN 4 Nganjuk 84.21% is categorized very feasible. ABSTRACT Penelitian ini adalah penelitian pengembangan (Research And Development) bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran iSpring Suite pada kisah teladan Nabi Ibrahim. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas VII A, B dan C pada MTsN 4 Nganjuk yang berjumlah 113 siswa. Jenis penelitian adalah RnD dengan model 4D Thiagarajan Thiagarajang yang mencakup 4 fase. Media pembelajaran aqidah akhlak memanfaatkan iSpring Suite setelah dibuat, disetujui dan direproduksi serta telah melalui beberapa modifikasi untuk menghadirkan media pembelajaran aqidah akhlak yang layak untuk digunakan. Pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, interview, dan angket. Angket validasi dinilai oleh ahli materi, ahli media, dan ahli bahasa. Penilaian tersebut menggunakan skala Likert dengan ketentuan seperti sangat layak, layak, cukup layak, dan kurang layak. Hasil penilaian dari validasi ahli materi adalah 84,83% dengan kategori yang sangat layak, penilaian validasi dari ahli media adalah 73% dengan kategori layak, dan penilian validasi dari ahli bahasa adalah 94% dengan kategori sangat layak.

Abstract

The ability of the teacher to understand and teach technology greatly affects students' abilities in their learning process. By developing technology, it can improve the quality of education in the school. Therefore, the researchers aim to design learning media for students in first grade on senior high school level. This research is designing learning media through an application to learn English Grammar in writing skills at senior high school levels. In this study using Research and Development (R&D) method and through ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation) model. This learning media called as NCT Apps (NCT Application). This learning media is an application designed to develop products in order to test feasibility as an alternative learning media that can help students understand English Grammar in writing skills. The research instrument is a distribute questionnaire on 15 students of the first grade of MA Al-Bairuny Jombang as a sample. The results of this study show that: (1) the results of the media expert score are 3.41. (2) The results of the material expert score are 4 (3) The results of the product test to the students are 4.1. Researchers concluded that Neo Structure Technology Application (NCT Apps) is suitable to use in Grammar learning process in the classroom.
