Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of leadership communication quality and directive leadership style (based on Path Goal Theory) on the performance of employees of PT. Embalut Sinergimas Persada. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires with a total sample (census data) of 37 respondents and using a quantitative descriptive approach. The analytical method in this study uses the Structural Equation Model (SEM) method with the help of the AMOS 26 software. The results of this study show that there is a positive influence between the quality of leadership communication and employee performance, and directive leadership style has a positive influence on the quality of leadership communication. This can be a suggestion for companies to maintain good communication quality for achieving employee performance so that company goals can be achieved.

Abstract

Looking at the total level of rapid development of construction work, which is relatively fast, it becomes a challenge for the construction world. This is followed by the development of a very diverse method of various construction implementations applied in the process. In every construction project implementation, the main factor that makes the project successful or not is in terms of both time and cost. This research uses quantitative descriptive analysis research. In this descriptive analysis, which was carried out at the Mapolres Mapolres Advanced Building Project, the aim was to determine the time performance and find solutions to problems that existed in the implementation of this project. On the schedule variance graph (SV), the implementation of this project is all positive. Shows that this positive value is that the implementation of the work has accelerated or has not experienced delays, and the performance of the project implementation is better and faster following the initial planning. The value of the schedule performance index (SPI) on the overall implementation of this project from the 8th week to the 11th week shows a value of more than one (>1), so the project is completed faster than what has been planned.

Abstract

The increase in the number of earthquake cases in Indonesia goes hand in hand with an increase in population and land requirements. This is a particular concern for structural experts in planning buildings vertically to save space. Therefore earthquake-resistant building planning is needed. The design of a building with a swimming pool on the top level of the building, especially on the roof floor, has become one of the trends in society, commonly known as an infinity pool. Structurally, a building with a swimming pool on the top floor must be given special attention. Abstract

In the last two years, the Covid-19 pandemic has hit many countries, including Indonesia. The impact of this is that many parties are harmed so many businesses change their way of selling, namely by utilizing the use of the internet. In contrast to this phenomenon, one of the entrepreneurs in the Cibaduyut Shoe Center area, namely D'Wan Shoes, still sells conventionally by implementing the Business to Business system. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to develop and map a new business strategy for D'Wan Shoes using a Smart Business Map. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative analysis by analyzing the Playing Field and Market Landscape sections of D'Wan Shoes. Based on the results of the research that has been done, it can be seen that there are still shortcomings that need to be evaluated to be clearer and structured. The conclusion of this research is that D'Wan Shoes needs to do market research before launching the product, expand the target market to all over Indonesia, and make product innovations such as shoe models and sales methods, namely providing custom services. If things happen that are beyond D'Wan Shoes' control, such as government policies, changes in technology, and consumer behavior, D'Wan Shoes needs to prepare alternative ideas or adapt to these changes. Then they can take advantage of the production process to become the company's value proposition to compete with competitors. Planned campaigns and promotions will be carried out through social media by conducting paid promotions from features that already exist in several applications (Facebook Ads, Instagam Ads, Tiktok Ads), then using endorsement services from influencers. To make it easier for consumers to get D'Wan Shoes products, they must have an online store in the marketplace or company social media accounts.

Abstract

Kauman Village is one of the villages in the Kepanjen Kidul District. The geographical position of Kauman, which is located close to the City Center and Blitar City Square, makes the activities of the Kauman community dominated by culinary traders and entrepreneurs. Wisata Kuliner Lawu is a sustainable tourism potential and has become one of the iconic tours in Kauman Village, which the government has inaugurated. In realizing sustainable tourism, community-based tourism is considered a critical approach to implement. This community empowerment involves and places the community as an essential actor in the context of the new development paradigm. This study discusses the role of culinary tourism in creativity and the strategies developed for Wisata Kuliner Lawu branding. This research was structured using qualitative methods and carried out using observation and interview techniques with the head of the Lawu community. From the results of the research conducted, the community service team then implemented five stages of destination branding by Morgan & Pritchard by involving local communities with community empowerment programs and supported by iconic culinary delights, namely Patria Lontong Tofu, Trotoar Lawu Fried Rice, STMJ, and Jadah Bakar Lawu

Abstract

Shopee is one of the e-commerce sites in Indonesia, shopee is more focused on mobile platforms so that people can more easily access, search, shop and sell directly using only their cellphones. This study is intended to analyze the effect of shopee discounts and free shipping on consumer purchasing decisions on students of the 2018 Central Campus Communication Study Program. This study uses a survey method, using a questionnaire as a data collection instrument. In entering the sample using purposive sampling technique. As for the respondents, 92 people with the Stiami Institute Student Criteria for the 2018 Central Campus Communication Study Program, for data processing using the SPSS Version 26 program for windows. The result is that H1 is accepted because r count > rtable 3,603, so it can be ascertained that H1 is accepted which means there is a discount on purchasing decisions, H2 is accepted because r count > r table is 3,712 , so it can be said that H2 is accepted which means free shipping has an effect on buying decision Keywords: Shopee, Promotion, Discount, Free Shipment, Buying Decision

Abstract

Social skills are important for human life’s ability. Without having social skills, humans can not interact with other people in their environment because people really needs social skills in social life.The purpose of this research is to obtain an empirical description and analyze the characteristics of the subject, conditions of communication skills, social interaction, cooperation, motivation of the subject after receiving the Blended Technic of Therapy Task Center and Token Economy. The method used in this research is a quantitative approach with a single subject design. The technique was used of this research by using questionnaires, observations and studies documentation. The data analysis technique used in this research is quantitative data analysis technique using visual analysis under conditions. The study was conducted on subjects aged 20, 22 and 24 years. The results showed that after the intervention using Task Centered Blended Technic Therapy and Economic Tokens, the social skills of the three subjects from the initial phase (A1) showed a graph of the direction increasing up to the Outcome Phase (A2). The result shows that; Blended Technic of Therapy Task Center and Token Economy can increase social skill frequency of drugs abuser. The aspects thats increase are communicate effectively, social interaction, cooperation, and motivation skills. Blended Technic of Therapy Task Center and Token Economy are expected to help drug abusers to communicate effectively, increase social interaction, cooperate with other residents, and motivate them to carry out all the activities.

Abstract

The anchor is one of the steel elements that can withstand the adhesive force against the concrete. The study aims to determine the adhesive strength between the anchor and the concrete through two anchor installation methods: the cast-in-place method with three test objects and post-installed chemical epoxy in two plain hole models with three test objects. And threaded three test specimens using a drill bit extractor Sika Anchorfix-2 chemical epoxy adhesive. Anchor deform model D13 is used with a depth of planting (hef) of 110 mm, which is planted on nine cylinders of 300 x 150 mm with a quality of fc 32.26 MPa. This study aims to determine the pulling capacity, adhesive strength, and damage patterns in the cast-in-place and post-installed methods. The results of the pull-in strength test using the cast-in-place method are 34323.28 N, the post-installed method is plain hole 37919.05 N, and the drill hole is 38572.82 N. The adhesive strength (µ) post-installed drill hole is 9.27 MPa > adhesive strength (µ) cast in place 7.64 MPa with an increase (phi) of 1.21 times, adhesive strength (µ) post installed plain hole 7.84 MPa > adhesive strength (µ) cast in place 7.64 MPa with an increase (phi) of 1 .03 times, adhesive strength (µ) post installed drill hole 9.27 MPa > adhesive strength (µ) post installed plain hole 7.84 MPa with an increase (phi) of 1.18 times. With a pullout failure pattern on all cylindrical test specimens.

Abstract

Sultan Agung Stadium is one of Indonesia's premier league stadiums and international standards with a subsurface drainage system. Subsurface drainage is considered to be very efficient compared to surface drainage. However, during heavy rains, there are still some puddles on the surface of the football field. The presence of puddles is a massive problem in a football match because it can block the flow of the ball. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the drainage system of the Sultan Agung Stadium football field in terms of the diameter, depth, and distance between the subdrain pipes. The data analyzed include soil, rainfall, and drainage dimension data. Soil data was used to analyze the infiltration test, soil porosity, and permeability. Rainfall data is used for hydrological analysis by determining the design rainfall at 2, 5, and 10-year return periods, and drainage dimension data is used for hydraulics analysis by determining the pipe capacity and drain layer. Based on the results of this study, a pipe with a diameter of 6 inches with a distance of 5 m cannot overcome inundation during the 10-year return period. Variations in depth and distance between drainage pipes are known to have an effect on inundation that occurs in the field. By reducing the distance to 4m, the inundation that occurs can be resolved

Abstract

PTTA (Unmanned Aircraft) is also used to support national security and reconnaissance, making it easier for the TNI to work and simultaneously saving the cost of monitoring Indonesian territories. This study will produce design details, design analysis with design configuration requirements from UCAV (Unmanned Combat Air Vehicle), which has Weight and Balance with a two-point landing case so that UCAV is declared safe to receive maximum load loads and flutter analysis shows that the vehicle does not occur. Flutter phenomenon up to a speed of 150 KTAS meets the requirements of aeroelastic flutter based on the rules set by CASR (Civil Aviation Safety Regulations) 23 and IMA (Indonesian Military Airworthiness). From the identification of DR&O (Design Requirements and Objectives) and Initial Sizing, there is an effect of airflow and angle of attack on UCAV on aerodynamic characteristics, used as contours of pressure and temperature on the body and vector for UCAV body velocity. Pressure contours, temperature contours, and velocity vectors on the UCAV so that the analysis in determining the performance of the aircraft is representative following CASR regulations 23 and 24
