Abstract

This research is a correlational quantitative research that aims to determine the relationship between the use of instructional media and the interest in learning mathematics for fourth graders of SD Gugus II, Kecamatan Sibulue, Kabupaten Bone. The data in this study were collected by questionnaire and processed using descriptive statistical analysis and inferential analysis. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between the use of instructional media and the interest in learning mathematics for fourth graders of SD Cluster II with rcount (0.584) greater than rtable (0.212), which means H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the use of learning media in the teaching and learning process has an impact on student responses so that it will affect students' interest in learning, especially mathematics. So, the better the use of learning media it will increase student interest in learning. The impact of this research is that the use of learning media that is carried out appropriately according to the characteristics of the media, needs, and learning objectives can increase interest in learning mathematics so that students will obtain good learning outcomes and achieve learning success.

Abstract

The problem in this study is the lack of parental support for children, so students lack motivation in learning. This research is a quantitative research with correlational type which aims to determine whether there is a significant relationship between parental support and student motivation. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling technique. The results showed that parental support was in the very good category with a percentage of 87.52% and students' learning motivation was in the very good category with a percentage of 91.35%. The tcount (8,1307) is greater (>) the ttable value (1,98896) which means H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. Thus, it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between parental support and student motivation at SDN 17 Bila, Lalabata District, Soppeng Regency. The higher the parental support, the higher the student's learning motivation.

Abstract

Low student learning motivation requires teachers to find ways to increase student learning motivation in order to achieve educational goals. One way that can be used is by applying reward and punishment in the learning process. This research is a correlational quantitative research with ex-post facto method. This research was conducted at SDN 42 Waetuwo with a sample of all fourth grade students, totaling 33 students. The results showed that the provision of reward and punishment to fourth grade students at SDN 42 Waetuwo was included in the good category with a percentage of 78.31% while learning motivation was included in the very good category with a percentage of 83.72%. And based on the results of inferential statistical analysis, the degree of relationship between the two variables was 37.45%, and the value of tcount = 4.307 was greater than the value of ttable = 1.69552 at a significance level of 5%. Thus H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. From the results of the study, it was concluded that there was a significant relationship between the provision of reward and punishment with the learning motivation of fourth grade students Bone Regency.

Abstract

This research is a type of descriptive qualitative research. The problem of this research is how to implement the school literacy movement, especially in increasing students' reading interest. This research is a type of descriptive qualitative research. The results showed that the implementation of the literacy movement was carried out through 3 stages, namely the habituation stage; conducting literacy mornings and structuring a literacy-rich environment. development stage; follow-up activities and library visits. learning stage; use strategies in reading activities. The obstacles faced are the lack of reading books, improving reading corners, and students who are not fluent in reading. Efforts are being made to coordinate with school principals to improve literacy facilities such as procuring books and revamping reading corners. The conclusion of this research is that the implementation of the literacy movement in increasing students' reading interest is carried out in three stages, namely the stages of habituation, development, and learning, but there are obstacles in terms of facilities. Efforts are being made to improve the facilities for supporting the school literacy movement

Abstract

This research is a correlational quantitative research which to find the description of teacher creativity and the description of students critical thinking skills. Then determine whether or not there is a relationship between teacher creativity and critical thinking skills in the fourth grade mathematics subject at SD Inpres 12/79 Jeppe'e. The population of this study are 44 students. The research instruments used were questionnaires and tests. The data analysis technique was carried out by descriptive analysis and inferential analysis to determine the relationship between the teacher's creativity and the student's critical thinking. The results of the research on teacher creativity and students' critical thinking skills in Mathematics are in good category. Then based on the results of inferential analysis the value (0.533) is greater than the value (0.291) at a significant level of 5%. The results that there is a relationship between teacher creativity and critical thinking skills in Mathematics.

Abstract

The problem in this study is the lack of parental support so that it can affect the motivation to learn Physical Education. This study is a quantitative study with a correlation approach that aims to determine the relationship between parental support and physical education learning motivation. The results showed that obtained rx = 0.547 then the relationship between the two variables was classified at the level of relationship in the "medium" category, because it was in the range 0.40 - 0.599 and the rcount value (0.547) was greater (>) rtable value (0.300) which means H0 rejected and Ha accepted. Based on the analysis of the data above, it can open parental support which will have an impact on students' physical education learning motivation. So, increasing parental support will increase students' learning motivation for Physical Education. From these conclusions, the impact resulting from this study is known that good parental support will increase students' physical education learning motivation.

Abstract

This type of research is a qualitative descriptive approach, which aims to determine self-regulation with the learning achievement of fourth grade students of UPTD SDN 236 Taletting. Data collection, observation and interviews. Data analysis techniques, data reduction, data presentation stage, drawing conclusions. The purpose of the research is to provide insight for further researchers, to become a teaching tool to know students' self-regulation. The results showed that students had good self-regulation. The conclusion of this study, self-regulation. indicators are independence, have self-confidence, behave in a disciplined manner, have a sense of responsibility, behave on their own initiative, control learning activities. Factors that affect learning achievement, physical health, motivation, school physical environment, class social environment. Student self-regulation is good because it meets indicators that affect regulation, while student achievement in grade IV UPTD SDN 236 Taletting is good because students have met the requirements (Minimum Graduation Criteria).

Abstract

This study is a true experimental quantitative research design that aims to determine whether or not there is a significant difference in the use of power point learning media on the science learning outcomes of fifth grade students of SD Inpres 12/79 Gattareng. Based on the results of descriptive statistical analysis, the average posttest value for the experimental class was 88.69 with a percentage of 95.2% in the very good category and the average posttest for the control class was 73.75 with a percentage of 42.8% in the good category. Based on the results of inferential statistical analysis shows the tcount value (5.223) is greater (>) the ttable value (2.04227) at the 5% significance level. Thus H_0 is rejected and H_1 is accepted. The results obtained in the study are that there is a significant difference between learning using power point media and learning without using power point media.. This is because the use of power point learning media attracts students attention more and increases students knowledge in understanding science learning materials and can meet all student learning styles.

Abstract

PThis research is motivated by the learning outcomes of students who have not reached SKBM in class V UPT SDN 211 Pinrang. The approach applied is a qualitative approach using the type of classroom action research. The subjects in this study were teachers and students of class V UPT SDN 211 Pinrang, totaling 10 students. Data collection techniques used are observation, tests, and documentation. This research was conducted in two cycles. Based on the data obtained, the results of the research in the first cycle show that the learning process is in good qualification (B), student activities are in good qualification (B) and the learning test results are in sufficient qualification (C). While in cycle II the research results on the learning process have increased with good qualifications (B), student activities are in qualification (B) and learning test results also increase to good qualifications (B). apply the make a match type cooperative learning model to the fifth grade students

Abstract

This research is a correlational study that aims to determine the relationship between teacher questioning skills and high grade students' learning motivation at SDN 28 Pakkita, East Sinjai District, Sinjai Regency. Data analysis techniques are descriptive statistical analysis (mean analysis and percentage analysis) and inferential statistics (normality test, linear test, and hypothesis testing). Based on the results of descriptive statistical analysis, it was obtained that the teacher's questioning skills had an average of 80,96 and a percentage of 80,96% in the very good category, while learning motivation had an average of 83,5 and a percentage of 83,5% in the very good category. The results of inferential statistical analysis on normality testing obtained both research variables that were normally distributed, then in the linear test obtained both data from the research variables were linear, the hypothesis test showed that the rcount value (0,5204) was greater (≥) the rtable value (0,2632) at the 5% significance level. Thus H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. The conclusion of the study is that there is a significant relationship between the teacher's questioning skills and the learning motivation of high-class students at SDN 28 Pakkita, East Sinjai District, Sinjai Regency.
