Abstract

Posyandu (Integrated Service Post) plays a vital role in improving community health by providing essential health services and recording health data. However, observations have shown that the process of recording and processing health data is still done manually, leading to delays in decision-making and inefficiencies in time management. This study aims to develop a web-based information system to monitor Posyandu activities, streamlining the processes of data recording, processing, and reporting, which are essential for health-related decision-making. The research employs the Prototype method and PIECES analysis framework to design and develop the system. The system is built using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. The implementation is carried out on a local network, with functional testing performed using Blackbox testing and software quality assessed using User Acceptance Testing (UAT) through a questionnaire method. The results show that the proposed system improves data processing efficiency, enhances the accuracy of health reports, and supports Posyandu cadres in delivering information quickly and making timely decisions. The system reduces dependency on manual data management, improving overall service delivery. The findings suggest that further research is needed in related areas to enhance system performance and service quality. Additionally, the system should be developed further with the latest technology to ensure effective and efficient health services.

Abstract

This study investigates the efficiency of Network Function Virtualization (NFV) in managing network traffic using a simulation-based experimental approach. NFV offers flexibility, scalability, and cost-efficiency by replacing hardware-based functions with software-based services. The research involves the deployment of Virtual Network Functions (VNFs) such as firewalls, load balancers, and intrusion detection systems within a simulated environment using tools like Mininet, OpenStack, and GNS3. Performance was evaluated under varying traffic conditions—normal, moderate, and high load scenarios—by measuring latency, throughput, jitter, CPU, and memory usage. The findings indicate that while NFV performs comparably to traditional systems under low to moderate load, it suffers from performance degradation under high traffic, particularly in latency and resource utilization. However, the integration of intelligent orchestration and dynamic resource management can mitigate these limitations. The results suggest that with proper optimization, NFV can serve as a viable alternative to traditional network infrastructure, especially in supporting next-generation network applications. This study contributes to the understanding of NFV’s operational performance and provides recommendations for its deployment in modern networks.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan aplikasi panorama berbasis Android dengan memanfaatkan Unity Hub sebagai platform pengembangan. Aplikasi ini dirancang untuk memberikan pengalaman visual yang imersif bagi pengguna melalui teknologi panorama 360 derajat, yang memungkinkan pengguna untuk melihat lingkungan sekitar secara interaktif. Proses pengembangan dimulai dengan analisis kebutuhan aplikasi, dilanjutkan dengan desain antarmuka pengguna dan integrasi fitur-fitur panorama. Unity Hub digunakan sebagai alat untuk membangun dan menyusun aplikasi, mengingat kemampuannya dalam menangani grafik 3D dan mendukung platform Android. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi panorama ini berhasil diimplementasikan dengan kualitas visual yang baik, serta responsivitas yang memadai pada perangkat Android. Pengujian aplikasi dilakukan dengan mengukur kinerja, responsivitas, dan pengalaman pengguna. Kesimpulannya, penggunaan Unity Hub dalam pengembangan aplikasi panorama berbasis Android terbukti efektif dalam menciptakan aplikasi dengan kualitas visual yang tinggi dan pengalaman interaktif yang memadai.

Abstract

Penipuan kartu kredit dalam transaksi online merupakan ancaman serius yang menyebabkan kerugian finansial bagi konsumen dan lembaga keuangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan model deteksi penipuan kartu kredit menggunakan algoritma Support Vector Machine (SVM). Prosesnya meliputi preprocessing data seperti penanganan missing values, encoding fitur kategorikal, dan normalisasi fitur numerik. Dataset dibagi menjadi data pelatihan dan pengujian untuk validasi model. Evaluasi model dilakukan menggunakan akurasi, precision, recall, dan F1-score. Hasil menunjukkan model SVM mencapai akurasi, precision, recall, dan F1-score sebesar 100%. Validasi silang memastikan konsistensi, dan optimasi hyperparameter dengan GridSearchCV meningkatkan kinerja model. Studi ini menyimpulkan bahwa model SVM yang dihasilkan andal untuk deteksi penipuan kartu kredit.

Abstract

Laboratories are essential facilities in higher education institutions, particularly in supporting practical learning and research activities. However, manual management often leads to scheduling conflicts, inefficient room utilization, and limited access to real-time information. This study aims to develop a web-based, integrated laboratory room scheduling system for the Faculty of Science and Technology at the University of Jambi. The research adopts the Design Thinking methodology, which consists of five stages: Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype, and Test. Stakeholder needs were identified through interviews with lecturers, students, lab staff, and laboratory heads. The primary issue identified was the lack of a centralized scheduling system. A prototype was designed using Figma, incorporating features such as real-time schedule viewing, room booking management, and usage reporting. Usability testing with five respondents revealed high satisfaction in terms of learnability (84%), memorability (85%), and efficiency (87%). The results confirm that the system meets user needs and improves laboratory management. This study contributes to the digital transformation of academic services by offering a user-centered, context-aware solution tailored to the needs of the Faculty of Science and Technology.

Abstract

Internet memiliki banyak mengandung informasi dan konten baik positif maupun negatif yang dapat diakses oleh siapapun yang memiliki perangkat yang terhubung ke internet. Penggunaan internet yang baik dan bijak perlu menggunkan sistem yang dapat memfilter situs-situs negatif tanpa adanya mempengaruhi kecepatan internet karena tidak semua pengguna internet dapat memilah dan memilih informasi yang baik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini merupakan untuk memberikan pengendalian sistem terhadap pengendalian akses internet yang mendukung internet sehat di Kelurahan Rumah Sakit Tangerang menggunakan firewall filtering dan manajemen bandwidth menggunkan layer 7 protocol dan simple queue pada sistem operasi mikrotik. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara, dan studi literatur, kemdian melakukan perancangan jaringan, serta penggunaan filter akses dan pembagian bandwidth yang diterapkan. Tahap akhir merupakan pengujian sistem dengan aplikasi GUI winbox. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sistem keamana dengan firewall filtering layer 7 protocol untuk memblokir situs-situs web negatif dan akses media sisoal serta simple queue dapat membatasin alokasi upload dan download masing user. Hasil menunjukkna bahwa layer 7 protocol dan simple queue mampu meblock akses terhadap sebuah situs web dan akses terhadap jejaring sosial media serta membatasi penggunaan upload dan download sesuai dengan apa yang telah di implementasikan.

Abstract

Cardiovascular diseases are the leading cause of global mortality. By utilizing machine learning methods, patient data analysis can estimate risk and plan more effective interventions. The aim of this study is to evaluate the performance of algorithms such as Random Forest, Decision Tree, and Gradient Boosting in predicting cardiovascular diseases. The first step involves using the K-Nearest Neighbors (KNN) imputation method to address missing values in the dataset derived from cardiovascular disease patients. The data is split into training and testing sets with a ratio of 80:20. The three machine learning algorithms are tested on this data, with evaluations conducted using accuracy, precision, recall, and F1-score. The results show that Random Forest delivers the best performance with an accuracy of 65%, precision of 60%, recall of 31%, and F1-score of 41%. Although Decision Tree and Gradient Boosting demonstrate competitive results, they are slightly lower than those of Random Forest. The KNN imputation method is proven effective in handling missing values. In conclusion, Random Forest outperforms, followed by Gradient Boosting and Decision Tree, providing a foundation for the development of more accurate predictive models in diagnosing cardiovascular diseases.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berfokus pada analisis perancangan jaringan 5G New Radio (NR) dengan frekuensi low band 700 MHz di Kota Bandung. Perencanaan jaringan dilakukan dengan pendekatan analisis coverage untuk menentukan jumlah gNodeB yang diperlukan. Perhitungan meliputi link budget, penerapan model propagasi 3GPP 38.901 UMa (Urban Macro) dengan skenario Line of Sight (LOS), cell radius, dan coverage area per gNodeB. Simulasi menggunakan perangkat lunak Atoll dilakukan untuk memverifikasi perancangan, dengan pengukuran parameter SS-RSRP dan SS-SINR sebagai indikator performa jaringan. Hasil perhitungan menunjukkan bahwa untuk mencakup seluruh wilayah Kota Bandung dengan luas 167,31 km², diperlukan 30 gNodeB untuk uplink dan 10 gNodeB untuk downlink. Hasil simulasi menunjukkan nilai SS-RSRP rata-rata -97,59 dBm dengan standar deviasi 12,35 dB dan nilai SS-SINR rata-rata 14,37 dB dengan standar deviasi 8,01 dB, keduanya memenuhi standar KPI untuk implementasi jaringan 5G. Kesimpulannya, perancangan jaringan 5G NR dengan frekuensi 700 MHz di Kota Bandung terbukti efisien dan layak diimplementasikan, dengan keunggulan jangkauan yang luas dan penetrasi bangunan yang baik, sesuai dengan karakteristik kota yang memiliki kepadatan bangunan tinggi dan topografi beragam.

Abstract

This study aims to design and develop a web-based employee attendance system using the Agile methodology to improve the accuracy and efficiency of attendance records in the workplace. The system includes a location validation feature using Leaflet, an interactive mapping tool, to ensure that employees can only check in from approved locations. In addition, the system uses a webcam to capture a real-time photo of the employee during attendance as an extra layer of verification to prevent fraud. The development process includes requirements gathering, designing the user interface and database structure, building the application in stages, functional testing using the black-box method, and deploying the system in a real environment. The implementation results show that the system can accurately record real-time attendance, display user location on a map, and store attendance photos securely. This system supports a more transparent, secure, and accessible attendance management process. User feedback is collected for future improvements.
