Abstract

This study aims to determine: differences in the effect between massed practice and distributed practice training methods on soccer shooting results, differences in influence between students who have high dynamic balance and low balance on soccer shooting results, interactions between training methods and dynamic balance students against the results of soccer shooting. This experimental research is factorial 2x1x2. The population of the study was 34 prospective members of the STKIP Dharma Wacana Metro Lampung Football Student Activity Unit. The sample consisted of 20 students who were divided into 4 student groups consisting of 5 students. The sampling technique by combining random purposive sampling. The data analysis technique used was ANAVA test using the SPSS 16.0 program and a significance level of 5%.

Abstract

Based on the pre-survey conducted that in teachingusually teachersuse the lecture method. There aremany students with low science process skills and only a few students with high science process skills. The purpose of this study was to determine whether or not the influence of macromedia flash combined with LKS on the science process skills of class X students of SMA N 2 Metro. This study techniqueused a cluster random sampling technique, because class X consisted of seven classes, so two classes were taken. randomly used as samples, class X4 as theclass experimentaland X2 as the control class. Theinstruments used in this study were questionnaire sheets, observation sheets, and tests. The analysis in this study used the two average similarity test and the two average difference test. Based on the test results of two average difference data obtained tdaf (? = 5%) = 1.67 and thit = 3.02 to thit>tdafwhich means that the average skill pross science experiment class students is higher than the average science process skills in the control class there is an influence of the use of macromedia flash combined with LKS on the science process skills of class X students of SMA N 2 Metro. Based on the description above it can be suggested that teachers should be able to use learning media in the form of macromedia flash combined with LKS. Abstract

This study examined about the development of application-based learning media lectora inspire on Class V social studies subjects at SDN 1 Bandarjoyo, Batanghari subdistrict, East Lampung. The purpose of this research is to describe (1) the initial description of the need for learning media based on theapplication Lectora Inspire in Social Studies subjects in Class V; (2) an overview of the results of the development of learning media based on theapplication Lectora Inspire in Social Studies subjects in Class V, and (3) the feasibility of learning media based on theapplications Lectora Inspire in Social Studies subjects in Class V at SDN 1 Bandarjoyo, Batanghari Subdistrict, East Lampung. This research approach is research and development(research and development),the development model borg and gall. The process of developing learning media based onapplications Lectora Inspire in social studies subjects goes through 8 stages, namely preliminary research and data collection, planning, product development, validity test (expert test), revision I, small group test, revision II, and final product. data collection using a questionnaire instrument. Analysis of the data used is quantitative descriptive data analysis. The level of appropriateness of learning media based onapplications Lectora Inspire in social studies subjects was based on expert judgment of 4.35, media experts at 3.8, learning practitioners (teachers) at 4.55 and students at 4.54 so as to obtain a mean score of 4, 31 with a very good category that shows the results that the learning media is feasible to be used in the learning process for Class V students of SDN 1 Bandarjoyo, Batanghari subdistrict, East Lampung. Abstract

The implementation of genre-based approach in EFL teaching has been increasingly attracting many EFL teachers’ attention. This study aimed at investigating the implementation of Genre-Based Approach in teaching and learning process of reading skill at SMPN 1 Purbolinggo. This study was descriptive qualitative. Thetechniques of collecting the data were observation, interviews and documentation. The data was analyzed by referring to theory of the stages of genre-based approach developed by Feez and Joyce., (1998). The total of the sample of this study was 33 students in the seventh grade of SMPN 1 Purbolinggo. The findings showed that the English teacher still had some weakness in implementing genre-based approach. Moreover, the students still had many difficulties in generic structure and social function of the text. Keywords: EFL learners, Ganre Based Approach, Reading skill.

Multicultural education as a program designed by gets guidance on dimensioning: content integration, knowledge construction, prejudice reduction, equitable pedagogy, and empowering school culture and social structure. Via this design, multicultural diimplementasikan's education in multicultural learning gets nationalistic point basis to result, studying subjects that has an interest: (1) get knowledges and well-informed about concept multiculturalism (knowledge); (2) have sharp-witted attitudes and able as membered as a society which multicultural (disposition); and (3) have the skills to take a decision and give alternatives to about problem multicultural in look after integration and congruity (skill). Abstract

Based on observations made to physics teachers and students at the Junior High School (SMP) 7 Bandar Lampung and SMP PGRI I BumiAgung, it is known that the physics learning process undertaken by teachers often does not teach physics applications in students’ lives. In addition, print-based learning media at this time are also verbalistic and have not been able to link physics with life around students. The learning process and the lack of media that can link theory and application in student life make students feel bored studying physics. Physics learning comics are media that are able to link the concepts of physics with life around students. This condition is the background of conducting research, developing physics learning comics as supplement media which are thought to be interesting and effective for students. This research is a research and development (R&D) of comics for based on graphic design that aims to describe the characteristics of Physics Learning Comics. Research and development of comics for physics learning is carried out by following procedures (1) needs analysis, (2) making goals, (3) determining the subject matter, (4) synopsis writing (5) initial script writing, (6) prototype production, (7) evaluation, (8) revision, (9) final script writing, (10) trials and (11) final comics. The results of tests with operational tests show that 84.21% of students can pass the KKM SMP N 7 Bandar Lampung and the results of the attractiveness test taken from a questionnaire score of 3.51 indicate that this comic of physics learning is effective and very interesting to learn. Abstract

This experimental research presented Blended learning for the vocabulary mastery faced by the students of Primary School Teacher Education. The objective of this research is to know whether there is influence of using Blended Learning toward the students’ vocabulary mastery and to know whether Blended Learning giving the positive influence to the students’ vocabulary mastery. The method of investigation is held through quantitative research. The researcher uses queasy experimental research. The research is conducted at the students in second semester of Primary School Teacher Education in 2019. The population in this research is 12 classes. The researcher takes the sample, 35 students as experiment class and 35 as control class based on classification of student level. The researcher uses cluster sampling as technique sampling. For analyzing the data, the researcher uses T test formula. The researcher got the result of ratio is 4,71 and ttable is 2,44. It means that tcount > ttable. So, there is positive influence of using Blended Learning toward the students’ vocabulary mastery at the second semester of Primary School Teacher Education UNU Lampung in 2019.The researcher expects English teacher to use blended learning in teaching vocabulary. Abstract

This study iscusses functional nahwu, which in general is a characteristic of nahwu that seeks to present Nahwu's rules in an easy, simple method, and away from boring long-winded and overly concise discussions. The method used in this research is library research or library study by gathering literature and writing related to functional nahwu. In some books, found functional aspects which have advantages and disadvantages in the contents of each book.The four books dissected in this paper have a cursory functional characteristics as mentioned in the discussion above. Abstract

This research aims to clarify the role of Arabic in advancing Islamic science and civilization through library studies on the history of Arabic for a long time. The method used in this research is library research or library study by gathering literature and writing relatedrelated to the themes discussed. The results of this study are that: Arabic is the language that carries the most attributes. Besides being the language of the holy book of the Koran and Hadith, Arabic is the language of religion and Muslims. The position of Arabic as the language of Islamic science, language of education, and culture in the golden age of Islam was seen as important as a "double achievement", namely the achievement of Islam and Arabic language. Abstract

Learning mathematics is a form of government attention to the development of mathematics, which is one of the fields of science that has become a milestone for the progress of a country. This development effort does not just go away, there are obstacles that occur, especially those related to mathematics learning or the views of some students towards mathematics itself. Anxiety is one of the things that hit the learning system, especially mathematics learning. Students' anxiety in mathematics learning can be interpreted as an unpleasant emotional state of students, which is characterized by anxiety, discomfort, worry, unfounded fear that undesirable things will happen when students face maths lessons. The anxiety experienced by students in mathematics is often referred to as mathematics anxiety (Mathematics Anxiety). Mathematics anxiety cannot be seen as normal, because the inability of students to adapt to lessons causes students to have difficulty and phobia towards mathematics, which in turn causes student achievement in mathematics to be low. This paper willdescribe several things that can manage anxiety in learning mathematics.
