Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of quality , brand, packaging, and product price on customer decisions in buying coffee and boba among millenial teenagers. Respondents as many as 200. The analytical tool used is SEM analysis . The results showed that the products quality of starbucks , kopi kenangan , xiboba , and chatime were judged to provide good product quality . Good product packaging , good taste and attractive packaging and safe drinks for consumption are the advantages of the starbucks , kopi kenangan , xiboba , and chatime, because they can leave a poitive impression on consumers so that consumers can make further purchases. Interesting and unique brand names , namely starbucks , kopi kenangan , xiboba , and chatime were considered attractive by some informants , this made the brand able to make an impression on people’s memories. In taste , everyone has different in assessing the level of enjoyment of sturbucks starbucks products , kopi kenangan , xiboba , and chatime . Attractive and unique packaging of starbucks ,kopi kenangan , xiboba , and chatime products . So that customers can make further purchases. Affordable price among customers make starbucks products , kopi kenangan , xiboba , and chatime often purchased by customers/consumers . Quality , brand , packaging , dan price have a positive and siqnificant influence on customers decisions to consume coffe and boba

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of fairness and taxknowledge on compliance of individual taxpayers in Malang. The analyticalmethod used in this study is multiple regression. Based on the results of theanalysis found evidence that simultaneously or partially justice and tax knowledgeaffect the compliance of Individual Taxpayers in Malang. In order to improvetaxpayer compliance, the KPP Pratama office in Malang provides taxationknowledge to the public through intensive, consistent and sustainable taxeducation. In addition, it is necessary to increase the quantity and quality of taxeducation counseling so that the public's tax knowledge increases and becomemore aware and compliant in carrying out their tax obligations. In addition,taxpayers to learn more and understand the regulations regarding taxation so thatthey can improve their compliance as taxpayers

Abstract

In the environment where we live or where we carry out economicactivities, we often find that business activities carried out by a person or a certainbusiness group often ignore the ethics in conducting their activities. Manydeviations are made in line with the purpose of doing business activities only toachieve maximum profits without providing a comfort effect for workers. Abstract

Abstract. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of service quality and image on patient satisfaction and trust. In addition, this study also analyzes the indirect effect of service quality and image on patient trust which is mediated by patient satisfaction. The population of this study was 855 patients at Pindad General Hospital, while the sample used was 130 inpatients at Pindad General Hospital Malang Malang. The data source used in this research is primary data and the method to be used in data collection is the questionnaire data collection method. Analysis of the data used in research using Path Analysis (Path Analysis). The results showed that service quality and image had a direct effect on patient satisfaction, service quality, and image had a direct effect on patient trust, patient satisfaction had a direct effect on patient trust, and patient satisfaction was able to mediate the effect between service quality and patient trust image. Suggestions from this study are that Pindad Malang General Hospital needs to have medical staff and employees who have the skills and proficiency in carrying out their duties, always give a good impression by providing services to patients according to medical service standards, always giving a good impression by providing services to patients according to with medical service standards, accepting underprivileged patients by providing health insurance and free social service programs for underprivileged people and conducting social programs through health education to the community.

Abstract

Abstract. This study intends to investigate how Malang City batik artisans perceive accounting by keeping track of business activity. This study used a qualitative methodology, a natural setting as a data gathering tool, inductive analysis, and a meaning-centered approach. Researchers employed an interpretive paradigm in this investigation. "Simple accounting" is a phenomenon that characterizes the accounting methods used by batik artisans. The definition of accounting reveals that it is a form of bookkeeping that documents company transactions. Even though the accounting employed was not in conformity with generally accepted accounting rules for small firms, the batik craftsmen included in this study understood and used accounting to manage their finances. Some of the batik artisans acknowledge that they still don't have much accounting understanding. Both batik artisans are aware that accounting is the recording of information for both internal and external parties for the purpose of using it later for business decision-making.

Abstract

This research was conducted to answer suggestions in previously published articles, regarding RSUD Dr. Saiful Anwar has not implemented PSAP in his Financial Statements. In addition, this study also aims to analyze new policies regarding the implementation of PSAP 13 policies in the financial reports of one of the public service agencies of Dr. Saiful Anwar. This research uses a type of descriptive qualitative research. The discussion studied in this research is about PSAP 13 Analysis on the presentation of the Financial Report of RSUD Dr. Saiful Anwar. Data was obtained in three ways, namely Documentation, Interviews, and Observations. The results of this study indicate that the presentation of the financial statements prepared by RSUD Dr. Saiful Anwar has implemented PSAP 13 as a whole. However, there are several differences in terms of presentation in the Operational Report section, these differences are due to RSUD Dr. Saiful Anwar is a hospital that is included in the BLUD category which is directly supervised by SKPD, where each application and practice must be following direct orders from SKPD (Regional Government Work Unit). However, these differences are not a problem, and RSUD Dr. Saiful Anwar continues to do according to what should be implemented. RSUD Dr. Saiful Anwar in presenting his financial statements is done on two bases, namely cash basis and accrual basis. This is done because it refers to the Regulation of the Minister of Finance Number 217/PMK.05/2015 concerning PSAP 13 Government Accounting Standards concerning the presentation of Financial Reports to Regional Public Service Agencies and the Policies contained in the SAP.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of financial literacy and financial attitude on financial management behavior moderated by fintech payments. Financial management behavior is important and needs to be understood, especially by students who already have responsibility for making decisions regarding the management of their personal finances. The samples taken in this study were 292 students of the Department of Management, State University of Malang, class of 2019 and 2020 and used a purposive sampling method. The data obtained were analyzed through multiple linear regression and moderation regression analysis (MRA) using the SPSS 29 application. The results showed that financial literacy, financial attitudes, and fintech payments partially had a significant positive effect on students’ financial management behavior. Meanwhile, fintech payments as a moderating variable are able to strengthen the effect of financial literacy on financial management behavior, but fintech payments cannot moderate the effect of financial attitudes on financial management behavior

Abstract

Decision Support System (DSS) is a tool that helps organizations make objective and structured data-driven decisions. One of the commonly used methods in DSS is the Multi-Attribute Utility Theory (MAUT), which enables the evaluation and comparison of alternatives based on multiple criteria with predetermined weights. This study aims to implement the MAUT method to assess employee eligibility in the production sector by considering factors such as technical knowledge, operational skills, time management, workplace safety, and work quality. By applying MAUT, companies can rank employees based on utility scores calculated through normalization and weighting. Data were collected from 30 production employees using observations and interviews to assess performance based on 12 key indicators. The results indicate that the MAUT method provides structured and accurate outcomes in determining the most eligible employees according to the specified criteria. Furthermore, this method supports more transparent and efficient decision-making, particularly in employee evaluation, promotion, and human resource management. This study concludes that implementing MAUT significantly contributes to assisting manufacturing and industrial companies in objectively managing employees and provides a foundation for developing AI-based employee evaluation models and machine learning applications in the future

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of company size and sales growth on financial distress in Textile and Garment companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2022 period. The type of research used is quantitative with an associative approach. The population used in this study is Textile and Garment companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2018-2022 period with a sample of 7 companies. The sampling technique uses the purposive sampling method. The data analysis method uses descriptive analysis, model suitability testing, panel data regression analysis and hypothesis testing (Partial t test and simultaneous F test) with the help of Eviews 12. The results of this study indicate that company size has a significant effect on financial distress with the results of the t test obtained t count 2.516938> 2.03452 t table and Prob. significance of 0.0170 <0.05. Sales growth does not have a significant effect on financial distress with the results of the t-test obtained t count 1.147534 < 2.03452 t table and Prob. significance of 0.2597 > 0.05. Company size and sales growth have a significant effect together on financial distress, with the results of the F test obtained F count 3.538817 > 3.28 F table and Prob. significance of 0.040883 < 0.05

Abstract

Hospitals play a frontline role in healthcare services and serve as the starting point for the community's interaction with the healthcare system, thereby significantly contributing to the improvement of public health status. As the population increases, the demand for healthcare services also rises. Public awareness of health and a higher level of education make them increasingly understand health issues, accompanied by expectations for quality and satisfactory healthcare services. Hospital management must pay attention to employee welfare, especially in terms of compensation and career development, in order to provide resources capable of meeting the demands of optimal service. The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of compensation and career development on employee performance at Prima Husada Hospital Malang, both partially and simultaneously. This research uses a quantitative approach employing multiple linear regression analysis and is processed using SPSS. The results show that compensation and career development have a significant impact on employee performance, both partially and simultaneously. These results are expected to assist in the development of strategies to improve employee performance, particularly in companies operating in the public service sector.
