Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini ialah menganalisis pengaruh online trust, online satisfaction, dan electronic word of mouth terhadap loyalitas pelanggan pada aplikasi Shopee. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer. Metode pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu semua mahasiswa fakultas ekonomi dan bisnis Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta yang sudah beberapa kali membeli barang atau jasa pada aplikasi Shopee. Jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini ialah 100 responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel Nonprobability sampling dengan metode purposive sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan perangkat lunak SmartPLS 3.0. Penelitian ini menerapkan metode analisis Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian ini ialah Online trust berpengaruh negatif tidak signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Online satisfaction berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Electronic word of mouth berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan.

Abstract

Abstract. The purpose of the study to examine the role of OCB in mediating the effect of employee empowerment on employee performance at PT. Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk, infra 2, Department 4 Surabaya. The population of this study is employees of PT. Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk, infra 2, Department 4 Surabaya totaling 30 employees. A sample is a portion of a population that has relatively similar characteristics and is considered to be representative of the population (Singarimbun, 1991). The sampling technique in this study uses a census, where the samples used are all members of the existing population. So that the sample in the study was 30 employees. The analysis technique used is path analysis. The results of the study explain that empowerment affects Organizational Citizenship Behavior and organizational performance is acceptable. Organizational Citizenship Behavior affects employee performance is acceptable. Organizational Citizenship Behavior can mediate the effect of empowerment on employee performance

Abstract

Abstract. Millennial clothing needs are increasingly diverse, following changing times. For example, the need for clothing is not explained by the existence of branded and quality goods. With goods that can be reached by all millennial groups. Regarding branding strategies, thrifthing businesses must have a strong and attractive image for consumers. A good brand image can help a business to become better known and liked by consumers. The purpose of qualitative research is to understand the phenomena encountered is research. Including understanding, perception, motivation and action. In a special natural context by utilizing various natural methods such as in depth interviews, observation, or documentation to gain a better understanding of various aspects of human behavior and experience. Data obtained from the list of research questions as a result of research conducted via zoom has been presented. Several findings can be found regarding the data that researchers need.in this research, the owner of Nemee Supply obtained data onhow to determine market segmentation and not follow trends too much, so data from informants is really needed to explain the acquisition of research data which can be used as an interview draft. The conclusion of the research is to follow fashion influencers who have influence on social media. The fashion trends they follow, pay attention to what items are in high demand by customers and what is trending in the shop, build a strong identity which includes choosing a name and logo, which reflects the character and values of the Nemee Supplay business, and provide a good customer experience

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan situasional dan motivasi kerja terhadap perilaku kerja inovatif pegawai Unit Pelaksana Teknis Perpustakaan Proklamator Bung Karno Kota Blitar yang dimoderasi oleh budaya organisasi. Penelitian kuantitatif eksplanatori ini menilai hubungan antar variabel melalui pengujian hipotesis. Dari populasi 103 pegawai kantor tersebut, 97 orang bersedia terlibat. Data penelitian dikumpulkan dari kuesioner berskala Likert 5 poin dan dianalisis menggunakan kuadrat terkecil parsial di SmartPLS versi 4.0.9.6. Uji instrumen dan uji-t juga dilakukan pada model luar dan dalam. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa (1) gaya kepemimpinan situasional berpengaruh terhadap perilaku kerja inovatif, (2) motivasi kerja berbanding terbalik dengan perilaku kerja inovatif, (3) budaya organisasi memperkuat pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan situasional terhadap perilaku kerja inovatif, dan (4) organisasi budaya memperkuat pengaruh negatif motivasi kerja terhadap perilaku kerja inovatif.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menjelaskan pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan jaminan sosial terhadap kepuasan kerja melalui kinerja karyawan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian eksplanatori yaitu menjelaskan hubungan sebab akibat antar variabel penelitian melalui pengujian hipotesis yang dirumuskan. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 196 responden yang merupakan pegawai RSUD 'Aisyiyah Bojonegoro. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner yang diukur dengan skala likert. Uji instrumen dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Metode analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, lingkungan kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, jaminan sosial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, jaminan sosial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, kepuasan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui kepuasan kerja, dan jaminan sosial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui kepuasan kerja

Abstract

Cashless payment is gradually replacing physical currency in almost every financial transaction across the world. Even though cashless payment methods have been available in Malaysia since a decade ago, their usage has remained relatively low in comparison to other countries. This study aims to analyse the elements that affect the Malaysian youth’s adoption intention and actual use of cashless payment by extending the unified theory of acceptance and use of technology (UTAUT) model with two key factors (perceived security [PS] and lifestyle compatibility [LC]). The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Data were analyzed using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) method. The results of this research are: (1) Effort expectancy have a positive effect on intention to use cashless payment, (2) Social influence has a positive effect on intention to use cashless payment, (3) Performance expectancy has a positive effect on intention to use cashless payment, (4) Lifestyle compatibility has a positive effect on intention to use cashless payment, (5) Intention to use cashless payment has a positive effect on adoption of cashless payment. The conclusion of this research is that the antecedents of intention to use cashless payment are effort expectancy, social influence, performance expectancy, and lifestyle compatibility. Meanwhile, the consequence of the intention to use cashless payment is the adoption of cashless payment.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze efforts to increase taxpayers' compliance in paying land and building taxes (PBB). This research is a qualitative research. The informants in this study are employees at the Malang Regency Regional Original Revenue Agency. The data in this study was collected through interview, documentation and observation methods. The results of this study show that taxpayer compliance in the Malang Regency Regional Original Revenue Agency sometimes increases and sometimes decreases. Therefore, there are efforts made by Officers who work at the Malang Regency Regional Original Revenue Agency so that they can increase taxpayers in paying land and building taxes. the existence of optimal management performance in accordance with the field of work and several obstacles related to increasing Land and Building Tax revenues

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of the implementation of e-HRM, the use of technology and information, HR services and the quality of innovation on employee productivity and job satisfaction. This research was conducted on the banking sector in the city of Tanjungpinang, Riau Islands Province, Indonesia. The respondents to this study were 250 who were bank employees in the city of Tanjungpinang. The questions in this research questionnaire are 34 questions that cover all research variables and are filled out through a google form. The research data was processed by analysis using SPSS. The results of this study show that the use of ICT and the quality of innovation used by employees in working have a positive effect on work productivity and job satisfaction. Meanwhile, the implementation of eHRM and the quality of HR services do not have a significant impact on employee work productivity.

Abstract

In the current era of digitalization, each company has a different product marketing strategy. One of them is by setting a product price strategy without reducing the quality of service that will influence consumer purchasing decisions. This study aims to determine the effect of price and service quality on consumer purchasing decisions for Mie Gacoan Cirebon. The type of method used in this research is quantitative method. Data collection techniques in this study using data from questionnaires distributed online. The population in this study were consumers of Mie Gacoan. The author used a nonprobability purposive sampling method which resulted in 100 respondents using the Smart PLS 4.0 analysis tool. The results in this study indicate that price and service quality have a positive and significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions for Mie Gacoan Cirebon.

Abstract

This study aims to observe and predict bankruptcy in the pharmaceutical sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) using the Grover analysis method. The population size is 3 (three) years with the period (2021-2023). The data analysis method in this research is descriptive quantitative using secondary data sources. The data analysis techniques used are descriptive statistics and Accuracy Level Test. The results showed that the most accurate prediction model in predicting bankruptcy of pharmaceutical sector companies is Grover with an accuracy rate of 97% and an error rate of 3%. Judging from the 2021-2023 period, there are 13 companies listed as the pharmaceutical sector on the IDX. This shows that there are 11 companies that are in the category of not bankrupt or in a healthy condition with a G-Score value above 0.01. However, there are 2 companies that experience gray areas, namely PT Indofarma (Persero) Tbk which occurred in 2022 and 2023 and PT Kimia Farma (Persero) Tbk which occurred in 2023.
