Breast cancer is a condition of uncontrolled breast cell proliferation that most frequently develops from the ductal epithelial cells (85%) or lobules (15%) of the breast glands. Poor prognoses for patients can result from cancer's extensive organ metastasis, now the second largest cause of cancer death in women. This study aims to identify the variables that affect how well patients with the operable breast cancer subtype Luminal B respond to treatment at RSUP DR M Djamil Padang. This research used a cross-sectional methodology with a retrospective study approach to identify characteristics that affect the treatment outcome for operable breast cancer subtype luminal B at RSUP DR. M. Djamil Padang. From August to November 2022, the study was carried out in the Oncology Surgery Division of RSUP DR. M. Djamil Padang. With HER2 being the main component, multivariate analysis revealed that HER2 and the kind of therapy were significantly connected with the treatment outcome for cancer patients.

University students in many developing countries do not experience the same mode choices in developed countries. This study implements existing influence factors of mode choice towards a university in a developing country by analyzing the characteristics of the student’s preferences in choosing the best transportation modes under different circumstances. The primary data is taken through a stated preference survey which is then analyzed using a descriptive statistics approach and findings are compared with existing studies. Firstly, commuter students show a significant interest in driving-alone mode compared to the other four mode choices. Secondly, proximity to campus proves to be influential on students’ mode choices. Thirdly, the majority of students live within their family residences, and this influence their mode choice behavior. Lastly, the results shown are correlated only with evening-period students.

Roundabouts are considered to play a role as an effective replacement for signalized intersections and reduce congestion in urban areas. The increase in vehicles each year causes roundabouts to be ineffective in distributing vehicles. This paper aims to analyze road performance. The research method was carried out by means of a field survey. Data was collected from the Tuah Madani Roundabout, Batam, Indonesia. The results show that the average speed is 46 km/hour and a small degree of saturation, with a good level of service. It is stated that the roundabout is still comfortable for motorists to pass through.

Signalized intersections and roundabouts are two types of intersections with different systems. The roundabout at Basecamp intersection, in exchange for signalized intersection in the past, is a new thing in that area. This study aims to determine the opinions of basecamp intersection users who used signalized intersections before switching to the roundabout. The effectiveness of using roundabouts compared to the signalized intersection is measured from users' experience of the basecamp intersection as a benchmark. The user-experience-based questionnaire is the primary method to obtain the user's data which is presented in the form of an average scale of performance for each parameter on the radar graph. In total, roundabout outperforms signalized intersection slightly. However, there are significant gaps in performance on driver distraction-free and traffic flow where roundabouts lead. On the other side, signalized intersections significantly dominated the performance of pedestrians' safety. Meanwhile, there are slight differences in drivers' safety and a respectable gap in drivers' ability where signalized intersections lead.
