Abstract

Background: Starfruit is a type of plant that contains a lot of acids. In addition to containing acids, star fruit also contains bioactive compounds such as polyphenols, flavonoids, alkaloids, saponins, and tannins that have the potential to inhibit bacterial activity. Objective: This study aims to determine the effect of ethanol solvent concentration and extraction temperature on the characteristics of star fruit extract, to determine the ethanol solvent concentration and the best extraction temperature to produce star fruit extract. Method: The experiment conducted was a factorial experiment with two factors designed using a Randomized Design Group (RAK). The factor I is the concentration of ethanol solvents which consists of two types, namely 96% ethanol and 70% ethanol. Factor II is the extraction temperature consisting of 3 types, namely 30oC, 40oC, and 50oC. The data were analyzed using variance analysis and further tested with Honest Real Differences. Results: The results showed that ethanol solvent concentration and extraction temperature and their interactions affected the amendment, total flavonoids, total tannins, and total acids. The highest yield, total flavonoids, tannins and acids were shown at the treatment with an ethanol concentration of 96% and an extraction temperature of 30°C. Conclusion: The conclusion of this study is that the treatment with an ethanol solvent concentration of 96% and an extraction temperature of 30 °C is the best treatment to obtain star fruit extract with yield characteristics of 71%, total flavonoids of 7.10%, tannins total 0.914 mg QE /g, and total acid 34.24%.

Abstract

The Occupational Safety and Health Management System (SMK3) is a factor that plays an important role in hospital services. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors related to the implementation of SMK3 in the Inpatient Room of Sultan Abdul Aziz Syah Hospital, East Aceh Regency. The variables of this study are independent and dependent variables, where independent variables consist of knowledge, work environment, K3RS commitment, and K3RS supervision as well as dependent variables, namely the implementation of SMK3. The study was quantitative and cross-sectional with a population of 139 nurses and a large sample of 58 nurses taken by stratified random sampling technique. The data processed is in the form of primary data using questionnaires that are shared with nurses. Statistical tests were carried out using chi-square to find out the relationship between independent and dependent variables. The results of statistical tests with a significance level of 5% (? = 0.05) showed that there was a meaningful relationship between the variables of knowledge, work environment, the commitment of K3RS, and K3RS supervision with the variables of SMK3 implementation with a p-value obtained from each variable < 0.05. The implementation of SMK3 at the Sultan Abdul Aziz Shah Regional Hospital, East Aceh Regency, was included in the bad category of 27.6%. This shows that the implementation of SMK3 in the hospital has not been carried out properly. From the questions asked to nurses through questionnaires, there are several questions where the average nurse gives the lowest score on the questions for implementing SMK3, including in the use of PPE, attending seminars/training in the field of K3, attending K3 training, health checks, checking work environment conditions and supervising work environment conditions.

Abstract

According to Article 1 number 1 of POJK No. 9/POJK.04/2015, the Repurchase Agreement Transaction hereinafter referred to as the Repo Transaction, is a contract to sell or buy securities with the promise of buying or selling again at a predetermined time and price. The essence of a repo transaction, that is, the Seller can buy back the securities he has sold to the Buyer at the price and at the specified time. However, such securities have often been sold by the Buyer to a Third Party before the expiration of the repurchase period. In this journal research, the author uses a case approach with a juridical-normative method, namely legal research carried out by examining library materials or secondary data as basic material for research by conducting a search for regulations and literature related to the subject matter under study. The results showed that the mechanism for transferring shares of Public Companies through repo transactions according to POJK No. 9 / POJK.04 / 2015 consists of 2 buying and selling transactions known as the first leg and second leg and is generally carried out through the negotiation market. Furthermore, the results showed that the transfer of MYRX shares by buyers to third parties was an event of repo transaction failure. The explanation of Article 3 paragraph (3) of POJK No. 9/POJK.04/2015 has outlined several circumstances that are classified as events of default, one of which is the failure to fulfill its obligations related to Repo Transactions. This is because the transfer of shares by the buyer to a third party causes the seller to be unable to repurchase the shares he has sold, so the Buyer fails to fulfill his obligation to resell the securities in the repo transaction to the Seller.

Abstract

Imam Shafi'i was the first to have the latest ideas and ideas of his time regarding the method of extracting Islamic law (Takhrij al-Ahkam), which was systematically poured into a paper entitled Ar-Risalah (letter). This bookkeeping effort was in line with the development of Islamic science at that time. The development of this science occurred during the time of Harun Al-Rashid and culminated in the time of Al-Ma'mun. The birth of the book of Ar-Risalah was the initial phase of the development of ushul fiqh science as a scientific discipline. So this book became the main reference for USHUL experts in the later period in compiling similar works. In the book ar-Risalah, it is found that ash-Shafi'i does not mention the name of his book, and does not even give its own theme to a number of important studies that came to be known as ushul fiqh, he wrote in a broader framework, namely: Kehujjahan as-Sunnah. Ar-Risale is just a treatise written by ash-Shafi'i at the request of al-Mahdi. This Ar-Risale still contains material that is not actually ushul Fiqh, the discussion of ushul fiqh is concentrated on As-Sunnah, Ijma', and Qiya which are solely to deny istihsan. The style of thinking and the factors that intervene in the method of istinbat ash-Shafi'i are commensurate with his educational background, he is one of the Imams of Ahlu as-Sunnah wa al-Jama'ah, who in his fiqhiyyah branch sided with two groups, namely ahlu al-Hadith and ahlu ar-Ra'yi (tawasuth). These two capacities of moderate thinking are what make Ash-Syafi'i so beloved and accepted by the majority of the world's Muslims, especially in Indonesia.

Abstract

Fuel Oil (BBM) is a commodity that plays a vital role in all economic activities. The direct impact of this change in oil prices is a change in operating costs that results in the level of profit of direct investment activities occurring. In simple terms, the purpose of investing is to maximize prosperity through the maximization of profits, and investors always try to invest in efficient and safe investments. The increase in fuel prices not only increases the burden on small communities in general but also for the business world in particular. The surge in the price of Mintak Fuel (BBM) is considered to have a real effect on economic conditions in Indonesia. High oil prices turned out to be unfavorable to the economy of any country in Asia, including Indonesia. The increase in fuel prices in Indonesia is not only caused by the high increase in world oil prices, but also due to the domestic undersupply when compared to its demand. The amount of fuel subsidies such as in Indonesia, which can drain the state budget, is also considered as an excuse for the government to increase fuel prices in the country. The impact on various industrial sectors can lead to high production and operating costs. Moreover, of course, this increase in fuel prices will also have exponential implications for Indonesia's macroeconomic fundamentals.
