Abstract

The West Java Provincial Government has inaugurated a community-based sanitation program in 18 Bandung Regencies. Especially in the Citarum watershed, domestic waste contributes 68% to river pollution and has water quality status over the past 10 years, showing 54% heavily polluted, 23% moderately polluted, 20% lightly polluted, and only 3% meeting quality standards. Efforts to improve domestic wastewater pollution control require the selection of technology that is influenced by many factors, so a theoretical and practical approach that pays attention to sustainability aspects is needed. Neglasari Village, Banjaran District, Sayati village, Margahayu district, and Cipaku village, Paseh District, are Kcamatan in Bandung Regency who have run the Sanimas program that has not met the muku standards, so it is necessary to improve the performance of the Sanimas wastewater treatment plant that is sustainable. From the location of the S animal wastewater treatment plant spread from the upper reaches of the river, the location of the Sanimas wastewater treatment plant is in a densely populated area and sanitation-prone area, also has the need to deal with sanitation problems. This research was conducted using the SWOT method. A SWOT analysis is performed to obtain recommendations for priority strategies.

Abstract

Phytism is an expression of the thoughts of capitalist society to produce duplicating ideas so that producing similar merchandise can generate economic benefits in the form of money. The timeless symbols of the great and noble tradition of wayang Kamasan painting are commodified into physical art, resulting in a struggle between the idealism of a structure that is binding and standard with the idealism of an order that deifies money. Commodification is a feature of capitalism which is able to transform objects, qualities and signs into commodities to be distributed to the market. Commodities that are distributed to the market are the consumption idealism of the tourism industry. The order practice of capitalist society that works in the realm of habitus and the capital and networks that have been built is very broad. Capital relates to the ability to duplicate, while the network seeks to distribute consumer needs with producers. The physical product of the tourism industry which is distributed to the market is in the form of market paintings, handicrafts and souvenirs. To analyze physical aesthetics, the struggle for order structure, and the production of physicalism, theories and methods are used, namely: commodification theory, cultural-industry physicalism theory, and social practice theory. Discussion: The distribution of ethical ethics discusses; capital (money power), habitus (capital society's desire), image and media. Conclusion: Kamasan wayang painting has been made into a physical art alienated from capital society to get money from the tourism industry. The form of fististic art is obscured into a similar new creativity, interchanging the structure of struggle for order and mass production. Findings: Phitism of wayang Kamasan painting is barter oriented to make money.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the legal problems of the phenomenon of technological doping in athletic sports, legal certainty for the protection of sports industry companies related to the phenomenon of technological doping among athletes in athletic sports, and the impact of world athletics policies on patent enforcement. The author uses normative legal research methods with a statutory approach and a conceptual approach that is analyzed qualitatively with descriptive methods sourced from primary, secondary, and tertiary legal materials. The results of the study indicate that the legal problem of the phenomenon of technological doping in athletic sports is that there is no legal certainty regarding the characteristics of the elements of the use of sports equipment technology which is considered to provide unfair advantages for athletes in competition. So that regulations are needed that can explain how technology is considered to be able to provide unfair advantages in competition. Legal certainty for the protection of sports industry companies related to the phenomenon of technological doping among athletes in the field of athletics is through the examination of sports equipment by independent experts, the availability of products in general sales, the suitability of shoe soles based on a predetermined thickness, and sanctions against athletes and delegation members. However, the policies in World Athletics may result in the reduction of exclusive rights owned by inventors to products that have obtained patents. So that to obtain maximum benefits in patent registration for athletic sports products, it is necessary to consider several things including the originality of the invention against other products, the potential harm caused, and consideration of the time between patent filing and sales to the open market.

Abstract

A prototype design for domestic wastewater treatment has been carried out using the concept of filtration, in which this prototype consists of 2 filters to treat domestic wastewater, the first filter uses a 10-inch cartridge filter media in which filter materials are composed, namely cotton, ferrite, and activated carbon. Then the second filter uses an RO 75 GPD filter which consists of a hollow fiber membrane and has pores of 0.0001 microns. Domestic wastewater from the input reservoir is pumped through the PVC and into filter 1, namely the carbon filter media inside the cartridge filter, the produced water is passed through the ferrite filtration media and then inserted into the membrane, the produced water enters the membrane and RO filter then produces processed wastewater that has been clean and enter into the output reservoir. The results of the functional test explained that the flow velocity of treated wastewater passing through the ¾ inch connecting pipe was 0.22 m/s or 0.24 m3/hour and it took 2 hours to fill an aquarium with a water capacity of 57 liters.

Abstract

Entering the era of globalization with various challenges that exist requires us to be able to adjust. One way to be able to adjust to dynamic changes is to innovate. Innovation is changing for the better. As one of the agencies that require innovation is the West Sumatra Tourism Office in order to boost the Indonesian economy, one of which is in the tourism sector. This study aims to examine and build a conceptual model of the influence of Job Stress, Transformational Leadership, and Knowledge sharing towards innovative work behavior on ASN employees of the West Sumatra Provincial Tourism Office. This study used a non-probability sampling technique with a sample used of 58 ASNs through the distribution of questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is path analysis using Smart PLS software. Research hypothesis testing uses T-statistical tests obtained through the bootstrapping process. The results show that Job stress, Transformational Leadership are not able to directly affect innovative work behavior. Job stress affects knowledge sharing directly. Transformational leadership affects Knowledge sharing, and knowledge sharing affects innovative work behavior. The West Sumatra Tourism Office has not been able to implement Innovative work behavior without going through knowledge sharing. This is evidenced by the absence of a direct influence of job stress and transformational leadership on Innovative work behavior. This is because the employees of the West Sumatra Tourism Office have been working for a long time and have more experience and the ability to manage job stress. So that the existence of job stress does not affect the innovative work behavior of employees because they have a high ability to manage job stress on Innovative work behavior.

Abstract

Recently, the Indonesian health world has been shocked by the alleged production and sale of syrup drugs suspected to be contaminated with Ethylene Glycol (EG)/Diethylene Glycol (DEG) which exceeds the safe threshold and triggers acute renal failure in children. This is very worrying because it is feared that the impact will be even wider. Based on the information cited by the author from the news article that the Food and Drug Supervisory Agency of the Republic of Indonesia (BPOM RI) released an updated list of ethylene glycol (EG)/Diethylene Glycol (DEG) tainted syrup drugs that exceed the safe threshold. The contamination is suspected of triggering acute renal failure in children. The method which was used in this Scholar Paper was the Qualitative Research Method, a kind of Normative Legal Writing which was based on prescriptive library research concerning the study of positive law. For the Primary Legal Materials, Scholar used references such as Act Number 8 Year 1999 regarding to Consumer Protection, etc. And for Secondary Legal Material, Scholar uses books, journals, papers, newspapers, and report of legal writing. Then, for Tertiary Legal Materials, Scholar used references such as legal dictionary, dictionary Indonesian-English dictionary and vice versa, etc. Consumer has rights that must be protected from legal perspectives. Law Number 8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection Article 1 point (2) states that consumers are every user of goods and or services available in society, whether for the benefit of themselves, family, others, or other living beings and not for trading. It is crystal clear as regulated by our legislation, Consumer Protection must have a guarantee of legal certainty given to consumers. In this case Consumer Protection must have a guarantee of legal certainty provided to consumers in this case is a guarantee of the safety of syrup drugs on the market so that they are safe for consumption by their buyers. Plus buyers who take the syrup medicine are in an unwell state. Of course they want what is called healing, instead of getting worse, conditions such as kidney failure or even death.
