Abstract

The thrifting business in Indonesia has experienced significant growth in recent years, as it is increasingly in demand by the Indonesian people, especially from the middle to lower class youth, both women and men. Women's clothing thrifting MSMEs are also increasingly popular due to fashion trends that prioritize fashionable styles and affordable prices. Assisting thrifting MSMEs in optimizing digital marketing has become the right strategy to increase market reach and sales volume. Platforms such as TikTok have become the main channel utilized by thrifting MSMEs to market their products. The method used in this assistance is a qualitative method. This method uses a descriptive data collection process in the form of data from observations or interviews grouped in the form of documents and field notes during the mentoring process. The results show that a specially designed mentoring program can help thrifting MSMEs overcome challenges such as a lack of understanding of effective content strategies to increase sales. Through proper mentoring, thrifting MSMEs can increase visibility, engagement, and ultimately increase sales of Queenfau.outfit products significantly.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of accountability in village fund allocation, transparency in village governance, and community participation on village development in Jati Kesuma Village, Namorambe Subdistrict, Deli Serdang Regency. The research employed a quantitative approach with a total of 90 respondents selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected using questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results indicate that all three independent variables—accountability, transparency, and community participation—have a positive and significant effect on village development, both partially and simultaneously. Among them, community participation was found to have the most substantial contribution. These findings highlight the importance of good governance practices in village financial management, particularly in promoting participatory development and transparency to enhance sustainable rural development.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of profitability and liquidity on financial performance. This type of research is descriptive quantitative, with a research sample of 12 processed food industry sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019-2023, which was determined using a purposive sampling technique. The data source used in this study is secondary data, in the form of financial report data from processed food industry sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019-2023 obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange website, namely www.idx.co.id and also the company's official website. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumption test (normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, and autocorrelation test), hypothesis test (multiple linear analysis, partial t-test, Simultaneous F-test, and determinant coefficient test). The results of the study show partially, 1) Profitability has a positive and significant effect on the company's financial performance, 2) Liquidity has a negative and significant effect on the company's financial performance. While simultaneously 3) Profitability and liquidity have a positive and significant effect on the company's financial performance. With a coefficient determinant value of R Square of 0.865, it means that the independent variables (profitability and liquidity) have an influence on the dependent variable (financial performance) of 86.5%.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the impact of chili price volatility on the income of Fajar Amanas Farmers Group, Biau Village, Io Kufeu District, Malaka Regency. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive method and its implementation uses interview and documentation techniques. The research location chosen is the Fajar Amanas Farmers Group located in Biau Village, Io Kufeu District, Malaka Regency, East Nusa Tenggara Province. The types of data used are primary and secondary data. The results of the study showed that the total cost of chili cultivation was Rp6,776,000 with a total production per month of 200 kilograms, with a total price of Rp100,000 per kilogram, the total income was Rp20,000,000, with a total income of Rp13,224,000.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to assess and measure the source of APBN funding for the 2023 Labor-Intensive Rural Sanitation Program implemented by the government on the level of stunting in Manutapen Subdistrict, Alak District, Kupang City. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection used was interviews, observation and documentation. The results of the research show that APBN funding for the labor-intensive rural sanitation program in Manutapen Subdistrict, Alak District, Kupang City for the year 2023 for stunting prevention in Kupang City is still low, namely with a value of 1.23 compared to the threat which is quite high with a value of 1.6, so it will not get a significant value. Eradicating poverty and healthy lifestyles is one way to overcome stunting so that people can get a decent life by fulfilling economic needs according to standards.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of health insurance and micro-credit in overcoming the impact of health shocks on household consumption in Kupang City. The research method used is a case study with a qualitative descriptive approach. Primary data were obtained through in-depth interviews with BPJS Kesehatan, Obor Mas Savings and Loans Cooperative, and beneficiary communities. The results of the study indicate that health insurance significantly reduces the financial burden due to health problems, while micro-credit provides alternative financing solutions that maintain the stability of household consumption. These findings emphasize the importance of synergy between health insurance and microfinance access to improve household economic resilience in facing health risks.

Abstract

This research aimed to empirically examine the influence of profitability, liquidity, capital structure, and earnings growth on earnings quality in non-cyclical consumer sector businesses listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2021 to 2023. This study employs a quantitative technique based on secondary data obtained from yearly financial reports available on the official website www.idx.co.id. A purposive sampling approach was employed to choose the sample, yielding 54 observations. Data was analysed using multiple linear regression approaches and IBM SPSS Statistics software version 26. The results of this study show that liquidity positively and significantly influences on earnings quality. In contrast, profitability and capital structure have a strong negative impact on earnings quality. Furthermore, the profits growth variable shows no substantial impact on earnings quality.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis bagaimana Brand Trust menjadi variabel intervening yang menghubungkan berbagai faktor Purchase Decision untuk produk Lipstik Wardah yang dipasarkan melalui aplikasi Shopee, dengan fokus pada area Kota Serang. Metodologi yang diterapkan mengadopsi pendekatan kuantitatif bersifat deskriptif. Proses pengumpulan data memanfaatkan kuesioner sebagai instrumen utama, disertai penelitian literatur yang relevan. Terkait populasi, penelitian berfokus pada masyarakat Kota Serang dengan jumlah sampel mencapai 170 responden yang dipilih menggunakan teknik Convenience sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) dengan SmartPLS 4 sebagai perangkat analisis data. Temuan-temuan yang diperoleh mengungkapkan beberapa hasil penting: Pertama, terdapat hubungan positif yang bermakna antara Online Customer Review dengan Purchase Decision. Kedua, Halal Awareness menunjukkan dampak positif yang nyata terhadap Purchase Decision. Ketiga, Online Customer Review memperlihatkan efek positif yang substansial pada Brand Trust. Keempat, Halal Awareness terbukti memberikan pengaruh positif yang berarti pada Brand Trust. Kelima, Brand Trust menghasilkan dampak positif yang signifikan terhadap Purchase Decision. Keenam, variabel Brand Trust berperan sebagai penghubung yang efektif antara Online Customer Review dengan Purchase Decision. Terakhir, Brand Trust berhasil menjembatani pengaruh Halal Awareness terhadap Purchase Decision secara efektif.

Abstract

This study analyzes the relationship between Brand Identity (X1) and Brand Image (X2) that influence Purchase Decision (Y), while considering Brand Trust (Z) which functions as an intervening variable among buyers of Fiesta Chicken Nugget products in the Tangerang City area. Consumer decisions to purchase Fiesta Chicken Nugget products form the foundation of this research, where such decisions are associated with the brand identity and image embedded in the product. The research targeted a population of Fiesta Chicken Nugget product buyers residing in the Tangerang City area. Data collection involved 140 respondents selected using a combination of purposive sampling and convenience sampling methods. The data testing process utilized Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) techniques with SmartPLS 4.0.9.9 software as the analytical tool. The study findings revealed seven main results regarding the relationships between variables: First, it was proven that brand identity produces a significant positive impact on purchase decision. Second, brand image demonstrates a substantial positive effect on purchase decision. Third, brand identity is confirmed to exert a substantial positive influence on brand trust. Fourth, brand trust receives significant positive influence from brand image. Fifth, purchase decision is convincingly positively influenced by brand trust. Sixth, the role of brand trust as an intervening variable is confirmed between brand identity and purchase decision. Seventh, brand trust successfully demonstrates its function as a mediator connecting the influence of brand image on purchase decision.

Abstract

This research uses a descriptive qualitative method aimed at examining technological-based innovations in Islamic Religious Education (IRE) learning media in the digital era. The study focuses on how technology is utilized to create interactive, creative, and relevant learning experiences for today’s students. In the age of digital transformation, IRE teachers are expected to provide learning that is not only textual and conventional but also contextual by incorporating technology such as educational videos, mobile applications, online learning pjlatforms, and social media. The data in this study were collected through a literature review of various scientific journals, academic articles, and recent research reports. The findings show that innovation in technology-based media can increase learning motivation, strengthen the understanding of Islamic values, and provide a more enjoyable and meaningful learning experience. Furthermore, the use of digital media supports the development of student character through adaptive and personalized approaches. Therefore, technological innovation in IRE learning media is a vital strategy in creating effective and competitive religious education.
