Abstract

This study analyzes the effect of live streaming and discounts on impulsive behavior of Muslim consumers on TikTok Shop users in Bone Regency. The purpose of this study was to test whether live streaming and discounts affect impulsive behavior of Muslim consumers on TikTok Shop users in Bone Regency. The study used a quantitative method with data collection techniques through questionnaires. The results showed that there was a significant influence between live streaming on impulsive behavior of Muslim consumers on TikTok Shop users in Bone Regency. This is indicated by a p-value of 0.009 <0.05 or a t-statistic of 6.900> 1.661. There is a significant influence between discounts on impulsive behavior of Muslim consumers on TikTok Shop users in Bone Regency. This is indicated by a p-value of 0.000 <0.05 or a t-statistic of 2.616> 1.661. The Big Influence of Live Streaming and Discounts on Impulsive Behavior of Muslim Consumers on TikTok Shop Users in Bone Regency with an R Square value of 0.915, this means that 91.5% of the variation or change in impulsive behavior of Muslim consumers is influenced by live streaming and discounts, while the remaining 8.5% is explained by other causes.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of responsibility accounting implementation and management accounting systems on cost control at BPR Tanaoba Lais Manekat Kupang. Data were collected through questionnaires from 126 respondents using a saturated sampling technique. A quantitative method was employed, including tests of validity, reliability, classical assumptions (normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity), multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing (t-test, F-test, determination coefficient). The results indicate that both responsibility accounting and management accounting systems have a significant partial and simultaneous impact on cost control. This study provides empirical evidence contributing to improving cost efficiency in the microfinance banking sector.

Abstract

Export activities carried out by business actors are very important to be considered and carried out because they have a direct impact on the development of Indonesia. The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors that influence the value of palm oil exports. The method utilized for this research is descriptive quantitative which is then analyzed by utilizing multiple linear regression analysis through SPSS with the results presented descriptively. All data used in this study comes from publication data or secondary data that has been documented from 2013-2023. Then the technique in obtaining data through documentation techniques because the whole is obtained from data that has been published in general. For this reason, from the results of the analysis carried out, the overall conveys that the export value is influenced by the amount of production, the exchange rate of a currency and inflation indicated by 0.035 <0.05. The production factor of 0.010 <0.05 and the exchange rate of 0.009 <0.05 so that both have a significant effect and the factor of inflation 0.647>0.05 has no influence on the value of palm oil exports. Overall, it is conveyed that it has a significant effect on the value of palm oil exports. Then from the results of the study 68.6% the value of exports generated is directly influenced by these three factors

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Net Profit Margin and Total Asset Turnover on Return On Asset (profit performance) on food & beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This study uses secondary data in the form of financial report data for each company for the period 2019-2023. Sampling was carried out using a purposive sampling technique and 10 companies were obtained that met the predetermined criteria. The analysis technique used in this study is quantitative analysis which calculates data from financial reports then uses SPSS tools to test and analyze data with calculations to draw conclusions. Hypothesis testing is carried out to determine whether there is an influence between the two variables. The results of the study stated that Net Profit Margin has a partial effect on Return On Asset, Total Asset Turnover does not have a partial effect on Return On Asset and Net Profit Margin and Total Asset Turnover simultaneously affect Return On Asset.

Abstract

The development of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology has brought significant changes in various aspects of life, including in the practice of Human Resource Management (HRM). This study will use a qualitative approach with an explanatory case study design to investigate in depth the impact of the application of AI on Human Resource Management (HRM) practices in various organizations This research reveals that the application of Artificial Intelligence technology has had a significant transformative impact on Human Resource Management practices in organizations. AI-based sentiment analysis has enabled organizations to better understand employee satisfaction and engagement levels, aiding in performance management-related decision-making. Organizations need to develop clear policies and procedures for managing the use of AI, including mechanisms to address potential bias and protect employee privacy. In the context of hiring and selection, AI has substantially improved process efficiency by automating resume screening and performing predictive analytics to identify the most suitable candidates. Nonetheless, the study also identifies several challenges in the application of AI in MSDM. In a broader context, the application of AI in MSDM also has implications for legal and regulatory aspects.

Abstract

Tax Compliance is a submissive or obedience attitude where the taxplayer has to fulfill all the tax right and obligations. The purpose of this research is to verify the factor that affect taxplayer compliance using the e-filing system, knowledge, socialization, awareness and tax sanctions on the compliance of freelance taxpayers. Data collection method in this research is by using a questionnaire. The population in this research is freelance taxpayers. The sampling method in this study used convience sampling and obtained as many as 71 respondents that fit the criteria. This study uses PLS SEM with the SmartPLS version 4.0 application for data analysis. The results of this research show that the implementation of the e-filing system, knowledge, socialization, awareness and tax sanctions have a positive and significant effect on taxpayer compliance as freelancers.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of brand image, product quality, lifestyle, and price perception on purchase decisions, with customer satisfaction as a mediating variable among Starbucks consumers in Palangka Raya City. The variables studied include brand image, product quality, lifestyle, price perception, customer satisfaction, and purchase decision, to assess both the direct and indirect effects of the four independent variables on purchase decisions through customer satisfaction. This research employs a quantitative approach with Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis using SmartPLS 3.0 software. The population consists of all Starbucks consumers in Palangka Raya, with purposive sampling techniques and a total of 100 respondents. The results show that brand image, product quality, lifestyle, and price perception have a positive and significant effect on both customer satisfaction and purchase decisions. Moreover, customer satisfaction significantly mediates the relationship between these four variables and purchase decisions. These findings indicate that efforts to enhance customer satisfaction can strengthen the impact of marketing elements on purchasing decisions among urban consumers.

Abstract

In this study, the purpose of this study is to analyze a difference in sales between the sixteen variants of the iced tea menu. The results of statistical analysis show that there is a significant difference between the average sales of the iced tea drink menu variant, with Original Sweet Tea Ice has the highest average sales. The analysis of the normality and homogeneity of the variants also showed that the menu variants had different sales characteristics. The One-Way Anova and Tukey HSD tests proved that the difference in sales between the menu variants was significant. The results of this study provide valuable insights for entrepreneurs to understand consumer behavior and increase sales by considering different marketing strategies for each menu variant.

Abstract

This journal examines the economic thought of Al-Ghazali, a prominent 11th century scholar and philosopher who made important contributions to the development of Islamic economics. The study revolves around Al-Ghazali's emphasis on the close relationship between economic activities and the moral and social values governed by Islamic law. In his view, the purpose of economics is not limited to the pursuit of material gain, but should also prioritize the welfare of society as a whole. The discussion covers Al-Ghazali's biography and educational background, economic ideas, including the concept of exchange, the development of markets, production activities, the barter system, the role of money, and the function of government in economics. Al-Ghazali underlined the importance of justice in the distribution of wealth as well as the responsibility of the state in managing economic activities in order to achieve a balance between profit and social responsibility. In addition, the article also discusses the influence of Al-Ghazali's thought on the growth of the Islamic economy and its relevance in facing today's economic challenges, such as social injustice and wealth distribution. The conclusion of this paper confirms that Al-Ghazali's economic principles are still significant as guidelines in building a just, ethical and sustainable economic system in modern times.

Abstract

Islamic Financial Institutions are institutions that have a large role in the growth of the country, but in reality the interest in saving in Islamic Financial Institutions is still relatively low. This study aims to analyze the effect of promotion and service quality on interest in saving in Islamic Financial Institutions. The method used in this study is quantitative. The study was conducted at PT. SAMI-JF Jepara in June 2024 with 130 respondent samples. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to the research sample. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression techniques with the help of SPSS software. The results of the study show that partially the promotion variable affects the variable of interest in saving, partially the variable of service quality affects the variable of interest in saving and simultaneously the promotion variable and the variable of service quality affect the variable of interest in saving. This study has a role in formulating the right formula to increase interest in saving in Islamic Financial Institutions so that they are not less prestigious than Conventional Financial Institutions.
