Abstract

Abstract Competency Islamic Religious Education teachers in implementing the evaluation of learning to determine the competence of teachers of Islamic Education related to evaluation of teaching, and to investigate the evaluation of Islamic Education in schools. Teacher competence is the ability, expertise and skills to be possessed by the teacher in carrying out the learning process that includes learning plan, the implementation of learning until the evaluation. In terms of evaluation, a teacher said when understanding the technical competence and evaluation procedures, and able to carry out the evaluation in order to get the results of evaluation. used to improve the learning process. Implementation of the evaluation is started from evaluation planning, manufacturing test, process and analyze test results to interpret and act on evaluation results.

Abstract

Abstract Discussion on the dynamic of the educational world has always been interesting because there is an plenty of issues that emerge in the process of humanizing humans. This can be the debate on the values or even the issues on how to create and strengthen the standard of value, particularly, when the value shift occurs. This article focuses on the policy of Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka/MBKM (Freedom of Learning Independent Campus) which has been implemented for years based on the minister’s goodwill to give opportunities to university students to get experiences from different fields of study. Learning knowledge other than their expertise is something new and good only if its spirit is to approach the quality of knowledge professionalism. However, if this results in reducing the lessons or subjects students have to learn, they could, in the opposite way, direct students to move farther from professionalism. In addition, it is also hoped that students would not be imprisoned into the new style of capitalism modus. Keywords: anticipatory, critic, MBKM, optimism Abstrak Dinamika dunia Pendidikan sebenarnya selalu menarik untuk dibahas, karena dalam proses memanusiakan manusia sesungguhnya sarat dengan problematika tidak saja soal tarik-menarik antar nilai, lebih dari itu adalah bagaimana melahirkan dan menguatkan standar nilai terutama disaat terjadi pergeseran nilai. Artikel ini secara lebih khusus membahas tentang kebijakan Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) yang telah berjalan beberapa tahun atas keinginan baik Menteri Nadiem memberi kesempatan pada mahasiswa untuk mendapat pengalaman lapangan bahkan pengetahuan lain diluar keahlian yang ditekuni adalah memang sesuatu yang baru dan baik. Yang demikian itu dinilai baik jika semangat pelaksanaannya adalah untuk mendekatkan pada kualitas profesionalisme ilmu. Namun jika yang terjadi adalah itu diambil dengan mengurangi porsi perkuliahan atau mata kuliah yang seharusnya ditempuh mahasiswa, maka sungguh bisa dikhawatirkan yang akan terjadi justru hal yang sebaliknya, menjauh dari profesionalisme ilmu dan terjebak pada modus kapitalisme gaya baru. Semoga hal demikian tidak akan terjadi kepada mahasiswa yang mengikuti kebijakan baru ini. Kata kunci: Antisipatif, kritik, MBKM, optimisme

Abstract

This research aims to find out: (1) how student management is implemented at SDIT Ash Shohwah Tanjung Redeb; (2) student management efforts to improve the non-academic achievements of SDIT Ash Shohwah Tanjung Redeb students; (3) supporting and inhibiting factors in implementing student management at SDIT Ash Shohwah Tanjung Redeb. This research is qualitative research with data collection methods carried out by interviews, observation and documentation. Qualitative data is analyzed through identifying data, classifying data, analyzing data, and concluding data. The results of this research show that student management organizes students improve non-academic achievements starting from student planning, student acceptance, student organizing, student orientation, student attendance. Student coaching and services, student organizations, student assessment, transfers and student alumni. Student management effots to improve students non-academic achievements include planning students non-academic achievements, grouping students according to their chosen talents and interests, and developing non-academic achievements well. The supporting factors for student management in improving the non-academic achievements of SDIT Ash Shohwah Tanjung Redeb students are divided into two, namely encouragement from within (attitude towards learning, motivation to learn, concentration, saving learning results, self-confidence, intelligence, habits and aspirations of students) and encouragement from outside (parents, teachers or coaches, facilities and infrastructure, social environment), while the inhibiting factor is limited time due to the large number of student activities at school.

Abstract

Student management is one of the management that has a great influence on the formation of discipline attitudes in schools, because student management is a control of various types of student activities, one of which is related to discipline development. Discipline in school means obeying the rules or regulations that already exist in the school. For example, arrive on time, wear clothes that are according to the rules and neat, follow ceremonies and others. In this case, researchers will discuss student management in improving student discipline at SMAN 4 Berau. Discipline in the school is quite strict such as entering school at 06.30, participating in teaching and learning activities, participating in congregational prayers, collecting electronic media such as cellphones that are not used for learning and others. But there are still students who are not disciplined such as arriving late, in this case the guidance teacher will give punishment to students who arrive late such as reading asmaul khusna before attending the lesson. The purpose of this study is to determine student management in improving discipline in SMAN 4 Berau schools. This research method uses qualitative methods. This data collection technique is through interviews, observation, and documentation.

Abstract

SMPN 2 Kepung Library is a technical implementation unit that provides school equipment in the fields of education, teaching, and research. The library is managed by Karpiati, S.Pd., M.Si. in this article the type of research is descriptive qualitative which aims to explore the role of libraries as learning media in SMPN 2 Kepung. The research method uses descriptive qualitative conducted through observation, interviews, and document analysis to understand the role of libraries in supporting the learning process in schools. The purpose of the study is to evaluate the effectiveness of libraries as a learning medium in increasing student learning motivation, expanding their knowledge, and providing useful learning experiences. Regarding the results of the study, research shows that the library at SMPN 2 Kepung has a significant role as an effective learning medium. The use of libraries as learning resources has made a positive contribution in improving the quality of education, motivating students to learn through literacy programs, and providing valuable learning experiences. Therefore, the role of libraries as learning media needs to be strengthened and managed properly to support an effective and efficient education process in schools by developing these literacy programs.

Abstract

This study aims to know and analyze in depth how the Management Strategy of multiculturalism of Dalwa and Sidogiri pesantren in Pasuruan? This research methodology uses a Sociology approach. The process of data collection through interviews, observation, and documentation. Technical data analysis through the stages of Horizontalizatio, Deveping clusters of meaning, Textural description, Structural decription, and Essentialization The theory used as an analytical tool is the theory of multiculturalism. The results showed that in the two pesantren first, apply multicultural as understanding, appreciation, and assessment of one's culture as well as respect and curiosity about the culture of students from several regions in Indonesia and abroad. Second, its multicultural application that is able to make students think dialectically, make students understand each other, and dialogue and interact with fellow students from different regions of origin and outside communities and make students able to think globally and locally. Third, in applying multicultural to each pesantren, Pesantren Dalwa and Pesantren Sidogiri have a distinctive rationale for multicultural application, namely pesantren Dalwa with Ahlus Sunnah Wal Jamaah Alawiyin, and pesantren Sidogiri Ahlus Sunnah Wal Jamaah Nahdliyah.

Abstract

The Koran is the holy book for the Islamic religion throughout the world. As an eternal holy book, as well as guidance for all mankind. The Koran was revealed to the Prophet Muhammad through the angel Gabriel gradually, with the aim being that all humans could learn it gradually verse by verse. Effectiveness is a broad term that refers to a set of actions which, when measured in terms of quantity and quality and in accordance with previously planned programs, shows an increase in the level of success or achievement of a goal. Learning is the process of helping or guiding students as they learn. The effectiveness of learning the Koran is a set of actions in the form of a process of helping or guiding students when learning the Koran in accordance with a previously planned program, so that they can develop their potential in understanding the science of the Koran. The main assets for students in understanding Al-Qur'an learning are as follows: 1. Students have a high level of intelligence, 2. Students have motivation in learning, 3. Students are interested in learning, 4. Students are always healthy, 5 Students have good attitudes, 6. Students receive attention from their parents, 7. Teachers use appropriate methods for students.

Abstract

The implementation of the mu’adalah curriculum in the education unit needs intensive guidance from the government. Some madrasas encountered several obstacles in their implementation. The purpose of this study is to determine the application of the mu’adalah curriculum in madrasah Islamiyah darussalamah Islamic boarding school Darussalam Sumbersari Kediri. This madrasah has been implementing the mu’adalah curriculum since 2009 and until now is still consistent in its implementation. The components of curriculum development starting from planning, content / material and evaluation are the main things managed by madrasah as an effort to maintain the existence of the curriculum. The material content of the mu’adalah curriculum Madrasah islamiyah darussalamah using an integral, comprehensive and independent approach. The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative. The results of this study provide a general picture of the success of the implementation of the mu’adalah curriculum is very supported by effective teacher performance meetings are carried out, the formation of a good environment, the relationship between students and supervisors, the availability of facilities and infrastructure of the pesantren environment. The inhibiting factor is some teachers who lack mastery of the material because they have to hold some formal subject matter and the allocation of time is still lacking.

Abstract

A letter of credit, or letter of credit, is a letter from the bank that guarantees that the buyer's payment to the seller will be received on time and in the correct amount. If the buyer cannot make payment for the purchase, the bank is obliged to cover the entire or remaining purchase amount. . Due to the nature of international transactions, including factors such as distance, different laws in each country, and the difficulty in getting to know each party personally, the use of letters of credit has become a very important aspect of international trade to protect both buyers and sellers. The aim of this research is to determine the vital function of letters of credit from a sharia perspective and to determine the consequences of default on payments, while the research method used in this research is qualitative research with a literature review approach. From this research it can be concluded that letters of credit from a sharia perspective are based on the National Sharia Council's fatwa regarding Sharia Import L/Cs, so the implementation of sharia import L/Cs can use the following contracts: Wakalah bil Ujrah, Qard, Murabahah, Salam/Istisna' , Mudarabah, Musyarakah, and Hawalah. Wakalah bil Ujrah is the granting of authority from participants to the insurance company to manage participant funds in exchange for providing ujrah (fee). A letter of credit acts as: - A letter of instruction to carry out a sale and purchase contract that has been executed - A debt letter from the issuing bank to a correspondent bank overseas - A letter of guarantee for the costs of obtaining goods and at the same time their shipment by the notification bank to the exporter.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of marriage guidance in an effort to minimize the divorce rate in the perspective of maslahah mursalah. The author will describe several factors that hinder and support the implementation of marriage guidance programs and how to review the problem of mursalah on the implementation of marriage guidance in an effort to minimize the increase in divorce rates. This research is qualitative research (Field Research). The author in obtaining data uses three data collection techniques, namely interviews, observation and documentation. The author uses data analysis techniques in the form of objective interpretations. From the results of this study in its implementation, it is clear that every activity has factors that become obstacles and supporting factors. We know that the KUA of Tembelang District has been as good as possible in the success of the program from the government to help prospective couples who will get married in preparing mentally as a provision for themselves well before entering married life, namely by holding a marriage guidance program. However, there is still a lot of interest in awareness of the importance of the program from some prospective couples who will get married is a factor inhibiting the activity itself. Marriage guidance in KUA Tembelang District meets the requirements in the formation of activities adhering to the perspective of maslahah mursalah, marriage guidance in KUA Tembelang District has had a very large positive impact and benefits for the community around Tembelang District and also the surrounding area, especially couples who want to get married in KUA Tembelang District.
