Abstract

This research examines the process of forming social behavior in Islamic educational institutions in urban Blitar. This research examines the process of forming social behavior through the curriculum of Islamic educational institutions in urban Blitar and how the curriculum of Islamic educational institutions effectively shapes the social behavior of students in urban Blitar. To answer the problem formulation, researchers used qualitative research methods with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews and documentation. This method was chosen to obtain detailed and comprehensive research data regarding the process of forming social behavior in Islamic educational institutions in the Blitar urban area. The data obtained was then presented descriptively and analyzed using the Talcotts-Parsons structure-function theory. The findings show that Islamic educational institutions can influence social behavior both inside and outside the classroom. In class we incorporate social behavior education values ​​from the Ministry of Education and Culture. Meanwhile, from outside the classroom, instilling religious values ​​in students, encouraging students to live in a good social environment, instilling the values ​​of discipline and independence, and maximizing social interaction between students. Teach using exemplary methods, customs and instructions. Apart from that, as a form of social awareness, Friday Welas Asih activities are carried out to provide support to fellow students and build friendship. The effectiveness of the Islamic Education Institute curriculum in shaping the social behavior of Blitar urban students is in line with the religious, social and cultural values ​​that develop in society.

Abstract

The pupose of the research is to know and explain the correspondence management in man 3 kediri. A letter is an importantinstrument in a company because it involves activities, both from outside in within the school itself. This research is a qualitative research with a case study research methoddata collection was done by means of obsevation interviews, and documentation. Interviews were conducted to selected informants through purposive sampling tecnique with predetermined criteria. The object in this research the corresondence system whil the research subjects are the arcive and correspondence staff in man 3 kediri the resultts of this study indicate that the procedures for receiving and sending letters in man 3 kediri have met the standards which include sorting, recording, copying, directing, and delivering activities. Meanwhile, when viewed from the data storage, see man 3 kediri.

Abstract

This research aims to delve into the ethics of Sharia marketing from the perspective of the Qur'an, utilizing a qualitative method, particularly the content analysis approach through literature studies. The primary focus is to explore the concepts and principles of Sharia marketing ethics revealed in the Qur'an and analyze their relevance in the context of modern global business. The results of the research indicate that the Qur'an serves as a rich intellectual resource for formulating the framework of Sharia marketing ethics. Specific verses elucidate values such as honesty, justice, transparency, and service, forming the foundation of Sharia marketing ethics in line with Islamic principles. This study contributes to a deeper understanding of the implementation of Sharia marketing ethics in contemporary business practices. Therefore, it provides a basis for the development of a more dignified marketing paradigm in line with Islamic principles, moving from theory to practical application in shaping an ethical and sustainable business culture.

Abstract

Reading is an activity that serves as a fundamental necessity in daily life. It is an effort to acquire information, enhance knowledge, and improve skills. Low reading interest among students can be attributed to a lack of understanding of the importance of reading benefits, insufficient self-motivation, and a lack of support from the surrounding environment. Therefore, a school literacy program needs to be implemented to serve as a means for students to explore, understand, and deepen the knowledge acquired in school. Through the literacy school movement, it is hoped that schools can become enjoyable and child-friendly learning environments, enabling students to manage information and knowledge, thus broadening their understanding. The purpose of this article is to examine the content of the chosen article to assess the results of implementing the school literacy program in an effort to increase students' reading interest. The analysis of several writings and journals reveals that the School Literacy Movement is executed in three stages: familiarization, development, and learning. There are various activities aimed at enhancing children's reading interest through the school literacy movement, including establishing a habit of reading for 15 minutes before the lesson starts, providing a reading corner, creating a literacy tree in the classroom, offering a comfortable library service, empowering school bulletin boards, school monetization, and organizing literacy competitions between classes.

Abstract

The more we read books, the more knowledge we have. On the other hand, the less we read books, the more limited our knowledge becomes. The potential of the Indonesian nation is very large when viewed from the number of its population consisting of various tribes, diverse cultures and languages ​​that need to be preserved. However, the huge potential in terms of quantity needs to be balanced with the quality it possesses. The first fact, UNESCO mentions that Indonesia ranks second from the bottom in terms of world literacy, meaning that reading interest is very low. According to UNESCO data, the reading interest of the Indonesian people is very concerning, only 0.001%. This means that out of 1,000 Indonesians, only 1 person is an avid reader. A different research entitled World Most Literate Nations Ranked conducted by Central Connecticut State University in March 2016, Indonesia was stated to be ranked 60th out of 61 countries regarding reading interest, just below Thailand (59) and above Botswana (61). Ironically, although interest in reading books is low, wearesocial data as of January 2017 reveals that Indonesians can stare at gadget screens for approximately 9 hours a day. Not surprisingly, in terms of fussiness on social media, Indonesians are ranked 5th in the world. Whereas Somadayo explained that every aspect of life involves reading.In fact, the public’s interest in reading, especially children as students, is currently still low. The low interest in reading in the community is closely related to the level of education in the country. According to the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 43 of 2007 concerning Libraries, the culture of fondness for reading is carried out through families, educational units, and the community with cooperation between the government in an effort to increase interest in reading, where the government acts as the main person in charge and the librarian performs optimally. The development of reading interest is continuously improved in order to form a society with a reading culture.

Abstract

This research aims to explore and analyze the impact of learning to listen to the story "Ramayana" on the personal development of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) Darussalam Pikatan students. Through this learning approach, this research evaluates the extent to which acceptance of the epic story "Ramayana" can contribute to the development of students' personal aspects, such as morality, ethical values, and increased cultural understanding. This research method involves an experimental research design with a control group and an experimental group. Data was collected through various assessment instruments involving observation, interviews and questionnaires. Data analysis was carried out quantitatively and qualitatively to understand changes that might occur in students' personalities after learning to listen to the story "Ramayana". It is hoped that the research results will provide an in-depth understanding of the learning potential of listening to epic stories as a tool for the personal development of students at MI level. The practical implications of these findings can provide guidance for developing curricula and learning approaches that are more effective in promoting cultural values ​​and character development in Islamic education environments.

Abstract

This research aims to explore and analyze the role of Javanese culture in the context of children's education, with a focus on the parenting science perspective. Through this approach, this research identifies Javanese cultural values ​​that can make a significant contribution to the child's educational process, as well as detailing how aspects of parenting science can utilize and integrate Javanese cultural heritage to achieve optimal educational goals. This research method involves a qualitative approach with data collection through in-depth interviews, observation and document analysis. Research respondents involved parents, educators and parenting experts who have experience in implementing Javanese cultural values ​​in children's education. Data analysis was carried out using a thematic approach to identify patterns and main findings. It is hoped that the results of this research will provide further understanding of how Javanese cultural values ​​can be integrated with modern parenting principles. It is hoped that the implications of these findings can provide practical guidance for parents, educators and stakeholders in designing educational strategies that are holistic and appropriate to the Javanese cultural context. In addition, it is hoped that this research can contribute to the literature on parenting science and education which focuses on the application of cultural values ​​in supporting children's optimal development.

Abstract

Research with the title of reviving the tradition of ijtihad in the modern era uses library research methods, namely research that examines and searches for information and data that generally comes from written language that is related and relevant to the title being researched. The results of the research can be concluded that ijtihad in the contemporary era is a very significant need and cannot be separated from the problems of the people. Ijtihad is a solution to the problems of Muslims in dealing with social problems that occur in a society that is so complex and developing very rapidly. Ijtihad, which is seen by some Muslims as the door to exploring the law, of course has basic arguments from the Koran, Hadith and aqli. What needs to be underlined is that first, ijtihad is only within the scope of Sharia law, not other scientific knowledge. Second, the person who performs ijtihad is someone who is an expert in Fiqh who meets the requirements for a mujtahid. Thus, if someone is found who associates or uses the word ijtihad with his scientific endeavors which are not within the scope of Sharia law, then this is just ijtihad in language, not ijtihad as intended in the Sharia. Likewise, if someone claims to have done ijtihad but he has not fulfilled the requirements for ijtihad then his ijtihad is just a claim that he is not ijtihad in Islam, or he just wants to sweeten his language.

Abstract

This research aims to evaluate and improve the quality of teachers at MI Ma'arif NU Private Schools in Wonodadi District, Blitar Regency through the implementation of ongoing training and mentoring programs. This research uses a qualitative approach by collecting data through observation, interviews and analysis of related documents. The research results show that there is an urgent need to improve the quality of teachers in these schools. Therefore, this research develops and implements a structured training program and ongoing mentoring for teachers. This program is designed to accommodate the needs of individual and group teachers, with a focus on improving pedagogical competence, leadership, and the application of innovative approaches to learning. Continuous evaluation is carried out to monitor program progress and effectiveness. The research results show that the implementation of continuous training and mentoring programs can significantly improve the quality of teachers at the MI Ma'arif NU Private School, have a positive impact on learning performance, and encourage the development of teacher professionalism. This research contributes to the development of an educational model that focuses on improving the quality of human resources in private schools, with the hope of providing inspiration for similar educational institutions in efforts to improve the quality of education at the local and national level.

Abstract

Islamic education serves as the fundamental foundation in shaping the character and morals of individuals, especially children undergoing the crucial stages of growth and development. The Islamic educational environment, as a vital component, plays a pivotal role in determining the success of the learning process. Despite social interaction being part of the environment, it does not always result in education, even though there are potential factors that could contribute to the educational process. Therefore, this research explores the urgency, argumentation, and significance of the Islamic educational environment to understand how these factors can be optimized to achieve holistic Islamic educational goals. The importance of Islamic education extends beyond religious knowledge, encompassing the formation of attitudes, morals, and religious feelings in children. The environment, as the space for interaction between individuals and surrounding factors, significantly influences the development of a child's soul, both positively and negatively. This article delves deeply into the role of the Islamic educational environment, how environmental factors shape a child's character, and the importance of a profound understanding of the concept of the Islamic educational environment to achieve optimal learning goals.
