Abstract

Character education has recently been a highly significant topic in the field of education, particularly in light of the growing phenomena of moral degeneration in society and the government environment. Pancasila and religion are two important components that have a central role in shaping individual and community character. Both work hand in hand in creating quality character. Pancasila is the main pillar that reflects the basic values that should be held by every citizen. Religion also has a significant role as a way of life that guides the actions and moral values of individuals. The deviations regarding attitudes and behavior that appear are actually the result of failure to implement the values contained in Pancasila. On the other hand, religion has not yet become a source of moral inspiration. In fact, morality has not become a guide for the majority of society and also for leaders. Therefore, greater efforts are needed in re-echoing the nation's moral affirmation which is based on belief as the nickname given to the Indonesian nation as a religious nation. This article is to deliver readers with a deep understanding of the harmonization of Pancasila and religious values in shaping character.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate and develop effective strategies to improve the quality and stability of non-permanent teachers in the context of primary school level education. Temporary teachers have a crucial role in creating a quality learning environment and making a significant contribution to student development. However, the challenges faced by non-permanent teachers, such as job insecurity and lack of access to regular training, can have a negative impact on the quality of their teaching and engagement in the educational process. This research methodology involves surveys, interviews, and documentation analysis to collect data from non-permanent teachers, school principals, and other stakeholders. The collected data will be analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively to identify the main challenges faced by non-permanent teachers and identify effective strategies to improve their quality and stability. It is hoped that the results of this research will provide in-depth insight into the factors that influence the quality and stability of non-permanent teachers in the context of primary school level education. In addition, this research will present strategic recommendations that can be implemented by schools, governments and educational organizations to improve working conditions and professional development of non-permanent teachers. Thus, it is hoped that this research can make a positive contribution to improving the quality of education at the primary level through improving working conditions and professional development of non-permanent teachers.

Abstract

The practice of payment through the credit system in the e-commerce industry, especially through platforms like Shopee PayLater, has become a phenomenon increasingly dominating modern business transactions. This article aims to provide an in-depth review regarding the "Sharia Economic Law on the Practice of E-commerce with Credit Payment Systems." Using a literature review approach, this article seeks to better understand whether e-commerce practices with credit payment systems can be considered in line with Islamic Sharia values. As a result, it is expected that this article will offer profound and relevant insights into the marriage between modern digital business and the principles of Sharia economic law.

Abstract

Judging from the observations that occurred in the city of Surabaya, at the Surabaya Religious Court judges often handle cases of marriage dispensation, so that the practice of early marriage is increasingly paraded. This makes researchers jump into the field to see sociological symptoms that occur in society. From the progress of a written and unwritten law or customary law, making people have different views regarding marriage at an early age. Some marry at an age sufficient to obey the Marriage Law and some marry at an early age as successors to custom. What the community needs to know, in the practice of early marriage that often occurs in social, will have a bad impact. Thus, the community needs to examine the causal factors in early marriage. Related to this, the purpose of this thesis was raised to find out the sociological review of law on early marriage in Surabaya, and causal factors in early marriage in Surabaya. Type of Method used Qualitative. And using the judge's interview technique as a resource person and supported by literature as a thesis support.

Abstract

One of the educational innovations that is needed today is to develop the professionalism of education personnel. This is done in an effort to improve the quality of educational services in schools/madrasahs in order to improve the quality of education. So this scientific paper was written to explain the development and improvement of educational professionalization in the Madrasah Ibtidaiyah At-Taqwa Bondowoso institution. As we know that in an institution the name of development and improvement of education is needed to get professional educators. This is done to get superior student results in the eyes of the world. The purpose of education has two functions, namely to provide direction to all educational activities and is something that all educational activities want to achieve. This research method Departs from the background above, this study aims to determine the extent of efforts made by educational institutions in developing and improving the professionalism of education personnel. This study used qualitative research. The data collection techniques are in the form of observation and interviews. Then the data obtained are analyzed using the description and analysis method with an inductive mindset pattern. Educational professionalism is very influential on students. The success or failure of students in learning, one of which can be seen from the professionalism of the educator

Abstract

The backwardness of Muslims at this time was caused by the freezing of Islamic scholarship. This happens because some people think that ijtihad has been closed. In this contemporary century, some Muslim academics are trying to revive Islamic scholarship, both from the aspect of methodology and theoretical products. One of the Islamic thinkers who is trying to develop a new methodology is Abdullah Saeed, a professor of Arabic and Islamic Studies who is active at the University of Melbourne, Australia. This research tries to explore Abdullah Saeed's thoughts in the field of contextual thematic interpretation methods. The research results are as follows: First, the contextual thematic interpretation method is an interpretation method that must consider three principles, namely 1). Pay attention to and consider various meanings, then take the relevant meaning; 2). Pay attention to and consider the socio-historical context of the revelation of the Koran to determine the food that the mufassir will take; 3). Pay attention and consider the hierarchical value of the Koran to find out which verses can be re-interpreted (dhanni) and which cannot be re-interpreted (qath'i). Second, how the contextual thematic interpretation method works is as follows: 1). Determine the theme; 2). Determine the hierarchical value of the verse text; 3). Exploring the Macro and Micro Context of the Seventh Century; 4). Analyzing Linguistics; 5). Collecting Parallel Texts of the Koran; 6). Present contextualization.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the hardiness of the book Idzatunnasyi'in by al-Ghalayn and to find out its implementation in facing the challenges of the ongoing transformation of Indonesia. This is a qualitative study in the form of a literature study with primary data sources from the book Idzatunnasyi'in by al-Ghalayn and secondary data sources from several related articles and books. Hardiness in the book Idzatunnasyi'in has several concepts of mental or self-resilience such as hope, simplicity, effort and resignation, and self-confidence. The hardiness explained in the Book Idzotunnasyiin aims to shape character, how a person should behave when facing various events that happen to him or his nation in various fields. As well as forming a civilized, moral character that upholds the truth so that the Indonesian state continues to exist amidst these challenges.

Abstract

Religious moderation education which is being promoted by the Indonesian government through the Ministry of Religion's medium-term program carries three elements, one of which is religious tolerance. The teaching of religious tolerance is conveyed in various educational institutions, both schools under the auspices of the Ministry of Education and Culture, and madrasas under the auspices of the Ministry of Religion. This article was written in order to explore how the teaching of religious tolerance is carried out in schools and madrasas. Civics teachers and PAI teachers are considered to be representatives of religious tolerance learning at the school. This research uses a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach. And the results of the research illustrate that schools and madrasah try to provide the best tolerance education for their students.

Abstract

Jurnal ini mengulas tentang bagaimana efektivitas pembelajaran Sosiologi melalui penerapan kurikukulum 2013 di MAN 5 Kediri. Penelitian yang dilakukan di MAN 5 Kediri bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tentang analisis keefektifan pembelajaran Sosiologi pada kelas XI dan XII jurusan IPS dengan menggunakan penerapan Kurikulum 2013. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif untuk menganalisis dan menyajikan fakta secara sistematis untuk memudahkan pemahaman dan dugaan. Instrument penelitian ini yaitu menyediakan informasi melalui sumber data, mengumpulkan data, menilai kualitas data, menganalisis data, menafsirkan data, temuan, dan menarik kesimpulan. Sumber data penelitian ini observasi. Adapun hasil penelitian di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 5 Kediri yaitu pembelajaran Sosiologi kelas XI dan XII dengan menerapkan Kurikulum 2013 sudah efektif sesuai rancangan badan pendidikan dimana siswa dituntut berpartisipasi aktif dalam pembentukan Kurikulum serta siswa diberikan kebebasan dalam menentukan metode pembelajaran dan dilibatkan secara penuh dalam penerapan Kurikulum 2013. Kegiatan perencanaan dibasiskan pada keputusan siswa kelas XI IPS dan XII IPS, hal ini berdampak pada peserta didik menjadi nyaman dalam belajar menjadi subyek dalam proses pembelajaran. Pusat dari pembelajaran berada pada siswa itu sendiri, bukan pada guru seperti pendidikan formal pada umumnya. guru harus bisa memberi kesempatan seluas-luasnya bagi siswa untuk belajar dan memfasilitasi agar siswa bisa mengaktualisasikan dirinya. Guru juga harus mengembangkan pengetahuannya secara meluas dan mendalam agar bisa memfasilitasi peserta didik. Hubungan antara guru dan murid dalam membentuk efektivitas pembelajaran, tidak sebagai hubungan antar pendidik dengan murid, tetapi guru dan murid berposisi sebagai mitra aktif dalam proses belajar mengajar.

Abstract

Strengthening moral education or character education in the current context is very relevant to overcome the moral crisis that is currently occurring. This is a qualitative study that aims to find out how the process of teaching character education is in Islamic boarding schools, especially in the Al Amin Ngasinan Rejomulyo Kediri Islamic boarding school and the relevance of the Ta'liimul Muta'allim book to the formation of character education for its students. From the data analyzed, it was found that: 1. The process of teaching character education in the Al-Amin Ngasinan Rejomulyo Kediri Islamic boarding school is carried out using four methods, namely: lecture method, question and answer method, exemplary method (uswah hasnah) and advice method. 2. The character values ​​contained in the Ta'liimul Muta'allim book are relevant to the vision and mission of the Al-Amin Ngasinan Rejomulyo Kediri Islamic boarding school, so this book is appropriate if used as material for teaching character education in the Islamic boarding school. This suitability lies in its sources, namely the Qur'an and Al-Hadith.
