Abstract

Current technological advancements are rapidly and impact daily life. Developing technology can be applied in many programs, one of which is as a tool for education. As shown in this study, technology as a mode of learning can be implemented in daily life. This study examined Arduino programming to create a river water level detection system using an ultrasonic sensor. This research is expected to be used as a learning tool for using Arduino as a microcontroller and can be applied in daily life. Additionally, by developing this river water level detection system, it will be possible to mitigate flood disasters.

Abstract

This study is aimed to monitor teachers perception of an online learning system during the pandemic covid-19 at SMPN 4 Mandau. This study used a descriptive-quantitative design. In the data collection technique, it used observation, an online questionnaire consists of indicators with 20 questions and interviews. The population of this study is all teachers at SMP N 4 Mandau, Bengkalis Regency, Riau Province. Then, the samples were taken by using the total sampling technique. The result showed that the respondents answered Strongly Agree and Agree referred to 66.71 percent with a presence in the range of 50.01-68.00 percent. Thus, teachers perception of online learning at SMP N 4 Mandau was Quite Good.

Abstract

Strategic Management, is a course that must be taken by all undergraduate students majoring in Management at the Faculty of Economics. And during this learning model that is applied face-to-face lecturers still often only use PPT media and provide tasks directly. The goal of the development of media e-learning Application Strategic PLADACYS (Planning, Design, and Action to Corporate Analysis-Based Android) in this strategic management course is to create and develop more innovative electronic learning media and provide more interactive learning media to students adjusting to the free learning curriculum.   Millennials are referring to technology. Learning tools developed in the form of e-learning media that can be installed on Android in the form of Strategic   Planning analysis (SPA) menu, Strategic design analysis  (SDA), Strategic action analysis (SAA) menus and menus in this application will contain a grouping of materials, tasks, and practices of strategic management lectures by following the symbol menu (SPA) Theory for planning, designing strategies with analytical tools.  (SDA) and looking for data to the company or industry as well as the practice of knowing the determinants of the company's success and analyzing (SAA). The development method carried out is the Borg &Gall development model [1] using waterfall grooves(waterfall)at the stage of development. The development stages begin with needs analysis, product planning, product development, trial/implementation (validation), revision, and report creation.  The product results in the form of Application Strategic PLADACYS (Planning, Design, and Action to Corporate Analysis-Based Android) as a learning medium in strategic management courses, and will be equipped with media application videos, as well as media usage instructions.

Abstract

The students with mental retardation ability in the shopping skills show that students are still not able to do it well. Several factors cause the inability of students with mental retardation in shopping skills, namely: students do not understand the concept of money, are often confused about arithmetic operations on money material, cheap and expensive concepts, and shopping activities. This study uses a systematic literature review method from articles that have been published and a descriptive method that aims to determine the variety of shopping skills media and the completeness of features that must exist in shopping skills media for students with mental retardation. The research results obtained from several studies on shopping skills media for students with mental retardation are relevant. It can be seen that there is still minimal development of shopping skills media. Another result is that using several types of shopping skills learning media can improve the shopping ability of students with mental retardation from the material aspect. From theory to practical aspects, they are iPad-based animated image and video media.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the management of inclusive education services in schools through self-awareness, motivation, and self-efficacy. This study uses a qualitative research method with a case study approach through interviews with principals and teachers at inclusive schools in Malang. Based on the study results, it is known that when school members have self-awareness and have high motivation to teach children with special needs, self-efficacy grows in teachers to provide inclusive education services that are according to crew needs. Management strengthening in schools that implement inclusive education is obtained through socialization, training, and policy provision.

Abstract

This type,  of course, consists of compulsory courses, prerequisites, concentrations, and electives. Human Resource Management courses are compulsory courses that must be followed by all undergraduate students of the Department of Management at the Faculty of Economics, Malang State University. The development of  Fun  POAC Human Resources Application as an e-learning medium in this human resource management course is to create and develop electronic learning media which will be able to make it easier for students to understand how planning, organizing, moving, and controlling human resources in an organization,  Making learning in resource management courses is not boring and interesting because it is not only encouraged in listening to what lecturers say but is packed with application devices with various accessories and interesting features that can make students motivated to open, read and understand learning materials, assignments and practices. The material on the application is packaged for one semester lectures. The e-learning media developed consists of fun planning HR, Fun Organizing HR, Fun Actuating HR, and fun controlling desktop-based menus so that students or those who want to use this application can install it on their respective computers or laptops. The development method carried out is the Borg &Gall development model (2005) using waterfall grooves(waterfall)at the stage of development. The development stages start from needs analysis, product planning, product development, trial/implementation (validation), revision, and report creation. Abstract

In this globalization era, information is very easy to obtain, therefore critical thinking skills are important for students to have because they can train students to filter the information obtained to solve a problem. The purpose of this research is to produce a product in the form of UKBM based on ePUB on digestive system topic to improve critical thinking skills and cognitive learning outcomes of students who have been tested for validity, practicality and effectiveness. The development model used in this study is the ADDIE development model. The study was conducted at SMA Negeri 5 Malang with the research sample being students of class XI. Research data in the form of the results of the validation of media experts, topic experts, assessment experts, field practitioners, student responses, pretest and posttest results of students. The results showed that the average percentage of validated ratings of media experts, topic experts, assessment experts, field practitioners were 96.74 percent, 100 percent, 100 percent, and 94.23 percent, all of which were in the very valid category. The practicality test value is 92.53 percent which means it is very practical, the value of the effectiveness test is 0.8 which means it is classified as very effective, the results of students critical thinking skills are 82.16 which means it is classified as very critical, and the cognitive learning outcomes of students 93.42 which means it is classified as high. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the development of UKBM based on ePUB can improve critical thinking skills and students cognitive learning outcomes.
