Abstract

The objectives of this research are: (1) the application of the inquiry model to improve the learning of the material on the effect of style on the theme object of the area where I live in the fourth grade students of SD N Kandangsapi 1 Sragen; (2) improve the learning of the material on the effect of style on the theme of the area where I live in fourth grade students of SD N Kandangsapi 1 Sragen. Researchers in this study used classroom action research (CAR) which was divided into two cycles with two meetings in each cycle. The data used are qualitative and quantitative data. Data were collected by techniques in the form of tests, observations, interviews, and documentation. Data were analyzed using triangulation technique. Based on the research, it shows that guided inquiry can improve the learning of style influence material on the theme of the area where I live, as can be seen from the increase in the application of guided inquiry model observations to teachers starting from pre-cycle, cycle I II, namely 72.46% - 90.27%. The results of observations of pre-cycle students, cycles I, II were 61.80% - 85.88%. students complete for pre-cycle learning outcomes, the first and second cycles are 56.21% - 86.95%.

Abstract

Banana is one of the horticultural commodities with high production and has prospects as an export commodity. Banana is a fruit that is able to grow everywhere, both in villages and cities without seasonality and is easily available in Indonesia so that its production is abundant when nutritious alternative food is used as a source of vitamins, minerals and carbohydrates. This research method uses a literature study. Bananas contain certain active compounds, such as phenols, flavonoids, tannins, glycosides, proanthocyanidins, monoterpenoids and sesquiterpenoids, quinones, terpenoids, saponins, and alkaloids. The benefits of this type of kepok banana include natural antioxidants, antineogenic, antibacterial, vermicidal activity, and a high source of potassium.

Abstract

Kehamilan tidak diinginkan adalah istilah yang biasa digunakan untuk memberikan istilah kehamilan yang tidak diinginkan oleh remaja yang bersangkutan. Kehamilan tidak diinginkan pada remaja merupakan salah satu dampak dari perilaku seks bebas yang didapat dari teman sebaya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat gambaran peran teman sebaya dalam kejadian kehamilan tidak diinginkan yang terjadi di Puskesmas Karanglewas. Metode penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif, dengan menggunakan penelitian retrospektif, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel adalah snowball sampling sebanyak 29 remaja dengan kehamilan yang tidak diinginkan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peran teman sebaya memiliki pengaruh sedang sebanyak 62,1% terhadap kejadian kehamilan yang tidak diinginkan pada remaja di Puskesmas Karanglewas.

Abstract

Keluarga berencana (KB) merupakan salah satu program pelayanan kesehatan preventif yang paling berperan dalam pengendalian pertumbuhan jumlah penduduk sehingga dapat meningkatkan kesehatan dan kesejahteraan bagi keluarga (Basuki et al. 2015). Perwujudan dari keikutsertaan dalam program KB dilakukan dari adanya kesadaran, tanggungjawab serta rasa sukarela masyarakat dengan memilih metode kontrasepsi yang sesuai dengan keinginan masing-masing (Badan Pusat Statistik, 2017). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah Untuk mengetahui Hubungan dukungan suami dengan keikutsertaan ibu dalam mengikuti program KB pada masa pandemi di Wilayah Desa Mangunegara, Kecamatan Mrebet, Purbalingga. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu berupa desain kuantitatif dengan Teknik pengumpulan data kemudian observasi dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang telah di validitas dan reliabilitas, Hasil Penelitian Responden didominasi oleh pasangan usia subur 26-30 tahun, memiliki Pendidikan SMA. Istri bekerja sebagai ibu rumah tangga dan suami sebagai pegawai swasta.

Adanya beberapa kesulitan dalam pengerjaan skripsi yaitu sulit untuk menghadapi/menjumpai dosen, kegiatan di luar kuliah (bekerja), usia, serta sulitnya proses bimbingan skripsi kepada dosen menjadi salah satu faktor yang mengakibatkan stres dalam proses penyelesaian skripsi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran tingkat stress mahasiswa alih jenjang semester akhir di Universitas Harapan Bangsa dalam menyusun skripsi. Metode Penelitian ini kuantitatif. Sampel sejumlah 76 mahasiswa alih jenjang semester akhir Fakultas Ilmu Kesehatan Program Studi S1 Keperawatan di Universitas Harapan Bangsa responden yang diambil dengan teknik total sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukan Karakteristik mahasiswa alih jenjang tingkat akhir Univesitas Harapan Bangsa dalam penyusunan skripsi. sebagian besar berumur dewasa awal, berjenis kelamin perempuan, memiliki pekerjaan sebagai karyawan swasta dan dan berada pada tahap penyusunan setelah seminar proposal. There are several difficulties in working on the thesis, namely it is difficult to face/meet lecturers, activities outside of college (work), age, and, the difficulty of the thesis guidance process to lecturers is one of the factors which causes stress in the process of completing the thesis. This study to describe the stress level of final semester transfer students at Harapan Bangsa University in preparing a thesis. Methods This research is a quantitative. A sample of 76 students transferred to the final semester of the Faculty of Health Sciences, S1 Nursing Study Program at Harapan Bangsa University respondent was taken using a total sampling technique. The results of the study showed the characteristics of the final level transfer students at Harapan Bangsa University in the preparation of the thesis. most of them are in early adulthood, are female, have jobs as private employees and are in the stage of preparing post the seminar proposal. Abstract

The research aims at describing the result of analyzing previous studies about the implementation of Problem based Learning at elementary schools in Indonesia and abroad. They type of research is library research. The techniques in collecting the data used document analysis that consists of 8 articles published in national journal, 2 articles published in international journal and 1 article published in proceeding of international seminar. The technique in analyzing the data used data display, data reduction and drawing conclusion. Research findings show that there are nine roles of problem based learning (PBL) in improving the learning quality at elementary schools that PBL improve learning objectives, motivation, activities, cooperation, critical thinking, problem solving ability, positive attitude and behavior, and cognitive affective and psychomotor of the students as well as the quality of learning

Abstract

ABSTRACT Indonesian financial expert, lecturer at the Faculty of Economics and Business, admits that the 2020 state of emergency is the biggest and most deplorable one, causing a welfare crisis and also causing significant monetary losses. Practically all areas are affected, and the area most travel industry area because the business ended due to social removal. Meanwhile in the monetary sector, there is a danger that the business district will not be able to make credit installments. In this way, OJK screens useful areas that are generally affected by Covid-19. Although the financing arrangements for beneficial regions are around 28-30%, while the wasteful financing is around 70-72%, the regions that have a multiplier impact on the economy outweigh the destructive ones. This is done to expand the versatility of the business world in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic. This series is due to the total lack of interest from the local area and affects the two regions, also affecting different areas, for example transportation and automotive areas due to reduced human portability, mining areas due to the creation of abundance, development areas due to the potential for changing events and MSME areas. `In the 1998 monetary emergency, MSMEs became the guardian angels for the Indonesian economy, but in the current public welfare emergency, MSMEs are the ones who feel the most impact. Based on information from the Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, there are 6 million workers affected and 90% are on leave, while the rest have been laid off. The «State Must Be Present» is carried out with the Social Safety Net program which is completed by the public authorities because it is a form of responsibility to the regions. Some of the projects carried out are social assistance, acceleration of the implementation of Pre-Employment Cards and cutting electricity bills. The financial support given by the public authorities to overcome the Covid-19 pandemic amounted to Rp. 405.1 trillion which will be given to welfare areas in the amount of Rp. 75 trillion for the purchase of clinical equipment, worker welfare insurance, working limits for referral medical clinics. Meanwhile, for social protection, Rp. 110 trillion which is used for 10 million PKH recipients, 20 million basic food cards, 5.6 million pre-employment card recipients, as well as incentives for mortgage installments for Low- Income Communities and discounts on subsidized electricity rates.s. The Ministry of Finance, through the media briefing 'Tanya BKF' presented the Head of the Fiscal Policy Agency, Febrio Kacaribu, as the main resource person to discuss 'PEN and Other Fiscal Issues'. Abstract

Kemajuan Ideologi dan Konstitusi dalam Pancasila dan UUD 1945 ditengah kemajuan negara pasca perang Dingin dan perang Dunia II beserta keterkaitannya terhadap posisi rakyat sebagai bangsa dan WNI. Dengan pendekatan sosiolegal, ditemukan terjadinya kemajuan pancasila dan UUD 1945 dari ideologi dan kostitusi yang berwatak pascakolonial kepada ideologi dan kostitusi yang berwatak pascaotoritarian. Pergantian tersebut ditandai dengan berkurangnya tujuan rekonstruksi tradisi dan dekolonisasi dalam UUD 1945. Proklamasi kemerdekaan tahun 1945, ditinjau dari segi hukum tata negara, bahwa bangsa indonesia sudah memutuskan ikatan dengan tatanan hukum yang sebelumnya, baik dengan Hindia-Belanda maupun Jepang. Bahwa indonesia telah membangun tatanan hukum yang baru, yaitu tatanan hukum indonesia, yang isinya hukum Indonesia ditentukan dan dilaksanakan sendiri oleh bangsa Indonesia. Hal yang mendasar dari amandemen UUD NKRI th. 1945 adalah dihapuskannya Garis-Garis Besar Haluan Negara (GBHN) dalam sistem ketatanegaraan RI. Tujuan dan sasaran pembangunan nasional di indonesia saat ini belum cukup memadai, tidak terencana dan sulit diukur tingkat keberhasilannya. Hingga saat ini belum mampu dijadikan acuan pembangunan nasional. Merehabilitasi keberadaan GBHN dapat berdampak positif dalam cara menjaga dan melindungi eksistensi MPR sebagai salah satu lembaga negara. Indonesia merupakan suatu negara dalam melaksanakan organisasinya membutuhkan aturan yang sesuai dengan nilai budaya bangsanya. Nilai budaya bangsa tersebut tercantum dalam dasar negara yaitu pancasila yang merupakan jiwa dari peraturan ketatanegaraan yaitu UUD 1945. Sistem pemerintahan indonesia adalah presidensil, presiden berkedudukan sebagai kepala negara sekaligus sebagai kepala pemerintahan. Kekuasaan negara berada ditangan 3 kekuasaan, yaitu legislatif, eksekutif dan yudikatif. Ketiga kekuasaan tersebut mempunyai tugas, fungsi dan wewenang yang berbeda.

Abstract

A day after independence proclamation indonesia exactly date 18 august 1945 travel pancasila as a basis nationality the bottom of the state in a juridical manner started. In pencaturan ideology the world expanded in developing countries including indonesia, is uneasiness to formulate the future. This confirms that pancasila is fundamental and having a very important role in the formation of the republic of indonesia. The problems are not maybe can be completed in a unilateral manner, in accordance with article 1 paragraph ( 3 ) of Undang-UndangDasar 1945 constitution that indonesia is a country law. Should all parties back to see or tracing pancasila as a basis the state and as the norm of legal basis indonesia.Put back pancasila proportionally and contextual with the spirit of the times and affirmed its position pancasila in the indonesian law is one reason very natural to revive diskursuspancasila. Through the literature study of scientific work such as books, journal, and other study and the regulations perundang-undangan related to the theme research is the way said the problems and it was one of approach juridical normative with data collection method. A norm legal basis indonesia is as perspective juridical pancasila who qualitatively all the data collected should then new analysis. Norms and normal legal basis and ways law as stipulated in the pembukaanundang-undangdasar 1945 is the source of orderly indonesia, this position requires the formation of positive law to reach idea in pancasila used as an examiner positive law that is the result that research shows of law indonesia in perspective juridical.

Abstract

Penulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana peranan Pancasila dalam pelaksanaan sistem ketatanegaraan Republik Indonesia menurut perspektif hukum di era ini. Data ini diambil dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif analitik yakni dengan menganalisis bagaimana peranan Pancasila terhadap sistem tata negara di Indonesia dengan mempertimbangkan hukum di masa kini. Pancasila sebagai ideologi bangsa memiliki peranan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, terutama pada pelaksanaan sistem ketatanegaraan bangsa ini. Hukum juga ikut berperan penting dalam sistem ini. Namun, penerapan nilai-nilai Pancasila dalam ketatanegaraan mulai luntur. Dalam praktek hukum juga mulai terbentuk penyimpangan. Seharusnya, hukum dijadikan pedoman dalam pelaksanaannya namun sekarang seakan-akan sudah kalah dengan budaya perkembangan zaman. Sehingga perlu adanya evaluasi agar penerapannya sesuai dengan sila-sila Pancasila menurut perspektif hukum.
