Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of organizational cultural values ​​on students in Palopo City. This research was conducted using quantitative methods. The population used was all students in the city of Palopo and 37 of them were used as samples. The sample in this study used simple random sampling. From this research it was found that there is an influence between organizational culture variables (X) on students (Y). This is proven through the t test. Where the results obtained with t count are greater than t table or t count 4.558 > 1.590 t table then there is an influence of variable X on Y. Organizational culture has a significant effect on students in Palopo City. It is hoped that the results of this research can provide information for consideration, support and contribution of thought to readers regarding the influence of organizational culture on students. The limitations of this research are: lack of samples studied, only using validity tests and t tests, using organizational culture (X) and student (Y) influence variables, and lack of knowledge of the authors

Abstract

J&T Express is a company operating in the field of goods delivery services operating in Indonesia, which was founded on August 20 2015. This research aims to determine the effect of service quality and customer satisfaction on J&T Express delivery services. The quality of delivery services has an important position in creating customer satisfaction. Providing satisfaction to customers is one of the factors of service quality, this is defined as a negative influence when service quality is below standard, because it can cause minimal customer satisfaction with the service they receive. This research method uses quantitative methods. The population in this research are users of J&T Express expedition services. A sample of 33 respondents was taken using saturated sampling technique. The data used in this research is primary data in the form of a questionnaire. The focus of this research is the Influence of Service Quality and Customer Satisfaction on J&T Express Delivery Services. Determining the influence of J&T Express service quality on customer satisfaction is the aim of this research.

Abstract

General knowledge of financial literacy has become an important part of daily life and is a life skill that must be possessed by every individual to live a long-term life based on SNLKI 2017, people who have knowledge and confidence in financial institutions, financial products and services, as well as the skills to know financial products and services are referred to as people who have a high level of literacy. This study aims to determine the effect of financial literacy on the financial behavior of Cokroaminoto Palopo University students. The research method used is quantitative with the data used is primary data. Data collection techniques using questionnaires. The sampling technique uses Random Sampling, where students have the same opportunity to be selected. The number of samples in this study was 30 respondents. The results of this study showed that partially the financial literacy variable (X) did not have a significant effect on the financial behavior variable (Y) of Cokroaminoto Palopo University students who were intended with a significant value of t test of 0.175. The results of this study are expected to provide information as a basis for understanding, studying, supporting and increasing reflection on the influence of financial literacy on financial behavior. The limitations of this study are: articles used only from Google Scholar so that search results cannot describe financial knowledge comprehensively, the research sample is lacking, and this study uses variables of financial literacy (X) and financial behavior (Y).

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine changes in human resources. The method used in this research is qualitative methods and literature review), desk study by collecting and analyzing secondary data from various sources. The research results show that technology has a positive impact on human resource development, such as increasing efficiency, effectiveness, productivity, efficiency, motivation, satisfaction, loyalty and commitment of human resources. In an effort to support better and better quality human resources, a company or organization needs to make changes to obtain quality human resources and be able to "compete in the era of globalization". Human resources are very important, with good human resources the company can develop better. Without human resources, things cannot run as expected, so it is necessary to hold good training to obtain good human resources and provide or facilitate training so that these human resources are trained. The use of technology in human resources (HR) is a strategy to improve the quality, skills and ability of HR to adapt to environmental changes and future challenges. Technology can be used to support human resource management processes such as recruitment, selection, training, evaluation and career development. Technology also helps create value for businesses through innovation, creativity and collaboration.

Abstract

This research is associative quantitative research. Associative research is research that aims to determine the relationship between two or more variables. There are 2 variables in this research, namely the independent variable is work discipline and the dependent variable is teacher performance. The population in this study were all teachers at SD 352 Pammanu, totaling 18 teachers. The method used is a direct questionnaire method, where questions and statements are given directly and specifically to the teacher. Namely to obtain valid data regarding work discipline and teacher performance. The conclusion of this research is that work discipline has a very positive and significant effect on the performance of teachers at SD 352 Pammanu.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the synergy of relationships between the media industry, the government and NGOs. Synergy According to the great Indonesian dictionary, "synergy" can be defined as a joint activity or operation. Synergy can also be interpreted as a form of cooperation produced through the collaboration of each party without any feeling of defeat. Media Relations or it can also be called Media Relations is an activity to establish relationships/relations with the mass media, journalists or the press to establish cooperation and good relations by an organization, which will later affect the news or message in the mass media itself to maintain a positive impression of an organization under its auspices. According to the Great Dictionary of the Indonesian Language (KBBI), NGOs are organizational institutions that aim to fight for the interests of the community. This organization is founded by individuals or groups and is not part of the government, bureaucracy, or state, the evolution of the development paradigm, where the government is no longer the only actor in development, has implications for synergy management. The researcher seeks to recognize the role of actors and collaboration in forming collaboration in development. This study uses an exploratory research method using a qualitative approach. Through this study, the researcher wants to conduct an analysis related to the development of tourism villages based on collaborative governance. The above in the context of the research underlies the researcher's desire to investigate and describe Bank Indonesia's media relations activities in West Java through a detailed press conference conducted by Bank Indonesia. Of course, this is to build a good relationship with the media. You can improve and maintain the image of your facility. On the other hand, the implementation of collaborative governance requires effective communication to facilitate collaboration between actors so that their role in building relationships with the business world is important.

Abstract

This article will discuss and analyze the current direction of human resource development policy. The method for writing this scientific article uses literature study / Library Research. This research aims to find out and analyze the current direction of human resource development. Human resource development can be understood as the preparation of individual employees to assume different or higher responsibilities within the organization. Therefore, human resources really determine the process of successful performance of an organization. Human resource development aims to make it easier to realize organizational goals, because quality human resources are considered capable of carrying out their duties and functions as employees in an organization. Abstract

This study evaluates the technical, market, and financial feasibility of building an audience stand at the Tlogo fruit garden circuit, a tourism attraction that combines agricultural and automotive aspects. The research method is qualitative descriptive, using data collection techniques such as observation, interviews, and documentation. The results show that the audience stand can enhance the viewing experience of visitors who watch motorcycle or car races, as well as increase the potential of visitors and revenue. The audience stand construction project is also profitable, with a payback period of 1.52 years, a positive net present value of Rp 314.956.392, and an interest rate return of 67.89 percent.

Abstract

Seiring berkembangnya gaya hidup masyarakat dan kemajuan dalam bidang sosial ekonomi dapat menyebabkan jumlah penyakit degeneratif meningkat, salah satunya diabetes mellitus. Bagi penderita diabetes mellitus dianjurkan untuk mengonsumsi makanan tinggi serat, karbohidrat rendah dan indeks glikemik rendah. Produk brownies dalam penelitian ini menggunakan variasi pemanis, yaitu gula pasir, gula kelapa dan stevia. Stevia merupakan pemanis alami rendah kalori sehingga lebih aman dikonsumsi penderita diabetes mellitus. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan nilai indeks glikemik brownies mocaf-ketan hitam dengan variasi pemanis serta tingkat kesukaan pada masing-masing sampel. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan acak lengkap (RAL) satu faktor, yaitu penambahan variasi pemanis gula pasir, gula kelapa, dan stevia. Parameter penelitian yang dilakukan adalah analisis kadar gula darah dan analisis organoleptik meliputi warna, rasa, tekstur, aroma dan kesukaan keseluruhan menggunakan metode hedonik. Produk brownies mocaf-ketan hitam menunjukkan nilai indeks glikemik sebesar 13,538 (stevia), 48,257 (gula kelapa), 53,565 (gula pasir) dan termasuk kategori IG rendah. Beban glikemik pada setiap sampel sebesar 4,234 (stevia), 16,56 (gula kelapa) dan 18,71 (gula pasir). Hasil Uji sensoris dengan metode uji hedonik menunjukkan bahwa brownies bebas gluten dengan penambahan pemanis gula pasir lebih disukai panelis dari segi warna, rasa, aroma, tekstur dan kesukaan keseluruhan.

Abstract

Jabodetabek Commuter Line KRL is a public transportation that is now widely used by thegeneral public. The purpose of this study was to analyze the service quality and customer satisfaction of Jabodetabek KRl in the eyes of its users. This study uses the literacy study method in whichresearch uses journals available in electronic media. The results of this study show that the service quality of the Jabodetabek KRl has been satisfactory for its users. However, there are still someaspects that need to be improved. Overall, the users are satisfied and the Jabodetabek KRL has a goodreputation or image in the eyes of its users.
