Abstract

Limited human resources and time demands can increase workload resulting in faster work stress. If handled over time, it will have an impact on the performance of officers and can also increase work stress. Therefore, this study aims to determine the relationship between work stress and the performance of locomotive maintenance workers at the Purwokerto Locomotive Depot. This study uses a type of quantitative research. Data collection methods used in this research are primary and secondary data sources. The data analysis technique used is the instrument test, Spearman rank correlation and Spearman rank hypothesis test. Calculate the rho count on the work stress variable with a performance showing a value of 0.479, while for the comparison results, the value of the rho table shows several 0.439. In the hypothesis decision-making criteria that rho count > rho table 0.479 > 0.439, there is a relationship between work stress and employee performance which can also be seen from sig. (2-tailed) of 0.028. Based on retrieval, if the sig. (2-tailed) 0.028 <0.05 means that there is a significant relationship between work stress and performance variables. Spearman's rank hypothesis test found a relationship with a correlation value of -0.479, meaning that the relationship is vital in the moderate category. The direction of the relationship from this study is harmful or not unidirectional. And the rho count is greater than the rho table, which is 0.479, which is greater than 0.439, so the hypothesis shows a relationship between work stress and employee performance.

Abstract

The development of the Jogja Solo railway transportation, one of which is the electrification of the railway line. This electrification will increase the capacity of the number of passengers because it can cut travel time so that there will be more and more trips. The government's plan to extend the electrification of the KRL line to Kulonprogo and Madiun is an opportunity for growth in the number of Jogja Solo KRL passengers. This study aims to find the best forecasting model for the number of KRL Jogja Solo passengers among short-term forecasting models. The forecasting method used is the Gray Method (1.1), Moving Average and Exponential Smoothing. Furthermore, based on the forecasting results of each method, the error rate will be sought based on the MAPE, MAD and MSD values. The error prediction value among the three selected methods, namely Gray (1,1), second-order moving average and single exponential smoothing, the results obtained from the single exponential smoothing method have the slightest error value compared to the others. So, this method is the best method chosen to predict the number of Jogja Solo KRL passengers. The single exponential smoothing method is the best forecasting method because it has the mirror value, namely MAPE of 51, MAD of 50,308 and MSD of 3,891,632,651. The prediction results for the 14th-period passengers obtained a result of 202,067 people. The prediction results for the 14th-period passengers obtained a result of 202,067 people.

Abstract

Most secondary school students in developing countries have difficulty accessing higher Education after completing secondary Education, especially in Indonesia. The limited number of new job opportunities and the absence of a link and match between the competencies possessed by the workforce and employment have triggered the high Open Unemployment Rate (TPT) of VHS graduates, especially in West Java. This research uses mixed methods where data collection is carried out quantitatively and qualitatively. In collecting quantitative data, respondents to this study used data from 341 vocational students at six vocational schools in 5 districts/cities in West Java. Then strengthened by qualitative methods by conducting interviews. First, the thing that most influences the low quality of competitiveness of VHS students is that 21.07% of VHS students in West Java have a low VHS objective score. Second, the Quality of Education, Entrepreneurial Mindset, and Entrepreneurial Intentions simultaneously influence the goals of VHS in West Java Vocational School students, with an F count of 135,773 with a significance level of 0.000. Third, 54.7% of the goals of VHS students in West Java are influenced by the Quality of Education, Entrepreneurial Mindset, and Entrepreneurial Intentions. At the same time, 45.3% is influenced by other variables not analyzed in this study. to increase the competitiveness of VHS students, it is necessary to carry out various intervention efforts starting from the stages of input, process, output, and long-term results in the learning process in schools.

Abstract

Green open space is one of the important elements that must exist in every urban area. The City Government of Depok, as one of the areas that is considered to need improvement in the provision of green open spaces, has made a policy strategy by building town squares and parks in every village. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the development of the town square as an instrument of green open space policy in Depok City. The research uses a post-positivist method where data is collected through interviews and observations, which are then processed into descriptive narratives. The results of the study show that there are still two indicators that need to be improved, where the level of interest of the target group and the use of space are obstacles in the implementation of green open space policies in city squares. Some of the factors that make these indicators ineffective include lack of community participation, lack of resources, and discrepancies between the initial concept and the results. Then it influences the indicators of clarity of agreement on policy objectives and control of spatial use. Therefore, the development of the Alun-Alun as an instrument of green open space policy is still not effective so it is necessary to add space or Alun-Alun to meet the needs of green open spaces in Depok City.

Abstract

Within a decade, starting in 2008, the Japanese government opened up the acceptance of foreign workers in the caregiver field, and Indonesia is one of the countries with the most significant number of senders of caregivers in Japan. There are at least four routes for sending caregivers to Japan, one of which is through sending caregiver interns "Kaigo Ginou Jisshuu." This study analyzes the conditions and problems of pre-departure training for caregiver intern candidates in Indonesia. The method used in this study is qualitative and quantitative. Data collection techniques used were interviews, observations, and questionnaires. This study used a purposive sampling technique. The "Ginou Jisshuu" program, through the case study of Nagomi Kaigo Gakkou, can be described that most teachers at LPK are interns with quite high Japanese language skills and experience living in Japan, where this becomes potential in teaching Japanese to prospective interns. The results of this research can become a reference for higher education institutions in community service activities, especially in improving Japanese language teaching in LPK.

Abstract

The problem with this research is that the government was late in land acquisition, so that PT. Hutama Karya (Persero) as the concession holder in the implementation of toll road construction is constrained in a number of locations. This study aims to determine the impact of delays in land acquisition and implementation of the construction of the Sigli-Banda Aceh Toll Road on net profit and return on investment at the end of the concession period. This study uses a quantitative method approach. Data analysis techniques use Present Net Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), and sensitivity analysis. The results of the study show that delays of 1, 2, and 3 years have an impact on concessionaires going through cash flow deficit periods of 17, 19, and 20 years and surplus cash flow periods of 23, 21, and 20 years. year, where investment returns occur in the 32nd (2050), 34th (2052) and 36th (2054) years, so that at the end of the concession period, the net profit that can be achieved by the concession holder is with an NPV value of Rp. 9,162,336,077,086, Rp. 6,858,784,951,438 and Rp. 4,680,164,756,915. If there are no delays, then the concessionaire only needs to go through a cash flow deficit period of 16 years and a cash flow surplus period of 24 years, where the return on investment capital occurs in year 30 (2048), so that the net profit that can be obtained by the concessionaire is with an NPV value of Rp. 11,647,590,651,181.
