Abstract

Stroke is a disease caused by impaired blood circulation to the brain. This disease is a non-communicable disease that can be prevented by controlling stroke risk factors. STRIC (Stroke Risk Score Card) is a stroke risk detection application resulting from the development of a stroke risk detection model by the National Stroke Association. This study aims to determine the sensitivity, specificity, and accuracy of the application of the early stroke risk detection model (STRIC) in detecting stroke risk. Descriptive analytics by conducting stroke risk assessment using the Stroke Risk Scorecard (STRIC) App. The total sample was 60 people, consisting of 30 post-stroke people and 30 non-stroke people. The sensitivity value of the STRIC application is 91.67% which means that the ability to predict stroke risk for those who have experienced a stroke is very high. The specificity value of the STRIC application was 77.78%; this means that the measurement capability of the STRIC application provides a non-stroke (negative) result of 77.78% or very good. The accuracy value of the STRIC application is 83.33%, which means that the ability of the STRIC application to detect the risk of stroke in all subjects tested correctly is 83.33%.  Applying the STRIC application can help prevent stroke and improve the prognosis for high-risk individuals.

Abstract

The student points system is an application for recording students' achievement and offense points. The lack of recording and dissemination of information on achievement results makes students less motivated to improve achievement, and the distribution of scholarships for outstanding students is inappropriate. To improve student achievement, an application program is needed that can record and disseminate student achievement data in real-time, accurate, and effective. So, the purpose in this study is to know and analyze the design of the student point system to improve student achievement using the clustering method. Researchers use the Clustering Method in calculating data to determine the accuracy of scholarship distribution for outstanding students. Clustering with the most achievement points is clustering 2 with 25,254 Achievement Points. The total number in the level 2 cluster is 1,797 which indicates the number is close to 2,000 or 2 which is the result of data transformation from the junior high level. The implication of clustering research on student point data is to provide useful information for the Foundation as an institution that houses schools in allocating scholarships for outstanding students. In this case, clustering 2 with the highest number of Achievement Points indicates that there is a group of students with high achievement points. By using the clustering results, the Foundation can allocate scholarships more effectively and efficiently, because it can identify outstanding students from various school levels more easily.

Abstract

Real-time communication between people in the form of audio, images, video, and data is now a necessity. Web Real-Time Communication Technology, WebRTC, is implemented as an open web standard and is available to build such communication. WebRTC requires a server that functions as both signaling and media servers. Signaling server for establishing communication channels, exchanging information, and synchronizing changes. Media servers exchange media, codecs, bandwidth, and rate control. Different Real-time Protocol (RTP) topologies have different requirements on servers, including those caused by the NAT configuration used. This research focuses on the role of the TURN server using CoTurn to create web-based real-time communication services. How is the quality of WebRTC service when CoTurn is a TURN server to pass signaling and media. The method used is divided into three stages, namely: (1) installation and configuration, (2) building WebRTC, and (3) testing. This study shows that real-time communication in the form of audio and video can be carried out even through a symmetrical NAT configuration. It is just that with more than five users in the WebRTC system, communication is slowing down. The proposed further research is developing and engineering the RTP topology to increase the number of users. The CoTurn application can be installed on a Virtual Private Server (VPS) and configured as a TURN Server as a media server service in the WebRTC system.

Abstract

The purpose of writing this study is to describe how Ustaz Khalid Basalamah views the female body and what kind of patriarchal language is used by Ustaz Khalid Basalamah.  The method used is a qualitative analysis using analytical theory. The data (7-minute Youtube video transcript) was taken based on deliberate stratified sampling and analyzed using the Halliday MAK transitivity system and the three-domain interaction of JR Martin and PRR White's valuation theory. It was found that from the language of Khalid Basalamah's lectures, the discourse on the female body was operationalized based on the idea of tabarruj in Islam. This operation largely spreads relational processes and negative evaluations in intensive heteroglossia expression. Basalamah, in her talk, assesses women's behavior through the purpose of women dressing up and embellishing; patriarchal language towards women's bodies in her lectures uses more material processes, followed by relational processes. With this Basalamah places women's bodies as an important discourse to be supervised and controlled by men. Furthermore, it means that men have power over women's bodies, while women must obey their husbands.
