Abstract

The increase of population in Indonesia especially in Jabodetabe from year to year has increased significantly, as well as the number of private vehicles which from year to year has increased. By not compensating for the increase in road length, then there will be congestion in the next few years. PT. KCJ is here to deal with the problem. By using rail mode transportation, it will reduce the number of vehicles operating on the highway, thereby reducing congestion. To meet the number of travel needs and offset the increase in population in Greater Jakarta, the availability of facilities at PT. KCJ must comply with applicable provisions. By optimizing the time of maintenance of the facilities, it will obtain the availability of adequate facilities. In this analysis,  we use network planning method to determine the optimal maintenance time of suggestion. In optimizing the maintenance time of the facilities there are several things that influence, among others: the needs of employees, the competence of personnel maintenance personnel, and  reduction of existing backlog. At the end of the research will be known the most optimal time to perform the final treatment, so the availability of facilities will be fulfilled with due regard to the reliability of the means.

Abstract

Pemerintah melalui Rencana Induk Perkeretaapian Nasional telah mencanangkan pengembangan Jaringan dan Layanan Kereta Api Bandara untuk mempermudah mobilitas penumpang salah satunya dengan pembangunan kereta Bandara Adi Soemarmo. Pada April 2017 telah dilakukan groundbreaking proyek pengembangan kereta Bandara Adi Soemarmo, Kabupaten Boyolali oleh Presiden RI dan dijadwalkan beroperasi pada tahun 2019 mendatang. Penelitian ini menggunakan model discrete choice untuk menyatakan peluang setiap penumpang untuk menggunakan kereta bandara. Instrumen penelitian disusun menggunakan variabel prediktor yang dikembangkan dari dimensi pelayanan menurut Gaspers. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 200 responden dengan teknik random sampling. Data yang terkumpul diolah dengan model regresi logisatik biner dikarenakan variabel respon berbentuk dikotomi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ketepatan jadwal kereta dan keterjangkauan tarif kereta berpengaruh terhadap kesediaan menggunakan kereta bandara.

Abstract

PT KA Pariwisata terus melakukan inovasi untuk menarik minat pelanggan, salah satunya dengan memperkenalkan KA Priority. Pelayanan yang ditawarkan KA Priority khusus diperuntukan bagi penumpang yang menghendaki kenyamanan lebih selama perjalanan. Interaksi penumpang dengan layanan yang diberikan menjadi pengalaman tersendiri bagi penumpang. Pengalaman penumpang dapat dirasakan melalui pengalaman pribadi (customer experience) maupun dari pengalaman menikmati layanan selama perjalanan (service experience). Prestise menjadi pertimbangan tersendiri bagi penumpang dalam penggunaan suatu moda berkelas seperti KA Priority dikarenakan kemewahan fasilitas yang ditawarkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel yang membentuk customer experience dan service experience yaitu sense, feel, think, act, relate, incentive, accessibility, convenience, utility, environment, benefit, trust dan prestise terhadap frekuensi perjalanan penumpang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuisioner kepada 150 responden dengan teknik random sampling. Data yang terkumpul selanjutnya diolah dengan model regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan variabel yang berpengaruh terhadap frekuensi perjalanan penumpang adalah sense, incentive, convenience, environment dan prestise

Abstract

The Government through the National Railway Master Plan has launched the development of the Airport Railway Network and Services to facilitate passenger mobility, one of which is the construction of the Adi Soemarmo Airport train. In April 2017 a groundbreaking project for the development of the Adi Soemarmo Airport, Boyolali District by the President of the Republic of Indonesia was scheduled to be operational in 2019. This study uses a discrete choice model to express the opportunities of each passenger to use the airport train. The research instruments were prepared using predictor variables developed from service dimensions according to Gaspers. The sample used was 200 respondents with random sampling techniques. The data collected is processed using a binary logical regression model because the response variable is in the form of a dichotomy. The results showed the accuracy of the train schedule and affordability of train fares affect the willingness to use airport trains.

Abstract

PT KA Tourism continues to innovate to attract customers, one of which is by introducing KA Priority. The services offered by Priority KA are specifically intended for passengers who want more comfort during the trip. The interaction of passengers with the services provided is a special experience for passengers. Passenger experience can be felt through personal experience (customer experience) and from the experience of enjoying services while traveling (service experience). Prestige is a separate consideration for passengers in the use of a classy mode such as the Priority Train due to the luxury of the facilities offered. This study aims to determine the effect of variables that shape customer experience and service experience, namely sense, feel, think, act, relate, incentive, accessibility, convenience, utility, environment, benefits, trust and prestige on the frequency of passenger travel. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 150 respondents using random sampling techniques. The collected data is then processed using multiple linear regression models. The results showed that variables that influence the frequency of passenger trips are sense, incentive, convenience, environment and prestige

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim to seee the occupational commitment of facility maintainer at Balaiyasa Yogyakarta. The method used in this study uses data collection tools such as questionnaires and interviews. Based on data retrieval that has been done, it is known that as many as 85% of respondents have a high occupational commitment. The recommendation given to the facility maintainer at Balaiyasa Yogyakarta is to develop training that has been done. Some training that can be carried out based on the categorization of occupational commitment includes skills training, retraining, cross-sectional training, team training, information systems training and soft skills training.

Abstract

The research aims to determine the understanding of EWS and the number of violations with the number of accidents in the crossing of a field that occurred at the crossing of KM 287 + 8.This type of research is a case study that is research on pre-defined subjects and objects. The number of respondents examined in this study was 360 respondents, observations were conducted against the number of violations and the number of accidents carried out during 20 days of observation and understanding of respondents, while the method of analysis used was correlational method using cross tabulation (crosstab) and pearson chisqure. The results show that understanding EWS has a very weak relationship and is in line with the accident rate at the level crossing, this shows that the higher the level of understanding of a motorist's EWS, it will be able to suppress or minimize the number of accidents that occur at level crossings that have EWS and the number violations have a moderate relationship with the number of accidents at a level crossing, this shows that the higher the number of violations, the more the number of accidents that occur.

Abstract

The development of terrorism acts in parts of the world, creating geopolitical dynamics globally. The act of terrorism is clearly a threat that cannot be denied by various countries in the world. In addressing this, countries around the world are vying for an answer to solve the problem, including in Indonesia. One of the programs that is felt to be necessary is the deradicalization program against terrorism convicts. But it turns out that in the dynamics of its implementation reaps many pros and cons. This paper presents a systematic and logical argument in understanding the polemics that occur regarding the implementation of deradicalization in Indonesia. Thus, creating recommendations that can be an alternative, to be able to deal with terrorism convicts in Indonesia.

Abstract

Abstract On 29 April, 2021, The Indonesian Government declared the Armed Criminal Group (KKB) as a Separatism Terrorist Group (KST), in response to the casualties, both from the military and civilian parties. In particular, the death of the Kabinda of Papua and Bharada Komang was a catalyst for this announcement as previous conflict resolution steps failed to address the ongoing conflict in Papua. The increased risk of terrorism in the Papuan region is driven by the lack of research into focused deradicalization programs. In this article, the author seeks to address how a targeted deradicalization program is an appropriate conflict approach to this situation. This paper proposes the Penta-Helix concept as a suitable program, which seeks to facilitate the specific needs for deradicalisation in this region. The Penta-Helix concept is based on five factors: the history of separatism in Papua, the traditions of the Papuan people, the variance between religious and secular radicalism, the concept of deradicalisation and disengagement, and the TNI-Polri Operasi Penggalangan and the current deradicalization program in Indonesia. The collaboration and cooperation of the Pentahelix concept’s five factors, in the form of representative actors, are essential in the development and implementation of three stages of the proposed deradicalization program: identification, psychological adjustment, and aftercare. Finally, this paper outlines eight recommendations, called the “Optimization Strategy for the Deradicalization Program”, which intend to be applied for sustainable deradicalisation of Papuan terrorism separatists.
