Abstract

Introduction: Chemotherapy is one of treatments given to cancer patient which may cause potentially fatal side effect, death. Chemotherapy treatment is provided in an area with staffs trained in giving service based on the guidelines for treatment, preventing side effect and implication of the chemotherapy. The occurrence of Covid-19 pandemic requires the community to apply the new life order, including causing training as a learning process to have adjustment. This qualitative research aimed at examining the chemotherapy training model which may be implemented to nurses to improve their competence in the new life order situation and condition. Method: Focus Group Discussion was carried out with the executing nurses who had participated in chemotherapy training before the Covid-19 pandemic and in-depth interview was carried out with hospital medical staffs and room leader of oncological service room at the Hospital, and partner doctors. The results of FGD and interview were analyzed by summarizing, categorizing and making themes, designing them into a chemotherapy training model as needed by nurses to improve their competence. Result and Discussion: The materials and theories of chemotherapy training were delivered on an electronic based. The skill materials should, otherwise, be delivered face-to-face. The nurses stated that direct learning in service site made it easier for them to understand the materials. Learning was carried out in small groups through role play, and mentoring/coaching was also a learning method that was necessarily taken into consideration. Conclusion: Face-to-face method improved the competence better, but with the Covid-19 pandemic situation, of which end was yet unknown, and the new life order condition, the training model built should keep considering the health and safety of patients, health workers and training participants

Abstract

PT. RPP Contractors Indonesia implements open-pit mining with open pit mining methods. Which has a coal mining production target in June 2021 of 111,800 tons of coal and overburden stripping of 1,596,278 BCM. However, mining realization often experiences discrepancies every month, therefore research is needed to analyze the differences in mining planning and realization, the factors that cause differences, and efforts that can be made to minimize the mismatch of mining planning to the realization of mining. Reconciliation is finding a way to create two different ideas, facts, etc. The research method conducted is to match the mining planning in June 2021 with the actual mining in June 2021 to get the percentage of the mining match. From the results of the study, it is known that in June 2021 the achievement of mining according to planning is 111,800 tons of coal and 1,596,278 BCM overburden. And from observations, the causes of the difference between planning and realization in the field are the number of inappropriate fleets, the productivity of unsuitable tools, and less than optimal representation. Therefore, efforts are needed to minimize these discrepancies by increasing effective working time and increasing supervision.

Abstract

Observations on the implementation of the volleyball game learning process in several schools showed that many problems were found, the lack of mastery of volleyball game technical skills, it was necessary to be taught in depth about volleyball game techniques. In connection with this problem, especially Passing, students need to be taught various kinds of Passing. In accordance with its development, Passing in volleyball is divided into two types, namely: Lower Passing, and Upper Passing, but Lower Passing which has a high level of difficulty. In accordance with the learning objectives of PJOK students are required to master the lower passing movements of the lessons taught but in the end many students are not interested in lower level learning. One of the efforts to improve and increase students' interest in participating in low-level learning is the need for appropriate learning modifications, namely by using the reward and punishment learning. The subjects in this study were 34 students of class XI SMK N 1 Gabuswetan. The research procedure was carried out using cycles of action (recycling). Recycling in research begins with planning (Planning), action (Action), observing (Observation), and reflecting (Reflection), and so on until the expected improvement is achieved. Based on the results of the study, it was found that there was an increase in student interest and learning outcomes. Before the application (Pre-Cycle) the average student interest in learning was 35% in the good category. In Cycle I, the average interest in learning volleyball lessons at the bottom increased where students' interest in learning rose to 53% in the fairly good category. In Cycle II, the average student interest in learning increased to 100% in the very good category (SB). In addition, there is an increase in students' ability to participate in lower level learning in volleyball lessons. At the pre-cycle stage, the frequency of the category is quite good, while in the first and second cycles, after applying the reward and punishment learning model, the results are in the good category.

Rule It states that a party is only allowed to be the owner of shares controllers on one bank only. When any party is affected by the rule, then given three options for restructuring, including: merger or acquisition, transfer shares and the formation of a holding company. Changes due to the merger can have an effect on changes in performance. Performance need evaluated regularly because it is very important to maintain company productivity. Conclusion: From the calculation data above, it can be concluded that the merger process is not always bring positive results.
