Abstract

Player management issues at the Putra Mangun Jaya (PMJ) football club prompted a team from Universitas Pembangunan Nasional Veteran Jawa Timur to conduct a socialisation of the use of smartwatches synchronised with the Forza App. This Community Service (PKM) aims to improve the management and players' understanding of the benefits of this technology in training and performance. Through socialisation and training, the management team's understanding of the use of smartwatches increased from 40% to 85%, this is because they now understand other functions of smartwatches, apart from being a time marker smartwatch can be used to monitor the performance of football players through synchronisation with the Forza App. This socialisation had a positive impact on management and players, showing that technology integration provides real benefits for football clubs and productive society, especially in the football activist community.

Abstract

As construction technology advances, Building Information Modeling (BIM) has become a crucial tool for managing construction projects, including enhancing integration between disciplines such as architecture, structure, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing). Through a community service initiative, the team from the Architecture Study Program at Universitas Pembangunan Jaya (UPJ) collaborated with construction management consultant on a residential apartment project in Bintaro. This activity involved BIM modeling in the architectural discipline to detect discrepancies between disciplines through clash detection. The modeling was carried out using Autodesk Revit 2024, and analysis was performed using Navisworks. The results of this activity demonstrate that the application of BIM effectively identifies and resolves design conflicts between disciplines at the planning stage. This collaboration has proven to enhance construction oversight efficiency and reduce the risk of errors on-site.

Abstract

Palm trees have high economic value because almost all their parts can be used. The problem faced by the Palm Oil Farming Women's Group in Lamondape Village is that moulded palm sugar products have low selling prices, this is because the community is not aware of innovations in diversifying palm juice products. Limited trained resources result in a lack of honed skills or abilities that can produce innovative creativity. The activity aims to process palm juice with partners into ant sugar products with a higher selling value than moulded palm sugar, with better and more attractive packaging. And carry out outreach and training activities to the community to hone innovative creative skills. The result of this activity is that the group produces ant sugar products that have higher economic value so that it can increase the income of the women's palm farming group. The women's palm farming group will be more sensitive to the potential of local resources in Lamondape Village, Kolaka Regency.
