The acceleration of handling Covid-19 is carried out in the form of providing health services to patients in hospitals that provide Covid-19 services. Financing of patients treated with certain emerging infectious diseases can be claimed to the Ministry of Health through the Director General of Health Services. There is a negative difference in the cost of patient care. The purpose of this study is to determine the difference between real rates and INA-CBGs rates in confirmed Covid-19 inpatients at dr. Soehadi Prijonegoro Sragen Hospital in semester 1 of 2022.This type of research is analytical observation with a comparative approach. The population of 275 medical record files used saturated samples. How to collect data by observation using checklists and documentation. The data analysis of this study is a univariate and bivariate analysis, the results of this study are the average real tariff of inpatient women Rp. 18,485,206.40, while the average tariff INA–CBGs is 18,101,971.27. Based on the Wilcoxon test, it can be concluded that there is no difference between the real tariff and the INA–CBGs tariff for inpatients confirmed with Covid-19 at dr. Soehadi Prijonegoro Sragen Hospital.

Ketepatan kode diagnosis merupakan penulisan kode diagnosis penyakit yang sesuai dengan klasifikasi yang ada di dalam ICD-10. Kualitas hasil pengodean bergantung pada kelengkapan diagnosis, keterbacaan tulisan dokter, serta profesionalisme dokter dan petugas koding. Koding sangat penting dalam sistem pembiayaan prospektif yang akan menentukan besarnya biaya yang dibayarkan ke Rumah Sakit. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui hubungan ketepatan kode diagnosis dengan persetujuan klaim pasien rawat inap BPJS Kesehatan di Rsup Dr. Soeradji Tirtonegoro Klaten. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 1514 berkas. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan rumus Slovin maka didapatkan sampel sebanyak 93. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan simple random sampling. Cara pengumpulan data dengan observasi menggunakan checklist dan wawancara tidak terstruktur. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu univariate dan bivariate. Hasil penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa pengodean diagnosis tepat 76 (81,7%) dan tidak tepat 17 (18,3%), sedangkan persetujuan klaim BPJS Kesehatan layak sebanyak 78 (83,9%) dan tidak layak sebanyak 15 (16,1%). Berdasarkan uji statistik Fisher Exact Test Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima sehingga disimpulkan bahwa Ada hubungan antara ketepatan kode diagnosis dengan persetujuan klaim pasien rawat inap BPJS Kesehatan di Rsup Dr. Soeradji Tirtonegoro Klaten

One of the factors that affects the accuracy of the Cerebral Infarction diagnosis code is the availability of medical information i.e the supporting result completeness of the CT Scan. The study was aimed at determining the relationship between the completeness of CT Scan supporting information and the accuracy of the Cerebral Infarction diagnosis code for BPJS patients at the Temanggung Regional Public Hospital in 2022. This type of research was analytic observational with a cross-sectional approach. The population were 115 medical record documents and that of 89 were taken as the sample by using simple random sampling. Statistical test used was Chi Square by using SPSS. The results of the study: The characteristic of the patient's age was mostly between 45 to 64 years and that of mostly were female. The length of patients’ treatment was mostly between 4 to 6 days and mostly the discharge patients by the the doctor approval. The completeness of CT Scan results was obtained 71 medical record documents which were complete (79.78%) and that of 18 (20.22%) which were incomplete. Coding accuracy resulted in 64 medical record (71.91%) which were accurate and that of 25 documents (28.09%) which were inaccurate. There was a relationship between the supporting information completeness of CT Scan and the accuracy of the Cerebral Infarction diagnosis code.

Cases of pending BPJS Health claims are still a problem, as many as 9.7% (79) of medical records. This study aims to analyze differences in the accuracy of diagnosis codes and procedures before and after verification in the medical records of BPJS patients at dr. Soediran Mangun Sumarso. This type of research is comparative analysis. A population of 806 medical records with a sample size of 261 was taken through random sampling technique. Method of collecting data through observation and unstructured interviews. Data analysis using the chi square test. The results of the study showed that there was a significant difference between the accuracy of the diagnosis code and the procedures before and after verification at dr. Soediran Mangun Sumarso.

Faktor sumber daya manusia menjadi salah satu faktor mayor yang dapat mempengaruhi ketepatan kodifikasi klinis, coder adalah tenaga rekam medis sebagai seorang pemberi kode bertanggung jawab atas keakuratan kode dari suatu diagnosis yang sudah ditetapkan, coder dengan pengetahuan dan keterampilan yang baik menghasilkan kode yang baik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui hubungan antara pengetahuan dengan keterampilan coder dalam penetuan kode diagnosis di RSUD Dr. Moewardi Surakarta. Jenis penelitian observasional analitik. Besar sampel adalah coder RSUD Dr. Moewardi Surakarta yang berjumlah 30 orang.cara pengumpulan data mengguankan kuesioner pengetahuan dan ketrampilan coder. Analisa data menggunakan Fisher Exact. Hasil penelitian ini ditemukan tingkat pengetahuan coder dalam penentuan kode diagnosis sebagian besar baik sebanyak 18 responden (60%) dan tingkat ketrampilan coder sebagian besar baiks ebanyak 20 responden (66.7%). Hasil penelitian didapatkan ada hubungan antara pengetahuan dengan keterampilan coder dalam penentuan kode diagnosis Di RSUD Dr, Moewardi Surakarta dengan nilai p 0,045. Simpulan Seorang coder harus memiliki pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam mengkode diagnosis yang baik, memiliki kamampuan untuk membaca diagnosis dengan benar, mempunyai kemampuan untuk memahami terminologi medis

Pengodean penyakit dalam dokumen rekam medis mengacu pada ICD-10. Kesulitan coder dalam melaksanakan pengodean salah satunya berhubungan dengan penulisan diagnosis oleh dokter. Dokter sering menuliskan diagnosis dengan istilah terminologi medis yang tidak terdapat dalam ICD-10 sehingga menyulitkan coder dalam mencari lead-term yang tepat untuk menentukan kode diagnosis yang akurat sesuai ICD-10. Survey pendahuluan terhadap 10 dokumen rekam medis rawat inap bulan Januari – Juni 2022 terdapat 50% penulisan diagnosis tidak sesuai ICD-10 dan terdapat 30% dokumen rekam medis dengan kode diagnosis yang tidak akurat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah ada hubungan antara ketepatan penulisan diagnosis dengan keakuratan kode diagnosis pasien rawat inap di RSUD dr. Soediran Mangun Sumarso Wonogiri. Rancangan penelitian ini adalah penelitian observasional analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebesar 4.597 dokumen rekam medis rawat inap dan diambil sampel sebanyak 98 dokumen rekam medis rawat inap dengan menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis univariat dan bivariat. Hasil penelitian diperoleh penulisan diagnosis tepat sebanyak 34 (35 %) dokumen rekam medis, penulisan diagnosis tidak tepat sebanyak 64 (65%) dokumen rekam medis, kode diagnosis akurat sebanyak 84 (86 %) dokumen rekam medis dan kode diagnosis tidak akurat sebanyak 14 (14%) dokumen rekam medis. Hasil uji Chi-Square diperoleh nilai p value 0,260 artinya tidak ada hubungan antara ketepatan penulisan diagnosis dengan keakuratan kode diagnosis di RSUD dr. Soediran Mangun Sumarso Wonogiri.

Background:The quality of online registration services is important because it is a form of consumer assessment of the level of service received and the level of service expected. Objective: This study aimed to analyze the relationship between the quality of online registration services for outpatients and the satisfaction of JKN patients at the Hospital of Temanggung Regency. Methods: This research was an analytical research with a quantitative approach and a cross-sectional research design. The number of samples in this study were 99 people selected using simple random sampling technique. Retrieval of data through interviews using a questionnaire that had previously been tested for validity and reliability.Results: The results of the chi-square analysis showed that there was a relationship between the quality of outpatient online registration services and JKN patient satisfaction (p value 0.000 <0.05). Conclusion: The study concluded that there was a relationship between the quality of outpatient online registration services and the satisfaction of JKN patients at the Hospital of Temanggung Regency.

Background. Pandan Arang Boyolali Regional General Hospital is a type B referral hospital with an average of 250 patient visits per day. In 2019 the Pandan Arang Boyolali Hospital has implemented an online registration system called the BAPER application (booking check queue), which can be accessed from home by patients, this online registration system is intended to improve service quality in outpatient care, but the system still has many obstacles. Objective. Knowing the Patient Satisfaction of the Online Registration System Compared to the Onsite Registration System at Pandan Arang Boyolali Hospital. Method. The type of research used in this research is quantitative. The research design used is comparative. The population in the study were 1,034 outpatients who visited in Nopember 2022. Purposive sampling technique. chi square data analysis, Results. Description of patient satisfaction with the online registration system Most of them are satisfied as many as 24 respondents (52,2%) Description of patient satisfaction with the onsite registration system Most of them are quite satisfied as many as 23 respondents (50%) Conclusion. There is a difference in satisfaction between the online and onsite registration systems with a p value = 0.008.
