Abstract

Technological innovations, such as automation, robotics, and artificial intelligence, have significantly changed the world of work and posed new threats to job security. Students, as a group transitioning into the professional world, face high uncertainty due to these changes. This study aims to examine the relationship between the threat of technological innovation to student job insecurity by examining the mediating role of digital literacy, personal innovation, and technological innovation. This study uses a systematic literature review method based on the PRISMA 2020 guidelines to synthesize findings from relevant previous studies. Data sources were obtained from reputable international journals (Scopus, Web of Science, ScienceDirect) and SINTA-accredited national journals published between 2018 and 2025. The selection process included the identification, screening, eligibility, and inclusion of articles that met the criteria of focusing on the context of students or those transitioning to the world of work. The results of the study show that the threat of technological innovation is positively related to job insecurity, but this impact can be minimized through increased digital literacy and the development of personal and technological innovation among students. In addition, digital literacy has been proven to encourage innovation capabilities that strengthen resilience to technological disruption. The implications of this study encourage universities to integrate digital literacy curricula and innovation incubation programs as strategies to prepare graduates for the technology-based job market.

Abstract

This study explores the development of effective learning strategies aimed at enhancing students' learning motivation. Employing a systematic literature review (SLR) method, this research analyzes scholarly works published in the last ten years. The findings reveal that active, contextual, and student-centered approaches such as Problem-Based Learning, Project-Based Learning, and collaborative learning can significantly increase students’ intrinsic and extrinsic motivation. Furthermore, integrating technology through digital media, e-learning, and gamification improves students’ engagement and learning satisfaction. The application of Keller’s ARCS motivational model, Gardner’s theory of Multiple Intelligences, and Vygotsky’s sociocultural approach provides a comprehensive theoretical foundation for designing motivational learning strategies. The study emphasizes the importance of teacher competence, technological adaptation, and supportive learning environments. This research contributes theoretically and practically to education by offering a conceptual framework for designing strategies that improve student motivation in the modern learning context.

Abstract

This research investigates the implementation of tiered training programs for early childhood education (PAUD) teachers and their effectiveness in enhancing professional competence. Employing a qualitative case study design, the study provides an in-depth analysis of how such training influences teachers' academic qualifications, particularly in the domains of knowledge, pedagogical skills, and professional attitudes. The findings reveal that the tiered training approach significantly contributes to the development of teachers' capacities by addressing their practical needs in the classroom. Teachers reported substantial benefits, including improved understanding of child development, the ability to design innovative lesson plans (RPP), and the application of effective and contextualized learning strategies. Furthermore, the incorporation of innovative training methods such as case studies, simulations, and the integration of digital technologies ensures that the training remains both relevant and applicable to contemporary educational contexts. Overall, the study concludes that the innovation embedded in the tiered training program has been systematically and strategically designed, resulting in measurable improvements in teachers' performance and professional growth. These outcomes underscore the critical role of structured capacity-building initiatives in advancing the quality of early childhood education.

Abstract

This study discusses the strategic role of Pondok Pesantren Thohir Yasin in community economic empowerment through a community-based approach. Amidst the economic crisis and social inequality caused by less inclusive state policies, the pesantren emerges as an alternative solution by integrating religious values with grassroots economic strengthening. Using a qualitative case study approach, this research examines various empowerment programs, including job creation, MSME development, and community-based health services. The findings indicate that the pesantren has successfully acted as a social transformation agent, directly improving the community's standard of living. It not only strengthens institutional independence but also promotes sustainable local economic growth. This study emphasizes the importance of the communal economic model as a middle ground between liberal and socialist economic systems, while highlighting the need for institutional and managerial strengthening to ensure sustainable and inclusive empowerment.

Abstract

Long Pahangai District, located in Mahakam Ulu Regency, East Kalimantan, has significant natural resource potential in forestry, agriculture, plantations, and ecotourism. However, this potential remains underutilized due to isolation, weak infrastructure, and ecological degradation. The importance of this research lies in discussing the limited academic attention to sustainable natural resource management (SNRM) in remote border areas that face governance and development asymmetry. Unlike previous research centered on accessible areas, this study fills the gap by examining the potential and barriers of SNRM in Long Pahangai, where indigenous ecological knowledge interacts with fragile institutional systems. This study uses a qualitative systematic literature review (SLR) using thematic content analysis of academic publications, government reports, and local initiatives. The data are categorized into thematic clusters to identify contextual patterns of sustainability. These findings reveal substantial potential, including strong traditional forest management, adaptive agroforestry practices, and the growth of community-based ecotourism. Instead, the main obstacles consist of poor transportation infrastructure, limited renewable energy capacity, ongoing deforestation, and low technology adoption. Conceptually, this research contributes to the discourse of polycentric environmental governance by positioning border areas as critical but marginalized spaces for sustainability innovation. It highlights how integrating indigenous institutions with local governments and civil society can foster ecological resilience and balance. The study recommends policy directions focused on community empowerment, decentralized renewable energy, and participatory ecotourism development. Future research should include participatory fieldwork to enrich the empirical foundation and validate the dynamics of adaptive governance in Indonesia's border regions.
