Abstract

The district government needs human research development to have quality and face industrial era 4.0. This is urgent, due to human resource development staff plays active role and dominant in every organizational activity. This research aims at identifying process and human research development strategies which has quality in facing industrial era 4.0. This qualitative descriptive research use documentation, interviews, and observation as collecting data method. Here are some strategies to achieve quality human resource development in order to be success in term of faster, easy, and efficient. Mastering technology, make digital innovation such as services system in application forms, planning policy for 2021. The process of establishing human resources is changing life patterns in line with industrial era 4.0. It is practicing education by guidance booklet need analysis. It is a planning roadmap for 2021. It is a practicing guidance booklet in line with the need of the industrial era of 4.0. the strategy and process of human resource development enhancement could be done maximally by the new year. It is when the vision and mission of government will be changed following 4.0 industrial era.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Untuk: Membuktikan ada atau tidak adanya pengaruh kompetensi Pedagogik dan sosial guru PAI terhadap kemampuan berpikir kreatif  siswa SMK Al-Kahfi Sumbawa Tahun pelajarn 2018/2019. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif dan komparatif dengan tekhnik pengumpulan data menggunakan koesioner/angket, dokumentasi dan observasi. Tekhnik analisi data menggunakan analisis regresi linier sederhana dan regresi linier berganda kemudian di hitung dengan menggunakan aplikasi SPSS 16,0. Hasil perhitungan dengan menggunakan regresi linier sederhana yaitu: 1) Terdapat pengaruh kompetensi pedagogik guru PAI terhadap kemampuan  berpikir kreatif siswa, diperoleh nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 dan nilai thitung sebesar 14,566 > ttabel 2,000. 2) Terdapat pengaruh kompetensi sosial guru PAI terhadap kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa, diperoleh nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,002 < 0,05 dan nilai thitung sebesar 10,680 > ttabel 2,000. 3) Hasil perhitungan dengan menggunakan regresi liner berganda yaitu Terdapat pengaruh kompetensi pedagogik dan sosial guru PAI terhadap kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa, nilai signifikansi untuk pengaruh X1 dan X2 secara simultan  terhadap Y adalah sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 dan nila F hitung 11.079 > 3,11. pengaruh X1  dan X2 secara simultan terhadap Y. Abstract:  This research aims to prove the presence of the pedagogic influence and social competence of Islamic education teacher in the creative thinking skills of Vocational High School’s student of Alkahfi in academic year 2018/2019. This research uses Quantitative approaches with data collection techniques using questionnaires, documentation, and observations. The data analysistechnique uses simple linier regression analysis and multiple liniear regression then calculated by using the SPSS 16.0 aplication.The calculations with simple liniear regression result are: 1) A pedagogic competence influence Islamic Education teachers to the creative thinking skills of students, acquired significance value of 0.000 < 0,05 and the calculated T value of 14.566 > T Table 2.000. 2) A social competence influence Islamic Education teachers to the creative thinking skills of students, acquired significance value of 0.002 < 0.05 and the calculated T value of 10.680 > T table 2.000. 3) calculation result by using linier regression A double is the influence of the pedagogic and social competence of PAI teacher toward the student’s creative thinking, the significance value for the simultaneous influence of XI and X2 against Y is 0.000 < 0.05 and the F count 11.079 > 3.11. Effec of X1 and X2 simultaneously against Y.

Abstract

The high number of child violence in Sumbawa regency in the last four years (2016-2019) shouldencourage the local government, the community and the educational institution to give special attention. Thedata issued byKPAIin 2018 showed that the child violence in school area increased significantly, particularlythe case of physical and sexual violence. The cases reached 51.20 %. Meanwhile, the regulation regardingthe prevention and tackling the violence in education unit has been determined through the regulation of theminister of education and culture of Indonesia Republic in 2015. The aim of this study is to understand therole of educational institutions in preventing and tackling the violence in educational environmentwith a casestudy in junior high school and senior high school across Sumbawa regency. The study used a qualitativedescriptive approach. This method focused on depth research in order to look at the role of educationalinstitution in preventing and tackling the violence in educational environment. The results of the study showedthat the educational institutions are less active to do a prevention and tackling the violence in the schoolenvironment. One of a routine active conducted by each school is ‘IMTAQ’(religious improvement). Besidesthat the kids’ friendly school and the fulfilment of the children’s right to create the kids’ friendly school hasnot fully understood by educational institutions in Sumbawa regency. Therefore, the kids’ friendly schoolcould not be implemented.

Abstract

Islam dengan Seni dan Budaya merupakan dua hal yang tidak bisa dipisahkan dalam sejarah peradaban Islam itu sendiri. Terutama bagi pendakwah yang dituntut harus bisa mengembangkan masyarakat Islam melalui seni dan budaya. Seni dan budaya merupakan hasil olah pikiran manusia sehingga ia menjadi sesuatu yang memiliki nilai rasa yang tinggi dan menjadi peradaban Islam. Dalam term sederhana penulis, seni dan budaya sebagai wadah dan lahan da?i dalam berdakwah.

Abstract

Pendidikan merupakan suatu proses generasi muda untuk dapat menjalankan kehidupan dan memenuhi tujuan hidupnya secara lebih efektif dan efisien. Oleh karena itu, pada penelitian ini mengkaji tentang bagaimana penerapan metode pendidikan agama islam dalam sistem merdeka belajar. Pada penelitian in ditemukan bahwa Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) dalam sistem pendidikan merdeka belajar menjadi bagian dari kunci terwujudnya tujuan pendidikan. Pendidikan Agama Islam memainkan peran penting dalam sistem pendidikan Merdeka Belajar di Indonesia. Dalam konteks ini, implementasi Pendidikan Agama Islam bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman yang mendalam tentang ajaran agama Islam, mengembangkan kecerdasan spiritual, dan memperkuat nilai-nilai keagamaan dalam kehidupan siswa. Pendekatan pembelajaran yang berpusat pada siswa digunakan dalam implementasi PAI, di mana guru berperan sebagai fasilitator yang membantu siswa dalam mengembangkan pemahaman dan menginternalisasi ajaran agama secara aktif. Pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi juga menjadi bagian integral dari implementasi ini, dengan guru PAI menggunakan media digital, sumber daya elektronik, dan platform pembelajaran daring untuk meningkatkan interaktivitas dan aksesibilitas pembelajaran PAI. Pendekatan inklusif dan berkeadilan juga diterapkan, dengan mempertimbangkan keberagaman siswa dalam pembelajaran PAI. Diharapkan implementasi PAI dalam sistem pendidikan Merdeka Belajar akan memungkinkan siswa memperoleh pemahaman yang mendalam tentang ajaran agama Islam, mengembangkan kecerdasan spiritual, menggunakan teknologi dengan efektif, menghargai keberagaman, dan mengintegrasikan ajaran agama dengan konteks pembelajaran yang lebih luas.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze perceived convenience, perceived usefulness, and information quality on public interest in using information technology-based suicide prevention services. This study uses quantitative methodology and uses a causality approach to analyze data. The research sample amounted to 100 respondents who were Mataram City residents who knew information about suicide prevention services at Mutiara Sukma Mental Hospital, NTB Province. The data were analyzed using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method which is included in the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis. The results showed that perceived convenience, perceived usefulness, and information quality had a positive and significant effect on public interest in using information technology-based suicide prevention services. Then the three variables are able to influence public interest in using information technology-based suicide prevention services simultaneously. The conclusion is that the higher the public's perception of the ease of use, the benefits obtained, and the quality of information provided by the service, the higher their interest in utilizing it. This indicates the importance of designing and providing services that are easily accessible, useful, and provide accurate and useful information to encourage the utilization of information technology-based suicide prevention services.

Abstract

Learning is a vital part of human life. Learning (especially Islam), with its various styles, is oriented towards providing provisions to humans (students) to achieve happiness in the world and the hereafter. One of the processes that deliver this is integrated Islamic learning based on the morals of SMAIT students. It will provide provisions for moral learning in the four scopes of the environment: family, school, community, and social media. This research is qualitative research with a qualitative descriptive approach. It uses Piaget's constructivism theory with the assimilation and accommodation method as the grand theory and the Al-Ghazali method as the supporting theory. Data collection was carried out using observation, interviews, and documentation techniques. In this research, researchers involved figures in learning institutions such as leaders of boarding schools or institutions, teachers, guardians of students (student guardians), and students. The results of this study indicate that the application of different methods in the implementation strategy has an impact on increasing greetings, discipline, ethics in social interaction, and social media among fellow students, parents, teachers, and the community who are part of the social context. This impact is well implemented at the four environmental levels of the study.

Abstract

This research design uses A bibliometric for Systematic Literature REVIEW. we performed searches using specific phrases in Scopus databases, resulting in 736 papers retrieved solely from Scopus. Subsequently, we selectively examined studies aligned with our research objectives and removed any redundant data. Publications originating from book chapters, conference proceedings, and written in languages other than English were omitted from our dataset. These findings underscore a significant opportunity for future research endeavors to generate innovative insights within the field of marketing management. The identified topic represents a crucial issue in supporting the sustainability of small and medium enterprises worldwide, given the lack of comprehensive discussion by researchers. However, it's important to acknowledge the limitations of this study. The reliance solely on data from the Scopus citation index means that topics explored in this study may have been researched in other sources, potentially limiting generalizability. Moreover, the study's timeframe is limited to five years, resulting in a relatively homogeneous set of previous research topics and themes. Therefore, future research endeavors could enhance the applicability of this study by broadening the scope of data sources and problems investigated.

Abstract

The aims of this research are; 1) to analyze the legislative function of the West Sumbawa Regency DPRD based on Law Number 17 of 2014 concerning the MPR, DPD, DPR and DPRD. 2) to analyze public perceptions regarding the implementation of the legislative function of the West Sumbawa Regency DPRD in the formation of Regional Regulations. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. Data collection techniques use questionnaires, interviews, observation and documentation. Data were analyzed using a qualitative analysis approach. Based on the data obtained, the results of the research are that the legislative function of the West Sumbawa Regency DPRD in the process of making regional regulations is based on legal provisions. The West Sumbawa Regency DPRD has carried out its role in forming Regional Regulations (Perda) well. There are positive indications that the West Sumbawa Regency DPRD has accommodated the aspirations and needs of the community through a process of formulating regional regulations that is transparent and involves public participation. The DPRD has demonstrated a commitment to understanding community needs and prioritizing public participation in the process of formulating regional regulations. These results reflect positive efforts in implementing the principles of transparency and participation in the legislative process.

Abstract

This research discusses the implementation of the Uninhabitable House Rehab program and the effectiveness of the Uninhabitable House Rehab program in reducing poverty levels in West Sumbawa Regency. The aim of this research is to determine the implementation of the Uninhabitable House Rehab program and analyze the effectiveness of the Uninhabitable House Rehab program in reducing poverty levels in West Sumbawa Regency. This research uses mixed methods, qualitative methods to discuss the implementation of the Uninhabitable House Rehab program in West Sumbawa Regency and quantitative methods to analyze the effectiveness of the Uninhabitable House Rehab program in reducing poverty levels in West Sumbawa Regency. The research results show that this program has been implemented well by the West Sumbawa Regency Housing and Settlement Service. The RTLH program in the West Sumbawa community is carried out procedurally in accordance with existing regulations, both from the process of collecting data on aid recipients, mentoring, assessment of aid recipients and monitoring the ongoing rehabilitation process so that the rehabilitation process takes place in accordance with the Budget Plan (RAB). With N = 10, from the t table above we get a t table value of 0.699, the significance value from the table is 0.290 so we get a significance value of 0.290 < 0.699 or the calculated t value < t table so it can be concluded that the House Rehab Program is Unfit for Living (RTLH) effective in reducing poverty in West Sumbawa Regency.
