Abstract

This study aims to examine the extent to which conscientiousness is a predictor of student social loafing through the mediator variable interpersonal relationships. The sample of this study amounted to 414 students. Sampling using convenience sampling. This research uses quantitative methods, the research data is analyzed by path analysis with the help of MPLUS software. The results showed that the model fit the data, had a negative coefficient direction (-). The significance of the direct effect of conscientiousness on student social loafing is indicated by the t-value (-12.711) and the indirect effect of (-6.644). This means that the higher or the greater the number of group members with conscientiousness personality mediated by interpersonal relationships, the smaller the social loafing in doing group assignments. Thus the mediator variable functions well. Therefore, further research is recommended to examine the dimensions of the Big Five Personality using the same variables in order to add insight and be able to find differences between personality dimensions. In addition, it is expected to control the type of task and the unclear division of responsibilities.

Abstract

The development of social media is getting more and more advanced day by day. The development of social media, which is increasingly popular with everyone, has reached its heyday and is used in several kinds of fields, namely in the field of education and religion (Islam). Social media is used to help students' learning activities. However, the use of social media in students fosters an impact, whether it is a good impact or a positive or negative impact. Social media is a social structure that comes from individuals and organizations that are bound by the similarity of their users. Social media is an online media (online media) that is used as a means of socializing online on the internet. On social media, users can interact with each other, communicate, share networking and various other activities online. Social media was created to qualify humans because humans are social creatures, created to socialize. Because the development of the times is increasingly advanced, the main purpose of which is to facilitate users or users of social media so that they can connect with someone in one country, even between countries and between continents practically and do not waste time or make it easier for users to socialize. However, in today's modern era, social media does not only function as usual, it turns out that social media has an influence on the character education of the students who use it. Whether it's a positive influence or a negative influence such as showing off on social media. Talking about strengthening the character building of students through character education in the context is now very relevant to overcome the moral crisis that is happening in schools and colleges. Admittedly or not recognized there is currently a real crisis that is worrying in the school environment involving students.

Abstract

Industri event yang pada umumnya melibatkan banyak orang berkumpul di venue tertentu, terpaksa harus ditiadakan untuk mencegah penyebaran pandemi pada saat pandemi Covid-19. Berdasarkan riset yang dilakukan telah terjadi 96,4 persen penundaan dan 84,8 persen pembatalan acara di 17 provinsi di Indonesia. Dari hasil observasi dan studi literatur di lanjutkan pengembangan dengan 5 tahap dalam metode design thinking meliputi empati, mendefinisikan, ide, prototipe, dan pengujian. kemudian di lanjutkan dalam tahap pengujian usability menggunakan System Usability Scale (SUS). Hasil yang di peroleh dari system usabillity scale (SUS) pada platform smarteye virtual convention center (SVCC) dapat di terima dan digunakan oleh masyarakat Indonesia, hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil rata-rata 77 skor (SUS), dan hingga saat ini platform tersebut telah banyak menggelar virtual event mulai dari konferensi, webinar, dan expo.

Abstract

A website is a must-have information tool for business owners. This can be a promotional medium for the company to make it look professional so potential consumers can find out its background. CV Sumber Teknik is a start-up company engaged in electronic repair service in Indramayu. This company needs promotional media with coverage throughout the wider Indramayu area, with a company profile website that can be a source of information and good service for consumers. In building this information system, researchers include system analysis. This system uses the Agile Software Development methode with the scrum framework. The Scrum method is the suitable medium for building an interactive website-based information system using the Laravel 8 framework and the Xampp/Mysql database and testing the system using black box testing. The results of this research in creating a web-based information system were successfully achieved quickly because the work process used Scrum, which had maximum results.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the differences in perceptions of professional ethics between male and female legal practitioners in Indonesia. In the legal profession, professional ethics have a very important role to maintain integrity and public trust. However, factors such as gender are thought to influence the way legal practitioners perceive and apply these ethical principles. The research method used is Qualitative by using a literature-based approach. The data collected is analyzed using a quantitative approach to see if there is a significant difference between the perception of professional ethics between men and women. The results showed that there are differences in perspectives on several ethical issues, where women tend to emphasize the values of social justice and diversity, while men focus more on compliance with formal regulations. This research is expected to provide deeper insights into gender dynamics in the legal world and its contribution to the development of a more inclusive and equitable legal professional ethics.

Abstract

Penyalahgunaan NAPZA di kalangan remaja SMA merupakan ancaman serius bagi kesehatan, ketahanan sosial, dan perkembangan generasi muda di Kota Binjai. Meskipun regulasi nasional telah mengatur definisi zat adiktif, praktik di sekolah menunjukkan adanya kesenjangan dalam deteksi dini dan penanganan. Guru Bimbingan dan Konseling (BK) sering belum memiliki metode terstruktur untuk mengenali tanda awal penyalahgunaan NAPZA pada siswa. Melalui program pengabdian ini, dilakukan pelatihan berbasis psikometri dengan lima tahapan berurutan, yaitu identifikasi masalah, perencanaan, implementasi, observasi, dan evaluasi. Tujuan kegiatan adalah meningkatkan kompetensi guru BK dalam kapasitas diagnostik. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan keterampilan guru dalam mengidentifikasi perilaku berisiko, mengklasifikasikan siswa sesuai tingkat risiko, serta menyusun rencana intervensi yang lebih tepat sasaran. Sebagai luaran, disediakan instrumen psikometri standar dan panduan implementasi untuk mendukung keberlanjutan program di sekolah. Model yang dikembangkan sejalan dengan praktik terbaik berbasis bukti dalam upaya pencegahan penyalahgunaan NAPZA di lingkungan pendidikan.

Abstract

This study explores the development of effective learning strategies aimed at enhancing students' learning motivation. Employing a systematic literature review (SLR) method, this research analyzes scholarly works published in the last ten years. The findings reveal that active, contextual, and student-centered approaches such as Problem-Based Learning, Project-Based Learning, and collaborative learning can significantly increase students’ intrinsic and extrinsic motivation. Furthermore, integrating technology through digital media, e-learning, and gamification improves students’ engagement and learning satisfaction. The application of Keller’s ARCS motivational model, Gardner’s theory of Multiple Intelligences, and Vygotsky’s sociocultural approach provides a comprehensive theoretical foundation for designing motivational learning strategies. The study emphasizes the importance of teacher competence, technological adaptation, and supportive learning environments. This research contributes theoretically and practically to education by offering a conceptual framework for designing strategies that improve student motivation in the modern learning context.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang strategi guru PAI dalam meningkatkan kualitas hafalan pada Santri. Dengan latar belakang masalah yang berbeda beda, yang di sebabkan oleh beberapa faktor. Hal itu dapat dilihat masih ada Santri yang kurang baik dalam menghafal dan kurang memperhatikan guru dan teman- temannya, dan ada yang jenuh dalam menghafal sehingga perlu untuk memunculkan motivasi pada Santri dalam mengfal Al-quran. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini mengggunakan metode kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa strategi Guru Tahfidz dalam meningkatkan semangat dan motivasi Santri dengan cara kepala sekolah mengarahkan Guru Tahfidz agar memberi teladan kepada Santri, kepala sekolah juga menghimbau kepada Guru Tahfidz agar menyajikan strategi sesuai dengan kurikulum yang berlaku, dan melakukan himbauan agar para Pendidik mulai memberikan pengawasan kepada Santri dan memperhatikan, mengontrol Santri dan memberikan semangat dan motivasi Santri dalam mengfahal Al-quran sehingga akan menjadi maksimal kualitas hafalan dan semaangat menghafal Al-quran Santri di Pondok Pesantren Ma’rifatul Hikmah Serdang Bedagai Sumatera Utara.

Abstract

Berdasarkan data yang dihimpun Badan Pusat Statistik prevalensi kejadian stres di Indonesia mencapai 8,34% (BPS,2012).lansia merupakan kelompok yang sangat rentan terhadap gangguan stress karena dampak penurunan kemampuan dalam mempertahankan hidup, menyesuaikan diri dengan lingkungannya, fungsi badan, dan kejiwaan secara alami (stress sebagai akibat) (Hidaayah, 2015). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menilai dampak penerapan kombinasi terapi seni dan relaksasi dalam mengurangi tingkat stress pada lanjut usia . Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain pre-eksperimental design with one group pre-test post-test. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kanopi Nursing Home dengan sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 12 responden yang diperoleh dengan cara non probability sampling dengan teknik purposive sampling. Uji yang digunakan yaitu uji wilcoxon. Tingkat stres responden diukur dengan kuesioner DASS 42 dengan 14 pertanyaan terkait stress. Hasil penelitian didapatkan p value adalah 0,019 (α < 0,05) artinya terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan kombinasi terapi seni dan relaksasi terhadap penurunan Tingkat stress pada lanjut usia. Implikasi penelitian adalah bahwa kombinasi terapi seni dan relaksasi dapat menurunkan tingkat stress pada lanjut usia. Rekomendasi penelitian ini adalah kegiatan ini dapat dilakukan secara rutin untuk mengurangi Tingkat stress pada lanjut usia.. Abstract

Smoking behavior is something that someone does in the form of burning and smoking it and causing smoke that people around him can  inhale. Smoking behavior is indeed difficult to avoid in adolescents, and this caused by several factors such as behavior that is still very difficult to change and the environment around adolescents. The aim of the study was to determine the factors that influence smoking behavior in adolescents at SMA 2 and SMK 8 Muhammadiyah Tanjung Sari, Medan Selayang District. The research design uses a quantitative method which is carried out by an analytical survey with a Cross Sectional Study approach. The population in this study were all male students at SMA 2 and SMK 8 Muhammadiyah, with a total of 559 students. The sample used the Purposive Sampling technique, as many as 85 male students. Data analysis used univariate, bivariate and multivariate analysis. The results showed that there was an influence of knowledge, beliefs, exposure to cigarette advertisements, the availability of cigarettes, the role of parents, the role of teachers, the role of peers on smoking behavior in adolescents at SMA 2 and SMK 8 Muhammadiyah Tanjung Sari, Medan Selayang District. While the most dominant factor is knowledge. The study concludes that all variables influence smoking behavior in adolescents at SMA 2 and SMK 8 Muhammadiyah Tanjung Sari, Medan Selayang District. It is suggested to the school to overcome smoking habits among adolescents that it is hoped that the school will conduct counselling about the dangers of smoking, implement KTR and carry out routine raids for smokers throughout the school environment.
