Abstract

From the author's observations, it is known that the ability to speak Indonesian needs to be improved where this can be seen from several indications, including some students who are not able to use Indonesian properly and correctly in daily interactions with teachers, colleagues, parents and the community. The problems above are caused by the lack of learning strategies that can improve the ability to speak Indonesian, one of which is the less optimal provision of simulation methods in learning Indonesian. The author aims to conduct research on efforts to improve the ability to speak Indonesian through thesimulation learning method in fifth grade students of SD Negeri Sukahati 01, Citeureup District, Bogor Regency. One of the steps that are expected to improve the ability of students to speak Indonesian is to implement a simulation method in learning Indonesian. This research was carried out at SD Negeri Sukahati 01, Citeureup District, Bogor Regency with the time the research was carried out starting from July 2020 to December 2020. The research method used is a qualitative description method in the form of Classroom Action Research, namely the method used to describe, describe, and explain the symptoms ofresearch and strive to draw conclusions

Abstract

This research aims to describe the development of thematic quality learning elementary school at 1st – 3rd grade through cooperative learning model. The purpose of thematic learning is to make students easier to focus on one theme because the material is provided through the clear theme. Further, the students can learn and improve every basic of competencies in one theme. This purpose is often not achieved because of teachers’ implementation learning method for teaching which is not interesting for students. Hence, it can cause the low quality of thematic learning. Hence, the teachers’ learning innovations is needed by applying a more stimulating learning model in order to make students learn more cooperative. It can be applied in using cooperative learning. This research used survey method through interview and observation on 1st – 3rd teacher in elementary school. The result of study is showed that the thematic learning in 1st – 3rd grade can be increased through implementation cooperative learning.

Abstract

Arts and culture learning not only learn about materials related to cultural arts, but also trains students' skills in applying the art materials that have been learned. Therefore, it takes enthusiasm and creativity of students to achieve effective and efficient learning outcomes of art and culture. The main problem in this study is how effective the use of video-based learning media in teaching arts and culture is, what benefits can be obtained by using the media, and what are the obstacle factors that can affect the use of these learning media. This study uses a qualitative approach and has a descriptive nature. Data analysis was carried out by sorting data, presenting data, and finally drawing conclusions. The results of research on the use of video-based media in learning arts and culture in schools using audio-visual media such as computers, laptops, projectors, and others can make the learning atmosphere in the classroom more qualified, teachers and students can also more easily convey and absorb the material presented. being studied by showing interesting and easy-to-understand shows. In addition, video-based learning media is considered more capable of increasing students' enthusiasm and creativity in learning arts and culture. On the other hand, there are also obstacles in the use of audio-visual-based media in the process of learning arts and culture in schools, namely poor maintenance of facilities, and lack of supervision in the use of audio-visual media so that sometimes there is a lot of damage to facilities.

Abstract

Character education can be formed through scouting education lesson. One of the courses in the Elementar School Teacher Education Study Program FKIP UNIDA is the scouting education course. This study aims to determine the student’s perspective on the scouting education course at FKIP UNIDA. A Qualitative approach was used in this study. The research subjects were students of the Djuanda University Elementary School Teacher Education study program. Data collection was carried out using interview techniques and literature study. The result of this research is that there are some student who do not understand the material taught by the course. Student studyscouting only to fulfill the credits in lectures, so that character education they want to instill in accordance with the goalsof scouting does not reach student. But on the other hand there are some student who feel the importance of scouting education to form honest, responsible, disciplined, hard-working, confident, and independent characters..

Abstract

This study aims to find out about how a CSR program is implemented and what benefits are obtained by the company, as well as how the feedback from the surrounding community is long-term for the company. This research uses approaches by using descriptive research methods. This study aims to find out how the CSR program is implemented and what long-term impact the company has on its implementation. Research conducted on the Community Empowerment Program (PPM) and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) of PT Pertamina Hulu Energi West Madura Offshore (PHE WMO) has helped the government improve the standard of living of the northern coastal community of Bangkalan. The plan has been almost entirely implemented. However, in its implementation there are still weaknesses so that the results of the implementation of the program have not been maximized. From these weaknesses, recommendations can be given, namely a clear measurement and reporting is needed so that it can be used as an evaluation for the implementation of the next program.

Abstract

Teacher professionalism and competence is a skill or ability that must be possessed by an educator or teacher in order to carry out their duties and responsibilities properly. As an educator or teacher, you are required to have professionalism and competence. If an educator or teacher does not have competence and professionalism in himself, then an educator or teacher will not be competent in carrying out his duties. Professional competence is one of the competencies that every educator or teacher must possess. The importance of developing professional competence will show the quality of the performance results of a teacher or educator. The development of these competencies can be done by attending discussion meetings, reading books, and attending seminars. The purpose of this study was to find out how the teacher's efforts in developing professional competence. This study uses a qualitative approach with the methods of observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study show that efforts to increase teacher professionalism and competence will also increase the insight of a teacher, be more responsible and more professional in improving teaching and learning tasks inside and outside the classroom.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze: This study aims to: (1) Improve the teaching skills of teachers through academic supervision. (2) Improving the teaching skills of early grade teachers through a lesson study approach at MI Ma'arif Karangtengah in Semester 2 of the 2018/2019 Academic Year. (3) Improving the learning outcomes of early grade students by choosing the appropriate approach. The type of research is School Action Research. The research subjects were Class 1, 2 and 3 MI Ma'arif Karangtengah teachers, Tuntang District in 2019, totaling 3 people, consisting of 2 boys and 1 girl. Data collection techniques using observation / study documents and interviews. The data analysis technique used descriptive analysis. Based on the results of the research and discussion, it can be concluded: (1) The lesson study model can improve the skills of managing thematic learning of grade 1, 2, and 3 teachers at MI Ma'arif Karangtengah, Tuntang District, Semarang Regency in the second semester of the 2018/2019 academic year. (2) The magnitude of the increase in skills in managing thematic learning of grade 1, 2, and 3 MI Ma'arif Karangtengah teachers, Tuntang District, Semarang Regency in the second semester of the 2018/2019 academic year is as follows: (a) Planning = 29.75%; (b) Learning = 22.9%; and (c) an average of 26.3%.

Abstract

The existence of parents and guardians associations and madrasa committees is a forum that must synergize with activities and support all programs that have been established by madrasas for the progress and development of madrasas at the national and regional level. Social media is one of the programs on the latest and latest android mobile communication tools that makes communication services with several parents and guardians of students into a single unit quickly and easily so that any information regarding programs, activities, invitations and student evaluations can be conveyed through social media on nowadays. The results of this study include the use of social media as a medium of communication between class teachers and their parents, the positive and negative impacts of using social media between classroom teachers and their parents, and whatsApp social media is the choice of the parents' guardian group. The conclusion in the study is the positive impact of the use of social media between classroom teachers and parents of grade 1, 2, 3 MI Muh Nogosari Kulon progo students for the 2021/2022 academic year is the ease of obtaining information, the speed of obtaining information and communication, communication can take place continuously. interactive. Abstract

Al-Qur’an is a plenary and perfect holy book that contains a number of the past stories about human being that can be used as a learning (i’tibar) for the human in future. One of the stories in al-Qur’an that has a high value is the story of Luqman al-hakim. It tells about the advice of Luqman al-Hakim towards his children as stated in al-Qur’an in the letter of Luqman sentences of 12-19. The aim of this research is to (a) analyze the story of Luqman al-Hakim, (b) observe the material of Islamic education embedded in the story of Luqman al-Hakim ad (c) observe the method of Islamic education given by Luqman al-Hakim. The method applied in this research is a qualitative method by interpreting the texts of al-Qur’an sentences called the method of thematic interpretation. Meanwhile, the data analysis is conducted using content analysis and the descriptive-interpretative model. The conclusion of the research results shows that the education method used by Luqman al-Hakim can be considered as (1) method of advising, (2) method of understanding and (3) method of implementing.

Abstract

This thesis begins from preliminary observations at MIN I Kulon Progo, data obtained that learning with project-based learning model is still not maximally used so learning is less optimal especially in science education. This thesis discusses about class with project-based learning model toward learning outcomes and building 21st century character for 4th grade students of MIN I Kulon Progo, with the topic of discussion in science education in 2017/2018 is force. This study aims to: (1) What are the learning outcomes of 4th grade students of MIN I Kulon Progo with Project-Based Learning in science education?, (2) How Project-Based Learning method influence 4th grade students of MIN I Kulon Progo in improving learning outcomes?, (3) Are there differences in learning outcomes of students with Project-Based Learning model?, (4) How is the application of Project-based learning model in building 21st century character to the students.?. This research uses mixed research method with transformative approach, method of collecting the data uses several techniques which are observation, tests, interviews and documentation. For method of analyzing the data gained from quantitative and qualitative data. The results of this study indicate that: (1) The results of the class average score of experimental class (project based learning model) are higher than the control class (5M model), namely the experimental class (Project-Based Learning Model) is 82.75, while the control class (5M Model) is 75.50. (2) Project-Based Learning model influences the improvement of student learning outcomes with a mean difference of 7.25. (3) There is no difference in learning outcomes of 4th grade students of MIN I Kulon Progo with Project-Based Learning method based on the score calculation of Post-Test, the t-value <t-table (1.598 <2.0244) and p value 0.05 (0.118> 0.05) then Ho is accepted and ha is rejected. (4) Project-based learning model can build students' 21st century character.
