Abstract

The recruitment process is very important to obtain an effective recruitment result. Recruitment is carried out according to the needs of the school. This study is aimed to analyze the planning, organization, and implementation of the recruitment of educators in strengthening the quality of human resources at SMP-IT Hikmatul Ummah Mojosari. This research belongs to qualitative research with a field research approach. The data collected are in the form of primary data obtained from primary sources and secondary data obtained from other parties. The data were collected through interviews, observation, and documentation methods. The data analysis techniques used in this research are data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study indicated that the planning, organization and implementation of the recruitment of educators at SMP-IT Hikmatul Ummah Mojosari were carried out by the Curriculum Department after receiving approval from the principal and the foundation. The information dissemination utilizes social media and family networks which were based on the principle of recruiting educators objectively by considering several aspects of the requirements: the national education standards about teaching staff and the standards set by the institution.

Abstract

This study is aimed to determine 1). the strategy of the head of the pesantren (Islamic boarding school) and 2). the obstacles faced in improving the ubudiyah (Islamic boarding school routines) of students at Nurul Ummah Pacet Mojokerto, Male Campus 1. This research belongs to qualitative one with a field research approach. Sources of data are in the form of primary data taken from the main source and secondary data were created by other parties. Data collection techniques are interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis technique used is data reduction, data presentation and concluding. The results showed that first, the strategy of the head of the pesantren refers to the visions of the Islamic boarding school and is realized in a program oriented to the formation of worship characters through (a) knowing, trying to understand the concept of ubudiyah in theory, (b) loving, instilling a love for ubudiyah with the principle of exemplary, and (c) acting, doing habituation by providing escort and conditioning. Second, the obstacles faced are the limited infrastructure and the unbalanced ratio between escort officers and the number of students.

Abstract

The problems faced in the world of education are unprofessional educational resources, incompetence educators, low budget, incomplete facilities and infrastructure, poor education management which are considered as weak recources in realizing the goals to be achieved. Every effort to increase the pedagogic competence of teachers at MA Hasanuddin Jombang can give good results, followed by the competence and motivation of teachers to improve and develop their abilities. So the strategy of Islamic School Principle in improving the pedagogic competence of teachers is very important in the world of education. This study aims to 1) determine the pedagogical competence of teachers at MA Hasanuddin Jombang, 2) Analyze the strategies of the head of madrasah in increasing the pedagogical competence of teachers at MA Hasanuddin Jombang and 3) Analyze the inhibiting factors of the principal's strategy in increasing the pedagogical competence of teachers at MA Hasanuddin Jombang. The type of research used in this research is qualitative research with a case study approach and data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. The results showed that the pedagogic competence at MA Hasanuddin Jombang was good if it met the indicators, namely: 1) Mastery of learning theory and 2) Curriculum development. The strategy of the head of madrasa in improving the pedagogic competence of teachers at MA Hasanuddin Jombang, they are: 1) Empowering educators and staff, 2) Completion of tasks, 3) Application of leadership principles, 4) Good cooperation. The factors that hinder the Islamic School principal's strategy in increasing teacher pedagogic competence at MA Hasanuddin Jombang are: 1) Ability Factors and 2) Motivation Factors.

Abstract

Management is a function of achieving something through the activities of others and overseeing individual efforts to achieve common goals. The management functions are planning (Planning), organizing (organizing), directing (actuating), and controlling (controling). The focus of the research in this study is, 1) How is the recruitment strategy at SMPN 1 Plandaan Jombang, 2) How is the implementation of recruitment at SMPN 1 Plandaan Jombang, 3) What are the implications of implementing recruitment in improving the quality of students at SMPN 1 Plandaan Jombang. While the objectives of this study are 1) Analyzing recruitment strategies at SMPN I Plandaan Jombang, 2) Analyzing the implementation of recruitment at SMPN 1 Plandaan Jombang, 3) Analyzing the implications of implementing recruitment in improving the quality of students at SMPN 1 Plandaan Jombang. The type of research used is qualitative. (qualitative research) and the research approach is a case study. Then to determine the level of validity is the source of the data obtained from the provision of information by school principals, waka students, teachers, and education staff as well as documents of written materials. The results of this study are, 1) Recruitment Strategy for SMPN 1 Plandaan Jombang, namely: 1) CAR analysis, 2) Selection of applicant files, 3) Selection path, 4) School promotion, and 5) Re-registration. 2) Implementation of Recruitment at SMPN 1 Plandaan Jombang, namely: 1) Analysis of teaching load, 2) Coordination of committees, 3) Analysis of CAR burden, and 4) PPDB Portal. 3) Implications of Recruitment Implementation in Improving the Quality of Students at SMPN 1 Plandaan Jombang, namely: 1) Standard teaching load, 2) Registration path, and 3) Linearization of diplomas.

Abstract

Sociodrama strategy in the form of classroom action research. The reason for choosing this strategy is with the consideration that this strategy is considered more effective and more efficient to be applied in learning speaking skills. It is said to be effective because the implementation of the sociodrama strategy will save more time, this is because students can practice speaking in groups. Meanwhile, it is said to be efficient because the learning process at MI is mostly done by playing while learning or learning while playing. The research design using a cycle includes planning, implementing actions, observing or observing the implementation of actions, and reflecting. Classroom action research consists of three cycles, each cycle consists of 1 meeting. While the data analysis using Miles and Hubarman analysis. By using sociodrama strategies on speaking skills, students are able to communicate effectively and efficiently in accordance with applicable ethics, both orally and in writing. Through the application of sociodrama strategies in Indonesian language lessons, students' speaking skills have increased. Through the implementation of sociodrama strategies in Indonesian language lessons, students' learning motivation has increased. The success of students' learning motivation has increased by reaching a percentage of 90.20% with good criteria. It means that the application of sociodrama strategy in Indonesian language lessons can increase students' learning motivation by 6.87%. The percentage in the first cycle was 77.70%, in the second cycle it reached 83.33%, while in the third cycle it reached 90.20% with good criteria.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze: (1) Islamic education planning in shaping the discipline of students; (2) organizing Islamic education in shaping the discipline of students; (3) the implementation of Islamic education in shaping the discipline of students; (4) supervision of Islamic education in shaping the discipline of students at MA Maarif Sukorejo. This research uses a qualitative research approach with a qualitative descriptive research design. The data collection techniques used are interviews, observations, documentation. Data analysis techniques use data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study are (1) Islamic education planning in shaping the discipline of students: order planning carried out by stake holders and socialized to students. (2) The organization of Islamic education in shaping the discipline of students, the head of the madrasa appoints several teachers or staff who are given additional tasks to organize and are responsible for the smooth running of disciplinary activities that have been planned to run well. (3) The implementation of Islamic education in shaping this discipline, namely all parties, all madrasah stakeholders, especially the object, namely students and those who set an example are teachers and staff in madrasas. (4) Supervision of Islamic education in shaping the discipline of students in Maarif Sukorejo Maarif Makorejo is carried out by the committee, the head of the madrasa, and the student affairs, the homeroom teacher and the BK.

Abstract

Basically, good student management in an effort to develop talents and interests in realizing student achievement is something that is needed in every educational unit. The background of this research is as an effort to improve student management in an effort to achieve student achievement. A good madrasa is a madrasa that is able to print students into outstanding students in academic and non-academic fields. The focus of the problem in this study is 1) How to plan extracurricular activities to improve student achievement, 2) How to implement extracurricular activity programs to improve student achievement, 3) How to evaluate extracurricular activity programs to improve achievement. Meanwhile, the purpose of this research is to describe the planning, implementation, evaluation of the program and the implications of student management in improving student achievement at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 6 Jombang. The study used qualitative methods with data collection techniques of participation observation, interviews, and documentation. In checking the validity of the data, researchers used triangulation. The results of this study can be seen that the planning of extracurricular activities has been implemented very well in the preparation of programs which include a) Islamic character formation, b) Improving extracurricular achievement. The implementation of extracurricular activities includes: a) Continuous coaching, b) Camping (outdoor activities), c) Conducting selections, d) Sending contingents outside the madrasa as representatives of the madrasa. The evaluation is carried out systematically, from the coach to the head of the front group, from the head of the front group to the Waka Kesiswaan, and finally from the Waka Kesiswaan to the head of the madrasa. The implications include: 1) for students in training students' skills and independence, 2) helping students to enter lectures, 3) Madrasas are known to the wider community for their non-academic achievements.

Abstract

Teaching materials are one of the important essences in the implementation of education, especially formal education. The material presented in the teaching materials is adjusted or guided by the education curriculum based on the Regulation of the Minister of Education and Culture Number 20 Year 2016. One of the important considerations in the regulation is the competency of graduates of educational units with the dimension of knowledge. The dimensions of student knowledge are of course adapted to the aspect of individual cognitive development in the psychological sphere, one of which leads to the realm of formal operating reasoning at the junior high school level.

Abstract

Based on the analysis of the results of daily tests or midterm and semester tests, it is known that the learning outcomes of students in class 2 MI Ma'arif Brajan Kulon Progo odd semester of 2021 in the moral aqeedah subject are low. It is proven that there are students who score below the KKM, there are 50%, students who score the same as the KKM, there are 35% and students who score above the KKM, there are 15%. From the analysis of the causes of the problem, the effort that is expected to improve the learning outcomes of students in grade 2 MI Ma'arif Brajan Kulon Progo odd semester of 2021 in the Akidah Akhlak subject is the application of the right model. Through this research, researchers want to increase the activity and learning outcomes of students in class 2 MI Ma'arif Brajan Kulon Progo odd semester of 2021 in the subject of aqidah morals through the application of the Numbered Heads Together (NHT) learning model. This research is a Classroom Action Research (CAR) with a spiral model from Kemmis and Taggart which consists of several action cycles. The results showed that the activity from the initial conditions, cycle 1 and cycle 2 continued to increase. In the initial conditions for cycle 1 and cycle 2, the percentage of students whose activity was in the low category continued to decrease, namely 75% - 59% - 4%. While the moderate category is from 20% - 26% - 52%. While the high category is from 5% - 14% - 42%. Meanwhile, student learning outcomes experienced an increase after the action was taken. The percentage of students who have not completed has decreased from cycle 1 to cycle 2 (from 72% to 0%). The percentage of students who have completed has increased from cycle 1 to cycle 2 (from 28% to 100%).

Abstract

This research was conducted on the basis of the phenomenon of the problems that occur in the field related to non-optimal school principal academic supervision to carry out the management has been unable to create a good teacher performance to improve the quality of learning.The purpose of this study was to gain an overview of the principal academic supervision teacher to improve the quality of learning ranging from planning, implementation, evaluation and follow-up. The main theory is used as a tool of analysis in this study is education management theory, management theory and theory sepervisi academic quality of learning. The object of research is the headmaster, teachers, students, and supervisors within the Ministry of Religious Bandung District. The research was conducted using a qualitative approach with descriptive analytic method. The author go into the field and communicating with data sources through interviews, observation, and documentation within the Ministry of Religious Bandung District.The results of the data described in accordance with the formulation of the problem and research objectives. Based on the findings of this study concluded that the headmaster implement academic supervision through stages: planning activity by means of systematic planning and preparation, for example: set a schedule, goals, objectives academic supervision, prepare assessment instruments ability of teachers in planning teaching and learning activities, implementing the learning process and assessing teaching and learning;Implementation activities with individual and group techniques; Learning assessment using an assessment tool in the teacher's ability to teach, and write notes for follow-up evaluation results; Follow-up activities by providing reinforcement, support and professional development. All the activities of academic supervision headmaster is good enough. But there are things that need to be improved by the headmaster and the teachers. The headmasters had to increase the range of knowledge and skills, so that academic supervision program could be implemented more effectively.As for the teachers need to improve their performance, either through coordination with the headmaster or superintendent, or through working groups of teachers (KKG) on the cluster schools / madrasah and conduct professional development on an ongoing basis. Based on the conclusions of this study are expected in order to pay more attention to the staffs of each stage in the academic supervision in educational units into auxiliaries.
