Abstract

The character of students is a characteristic of the behavior of a student. Character can be established if there is a result of student interaction with the school environment. Students are said to be good if the person has ethical morals that become a reference for the person to be able to form a better character. The focus of the research in this study is, 1) How is the implementation of integrated Islamic education management in MA Sabilul Muttaqin? 2 What are the implications of integrated Islamic education management in shaping the character of students at MA Sabilul Muttaqin?. While the objectives of this study are 1) to analyze the implementation of integrated Islamic education management at MA Sabilul Muttaqin. 2) Analyzing the implications of integrated Islamic education management in shaping the character of students at MA Sabilul Muttaqin.. The type of research used is qualitative (qualitative research) and the research approach is a case study. Then to determine the level of validity is the source of the data obtained from the provision of information by the principal, waka student, teachers, and education staff as well as in the form of documents written materials. The results of this study are, the implementation of integrated Islamic education management at MA Sabilul Muttaqin Pungging Mojokerto is good if it meets the indicators, namely: 1) there is an encouragement for the necessities of life for religious knowledge and general science, 2) Islamic education in Islam by way of circumventing learning resources and related matters to achieve the goals of Islamic education effectively and efficiently. The implications of integrated Islamic education management in shaping the character of students at MA Sabilul Muttaqin Pungging Mojokerto, namely: 1) the benefits are great where students in the management are combined between religious subjects and general subjects, 2) With integrated Islamic education can provide motivation in forming noble character students.

Abstract

The large number of students whose learning achievement is lacking in learning is due, in part, to the fact that the learning process so far has not actively involved students, so that student learning achievement is far from what was expected. playing in Grade V MI Muh Nogosari Giri Mulyo Kulon Progo Students for the 2021/2022 Academic Year. This research is a Classroom Action Research which consists of two cycles and involves four components namely: Planning (plan), Action (action), Observation (observation), Reflection (reflection). The subjects in this study were Class V MI Muh Nogosari Giri Mulyo Kulon Progo Students for the Academic Year 2021/2022, a total of 14 students. Methods of data collection using observation and documentation. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistical methods. From the results of the study it was found that the role playing method in learning the Akidah Akhlakh was able to improve the learning achievement of Class V MI Muh Nogosari Giri Mulyo Kulon Progo Academic Year 2021/2022. In cycle I the learning achievement of the Akidah Akhlakh students experienced an increase after the implementation of the role playing strategy. This can be seen from the percentage of classical learning completeness, namely in the first cycle of 57%, and in the second cycle of 83.78%. The results of this research can be used as reference material for us to improve student achievement.

Abstract

Economics learning in high school is focused on empirical phenomena of economic problems that occur in society. This economic material is very complex because it is related to economic developments which are constantly evolving in line with global developments in the world, starting from the microeconomic system to the macroeconomics (international trade). Through the subject of Economics, students are directed to be able to become citizens of Indonesia who are democratic and responsible, as well as citizens of the world who love peace. The SMA/MA Economics subject aims to enable students to have the following abilities: Understand a number of economic concepts to link economic events and problems with everyday life, especially those that occur within the individual, household, community and country environment. Displays a curious attitude towards a number of economic concepts needed to study economics. Form a wise, rational and responsible attitude by possessing knowledge and skills in economics, management and accounting that are beneficial to oneself, the household, the community and the country. Make responsible decisions regarding socio-economic values in a pluralistic society, both on a national and international scale.

Abstract

Learning Mathematics no longer prioritizes absorption through the attainment of information, but rather focuses on developing abilities and processing information. For this reason, student activity needs to be increased through math exercises or assignments by working in small groups and explaining ideas to others. Cooperative learning model The STAD (Student Teams Achievement Division) model is one of the most appropriate models used in implementing learning achievement. The benefits of this research 1. Can be used by schools in an effort to improve the quality of student learning outcomes, especially at Darul Ulum Tapen High School, 2. As one of the considerations for teachers in determining learning models and methods, especially mathematics, and 3. Knowing the results of student achievement using cooperative models and STAD method. The results of this study cooperative learning with the STAD model have a positive impact on improving student learning outcomes which are marked by an increase in student learning completeness in each cycle, namely cycle I (65.22%), cycle II (78.26%), cycle III ( 86.96%).

Abstract

The objective of this research are to investigate: (1) the effect of the cooperative learning model of the Student Teams Achievement Divisions (STAD) and Jigsaw types on the learning achievement in Economics; (2) the effect of the students’ high and low learning motivations on the learning achievement in Economics; and (3) the interaction between the effect of the learning models and the learning motivations on the learning achievement in Economics. This research used the quantitative experimental research method. Its population was all of the students of Senior Secondary Schools of 2 Mendoyo. The samples of research were taken by using the simple random sampling technique and consisted of 70 students, namely: 36 students in Grade X2 of State Senior Secondary School of 2 Mendoyo as the experimental class instructed with the cooperative learning model of the STAD type and 34 students in Grade X1 of State Senior Secondary School of 2 Mendoyo as the control class instructed with the cooperative learning model of the Jigsaw type. The data of research were collected through documentation, questionnaire and test. They were analyzed by using the two-way analysis of variance with unbalanced cells with the prerequisite tests of normality test and homogeneity test. The factorial design was 2x2 at the significance level of 0.05. The test calculation was aided with the computer program of Software SPSS 23. The results of research show that: (1) there is a different of effect between the cooperative learning model of the STAD type and that of the Jigsaw type on the learning achievement in Economics as indicated by the significance value = 0.00 which is smaller than α = 0.05 or (Fobs = 10.103 > Ftable = 4.00); (2) there was a different of effect between the students’ high learning motivation and the students’ low learning motivation on the learning achievement in Economics as shown by the significance value = 0.00 which is smaller than α = 005 or (Fobs = 57.338 > Ftable = 4.00); and (3) there was not any interaction between the effect of the learning models and the that of the students’ learning motivations on the learning achievement in Economics as specified by the significance value = 0.517 which is greater than α = 0.05 or (Fobs = 0.425 < Ftable = 4.00).

Abstract

The success of an educational institution cannot be separated from the curriculum aspect. Curriculum management as an educational design has a fairly central position in all educational activities, where the management of curriculum management will have an impact on educational output or the quality of graduates. So by implementing good curriculum management at MTs Diponegoro educational institutions will produce quality graduates. The purpose of this research are : 1) Knowing how curriculum management at MTs Diponegoro Jombang, 2) What are the implications of curriculum management in improving the quality of graduates of MTs Diponegoro Jombang students. The type of research used in this research is qualitative research with a case study approach. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that curriculum management at MTs Diponegoro Jombang consisted of 4 stages, namely: 1) Planning using a grass roots approach, 2) Organizing, including setting the content in the curriculum, and setting the structure and content of the curriculum, 3) Implementation, including implementation of school-level curriculum, and implementation of grade-level curriculum, 4) Evaluation includes evaluation of objectives and evaluation of the system. The implications of curriculum management at MTs Diponegoro include, 1) Optimizing teaching staff, 2) KBM processes and utilization of infrastructure, and 3) Curriculum management.

Abstract

The background of this research is as an effort to improve the quality of education because of the intense competition between schools to get students and the community, which in fact prefers institutions that can help students to be able to go straight into the world of work. The aim of the research in this thesis is to analyze the forms of the madrasa flagship program and to analyze the implementation of the madrasa flagship program in the formation of the life skills of students at the Kalimasada Integrated MA. The type of research used is qualitative research with a case study approach. Data collection techniques by way of observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique used in this qualitative research has four stages, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions and verification. Whereas in looking for the validity or validity of the data using data triangulation techniques. The life skills program at the Kalimasada Integrated MA which has been made the flagship program of other madrasas in the Plandaan sub-district are the tahfidz, banjari, agriculture, carpentry, sewing, and computer programs. The results of the research show that the form of the life skill program is a form of product produced by students after participating in learning from the program. The orientation of the life skill program in this madrasah is that students have life skills, have an entrepreneurial spirit, can produce products that have selling points, are more independent and confident and are ready to compete in the world of work. The implementation of the madrasa flagship program in the formation of the life skills of students at the Kalimasada Integrated MA is carried out in accordance with the stated goals, namely to equip students with life skills to be independent, have an entrepreneurial spirit, dare to face challenges, and think creatively and smartly.

Abstract

This study aims to examine: (1) The Effect of Children's Story Video Media on Storytelling Ability in Children Aged 4-5 Years at Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal Kindergarten, Sidoarjo District, (2) The Effect of Child Story Video Media on Moral Development in Children Aged 4-5 Years in Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal Kindergarten, Sidoarjo District, (3) The Influence of Children's Story Video Media on Storytelling Ability and Moral Development in Children Aged 4-5 Years in Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal Kindergarten, Sidoarjo District. This study uses a Quasi-Experimental design with Nonequivalent Control Group Design. This research was carried out at TK Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal I and III in children aged 4-5 years. The data obtained were then analyzed statistically for the Manova test (Multivariate Analysis of Variance) SPSS 20.0 for windows. The results showed that: (1) based on the Manova test (Multivariate Analysis of Variance) which produces a sig = 0.000 which is far above 0.05. Then 0.000 > 0.05 so that the hypothesis of children's story video media on storytelling ability at the age of 4-5 years of Kindergarten Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal Sidoarjo District can be accepted, (2) based on the Manova test (Multivariate Analysis of Varians) which produces a sig value = 0.000 which well above 0.05. Abstract

The leadership strategy is a series of certain ways or steps taken by leaders to influence individuals or groups so that they voluntarily carry out the goals to be achieved. In this case the policy taken by a leader to be followed by groups or individuals. The focus of this research is threefold, 1) What is the strategy of the head of madrasah at MTs Darul Ulum Rembang Pasuruan in improving the quality of content (curriculum) during the Covid-19 pandemic, 2) What is the strategy of the head of madrasah at MTs Darul Ulum Rembang Pasuruan in improving the quality of teaching staff (tendik). during the Covid-19 pandemic, 3) What is the strategy of the head of the Madrasah at MTs Darul Ulum Rembang Pasuruan in improving the quality of facilities and infrastructure (sapras) during the Covid-19 pandemic. In this study, the author uses a type of qualitative research with a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collected through observation, interviews and documentation. The validity of the data by means of triangulation. The results of the research found at the research location showed that the principal's strategy in improving the quality of education during the covid-19 pandemic was quite successful, the strategies used included, among others, forming an emergency curriculum development team, making lesson plans adapted to local culture, in learning carried out by remotely, and 50% face-to-face by complying with health protocols. In addition, increasing educators and education staff by always including training if there are workshops or participating, in improving facilities and infrastructure, namely by coordinating at the beginning of the new school year, determining planning and implementation, the results of coordination are the procurement of masks, hand sanitizer, soap and washing facilities. hand. As well as adding wifi capacity, in addition to improving infrastructure such as furniture, adding computers and laptops, and LCD projectors.

Abstract

Content standards are minimum criteria that cover the scope of material to achieve graduate competence in certain paths, levels and types of education. This study aims to determine: 1) Content standards in quality management of education at MTs Negeri 2 Pasuruan. 2) Analysis of content standards in the perspective of education quality management at MTs Negeri 2 Pasuruan This research uses qualitative research, with a case study research design at MTs Negeri 2 Pasuruan. Data was collected by interview, observation, and documentation methods. Data analysis techniques through data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Data validity technique, using source and theory triangulation. Based on the research data obtained: Analysis of content standards in the perspective of education quality management at MTs Negeri 2 Pasuruan is carried out by matching data between ideal conditions and existing real conditions starting from planning, implementation, monitoring and supervision, curriculum evaluation carried out to the maximum and responsibility by all stakeholders to improve the quality of education at MTs Negeri 2 Pasuruan.
