<![CDATA[This study aims to examine the roles, challenges, and contributions of women in political leadership in Indonesia. Through a qualitative approach with a literature review method, this study analyzes various relevant literature sources, including scientific journals, books, articles, and research reports. The results of the study show that despite increased awareness of the importance of women's involvement in politics, various social and structural barriers still hinder their participation. The implementation of the women's quota policy is often inconsistent, and support from political parties is still inadequate. In addition, social norms and gender stereotypes continue to be a significant challenge. However, women who succeed in political leadership positions bring positive changes in public policies that are more inclusive and gender-sensitive. This study recommends the need for greater and coordinated efforts to address these barriers and increase women's participation in politics in Indonesia.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to explore the role of cooperatives in women's empowerment in Jambi villages, especially in improving skills, contribution to the family economy, participation in decision-making, and social impact. Through a qualitative approach with interview, observation, and documentation methods, it was found that cooperatives play a significant role in providing skills training, access to business capital, and increasing women's involvement in decision-making. In addition, cooperatives also contribute to a positive change in people's perception of women's roles and increase their confidence and social role. These findings confirm that cooperatives can be an effective model for women's empowerment and community development in rural areas. However, sustained efforts are needed to address social and cultural barriers and ensure adequate support for the sustainability of women's empowerment programs through cooperatives]]>

<![CDATA[The controversy regarding LGBT (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender) in Indonesia reflects the tension between traditional values and modernity, as well as between religious norms and human rights. This article analyzes the factors that influence the views of Indonesian people towards LGBT, including cultural influences, religion, government policies, and the role of mass media. The findings suggest that negative views of LGBT people are influenced by conservative cultural norms and religious teachings that firmly reject homosexuality. In addition, existing government policies and regulations often do not support LGBT rights, and even tend to be repressive. Mass media also contributes to strengthening stigma against LGBT through negative representation. As a result, LGBT individuals in Indonesia often face discrimination and violence, which adversely affects their mental health and well-being. This article concludes the need for a more inclusive and sensitive approach to addressing LGBT-related issues, while respecting the dominant cultural and religious values in society]]>

<![CDATA[This study examines the influence of social media on adolescents' perception of gender equality. Through qualitative methods that include in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation analysis, the study reveals how social media content, social interactions, and influencer roles shape adolescent views. The findings show that social media has great potential in educating and raising awareness about gender equality. However, biased information and unhealthy debates can also hinder adolescents' understanding. The implications of this study emphasize the importance of digital literacy among adolescents and the responsibility of influencers in promoting gender equality values. Recommendations are given to improve media literacy and provide appropriate guidance for adolescents in filtering information on social media]]>

<![CDATA[This study explores the role of fathers in childcare in Jambi urban families, focusing on the challenges faced, the strategies implemented, and the impact of fathers' involvement on child development. Through in-depth interviews with several fathers and direct observation in the household, the study identified that open communication, positive rewards, skill teaching, and examples of good behavior are effective strategies that fathers use in parenting. However, fathers also face various obstacles such as work pressure and rigid social expectations regarding gender roles. This study shows that social support and policies that facilitate work-life balance are essential to increase fathers' involvement in parenting. The results of this study have implications for the development of policies and programs that support the role of fathers, with the aim of creating a more inclusive and supportive parenting environment for children and families in Jambi.]]>

<![CDATA[This study examines the experiences of street children in Jambi from the perspective of gender and resilience, with the aim of understanding how gender roles affect their experiences and survival strategies. Using a qualitative approach, this research involves in-depth interviews, participatory observations, and documentation analysis. The results showed that boys and girls faced different challenges and developed specific adaptation strategies based on their gender roles. Solidarity and social networks among street children play an important role in their resilience strategies. However, while these strategies are effective in the short term, street children remain in vulnerable conditions that require further intervention. This study emphasizes the importance of holistic and gender-sensitive interventions, as well as the need for collaboration between governments, non-governmental organizations, and communities to create a safe and supportive environment for street children]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to explore the views of parents in West Java regarding sexual education for adolescents, identify the challenges they face, and understand their expectations for ideal sexual education. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews, participatory observations, and documentation analysis from three purposively selected parents. The results of the study showed that parents face a variety of challenges, including lack of knowledge, awkwardness, and the influence of social and cultural norms that consider sexuality a taboo topic. Nonetheless, they have high expectations for sexual education that can help children understand their bodies, respect personal boundaries, and make wise decisions. This research underscores the importance of external support from schools, governments, and communities to create a comprehensive sexual education curriculum and provide training programs for parents. The limitations of this study include a limited number of samples and a specific geographic focus. Further research is suggested to include a larger and more diverse sample and explore approaches to sexual education that are more inclusive and appropriate to different sociocultural contexts.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to understand how heteronormativity affects the development of adolescent sexual identity through the school, family, and social media environment. Using a qualitative approach with in-depth interview methods, participatory observation, and documentation analysis, this study explores adolescents' experiences in navigating their sexual identities amid heteronormative social pressures. The results of the study showed that dominant heteronormative norms in schools, conservative attitudes in families, and limited social media representation can cause psychological and emotional distress in adolescents. Support from peers, inclusive teachers, and an accepting online community is an important resource for teens to overcome these challenges. This research emphasizes the importance of creating a more inclusive and supportive environment for adolescents to express their sexual identity authentically. The implications of these findings highlight the need for more inclusive education programs and increased awareness of the diversity of sexual identities among families and communities.]]>

<![CDATA[This study examines the dynamics of sexual violence in the campus environment, focusing on student perceptions and attitudes, institutional responses, and the social implications that arise. The findings show that social norms that support aggressive masculine behavior, ineffective campus policies, and lack of education about sexual violence are the main factors influencing the prevalence of sexual violence. Many victims feel that their reports are not taken seriously and do not receive adequate support, both from friends and institutions. Victim-blaming attitudes are still common, which hampers reporting and case handling efforts. This research emphasizes the importance of campus policy reform, improved educational programs, and better support for victims to create a safe and inclusive environment. Implications of these findings include the need for a thorough evaluation of existing policies and procedures, as well as the development of programs aimed at increasing awareness and understanding of sexual violence among students]]>

<![CDATA[This study examines the transformation of gender roles in multicultural families in the midst of globalization and migration. Using a literature study approach, this article analyzes how traditional gender roles are adapted and changed in different cultural contexts. The findings suggest that education, migration, and local cultural influences play an important role in driving gender role change. However, the process also faces various challenges, including internal conflicts and social pressure from the community. This article identifies effective conflict resolution strategies, such as open communication, compromise, and community support, that can help multicultural families achieve equality and harmony.
