Abstract

In the digitalization era, digital promotions are crucial for companies, including the skincare industry, such as designing digital promotion programs at PT. Glamourix AFA Indonesia Skincare 2022-2023. The method used in this research is descriptive-qualitative and field research by conducting literature studies, interviews, and observations. The research results show that PT. Glamourix AFA Indonesia needs to develop a digital promotional program design to achieve product sales targets. Promotion of skincare products is carried out by creating blog content, videos, and social media activities by providing special discounts—a digital promotion process for Emre PT products. GAI carries out four types of promotions: advertising on social media and Instagram, public relations by utilizing content via Instagram, direct marketing via instant messages on WhatsApp, and sales promotions by creating discount programs. Emre's digital promotion strategy for the 2022-2023 period that Emre can carry out is digital advertising by working with digital TV stations to market products by developing a digital promotional program design for PT. Glamourix AFA Indonesia Skincare is expected to be able to increase sales to a broader target consumer and be able to compete with competing companies in the increasingly tight skincare industry in Indonesia.

Abstract

COVID-19 pandemic brought concerns to the corporation with the great resignation phenomenon that happens around the world, especially in developed nations. Workers now have different views after the pandemic, where they view well-being as an important aspect of work and employee value proposition. Therefore it is important to know how Indonesians view this issue. The method of this study is an electronic survey with respondents which are workers around Jabodetabek metropolitan areas, with a range of age between 26-35 years. Surveys are based on three variables, employee value proposition (Idv), intention to resign (Dv), and employee satisfaction (M). Results then analyzed with moderated regression analysis and linear regression analysis, to view the validity of the hypotheses. This research found: (1) employee value proposition significantly has a negative influence on intention to resign, and (2) the relationship between employee value proposition and intention to resign significantly are not moderated by employee satisfaction. Corporations in Indonesia need to search for other means to maintain their employee commitment, as employee satisfaction only approaches by behaviorally influencing its employees. Different approaches like revising company EVP that is based on the right valence need to be done to satisfy and maintain commitment of Indonesian workers.

Abstract

The method of post-pandemic lecture delivery in postgraduate studies is an issue for educational institution management. Lectures will be delivered offline since the COVID-19 pandemic has subsided, and the conditions are recovering. Postgraduate students, especially working students, are protesting because they have to attend face-to-face lectures on weekdays for various reasons. This study aims to determine which postgraduate lecture delivery method meets the market needs (university students). The research method made use of Soft System Methodology (SSM). The FGD was conducted with twelve participants, classified into postgraduate students of Wijawiyata Management (full-time students), Young Executives (students with at least two years of work experience), and Executives (students with no less than five years of work experience). The research was conducted in March and April 2023. The results were analyzed using Role (clients, practitioners, and owners), Social (educational institutions and instructors), and Power (national policies and regulations) Analysis. This research shows that by rich picture and root definition, weekday online lectures and weekend (Saturday) offline lectures meet the market's needs and violate no Indonesian higher educational regulations. The findings also suggest that a combined lecture mode, offline and online, is more favorable to Master's degree students, hence the Indonesian government's rigorous encouragement for Distant Learning for various learning needs across the archipelago.

It is highly recommended that future researchers use a more significant number of samples and islands other than Java or choose certain industries to enrich research results. Additionally, the use of other diversity attributes may contribute to the diversity of results.

Abstract

This article discusses the application of the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method by considering the weight of criteria to determine the best location alternative for pioneer port development in Indonesia. The criteria for choosing the best alternative of ports is based on Government Regulation number 61 / 2009; they are Availability of Port Facilities, Distance to Regional Port, and Economic Growth. The first step is to rank the criteria for all port alternatives based on each port’s current condition. These criteria are given weight relative to each other. This weighting benefits from prioritizing the location of pioneer ports based on the investor's point of view. Priority scores are given based on a comparison of qualitative data for each port, and then they are calculated in the Adjusted Matrix. The results determine the priority location of pioneer ports to be developed first because they are considered to provide the best benefits for development and for investors. On the other hand, other alternative locations that are not a priority do not mean they are rejected for development. To validate the consistency in giving scores, the consistency ratio was calculated, which score is less than one. The result of this article is to give the most priority to Kalimantan Tengah Port, followed by Nusa Tenggara Barat Port and Bangka Belitung Port.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of brand image and product quality on customer satisfaction in the electric vehicle industry in Indonesia. A strong brand image and high-quality products are critical factors for electric vehicle manufacturers to build consumer trust and increase sales. In the context of the growth of electric vehicles as an environmentally friendly alternative, this research is grounded in the concepts of customer satisfaction, brand image, and product quality. The study employs a quantitative approach, utilizing a survey involving 154 respondents who are users of two- and four-wheeled electric vehicles. The collected data were analyzed using multiple linear regression to examine the partial and simultaneous effects of the two independent variables on the dependent variable. The results show that brand image and product quality have a significant positive influence, both partially and simultaneously, on customer satisfaction. These findings contribute theoretically to the marketing literature by reinforcing the role of brand image and product quality in enhancing customer satisfaction. Furthermore, the results can be useful for the electric vehicle industry in Indonesia in efforts to improve customer satisfaction through the optimization of brand image and the quality of products offered.

Abstract

The fourth industrial revolution has had a significant impact on economic progress, triggering intense competition between companies to achieve their goals. One effective strategy to increase company value is to adopt sustainable financial reporting that prioritizes economic stability and inclusiveness. The aim of this research is to investigate the impact of implementing Environmental Social and social Governance (ESG) reporting on the value of non-banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in the LQ 45 index during the 2021-2023 period. Using descriptive, verification and regression analysis techniques, this research shows the influence of ESG-independent variables on company value. Data was collected from the annual reports of 23 non-banking companies included in the LQ 45 index. The results of this research are that environmental and social coverage has a significant positive influence on company value, while governance coverage does not show a significant influence. In addition, increasing sales as a controlling factor does not have a significant impact on company value. In conclusion, ESG reporting can increase a company's attractiveness to investors, with environmental and social factors being key. This research suggests increasing the number and longer sample time period for future research to obtain more comprehensive results
