In Indonesia, approximately 40% to 50% of the population experiences sleep disorders, most of whom are elderly. These sleep disorders usually occur simultaneously with other conditions such as physical problems and mental illnesses (depression, anxiety disorders) that can lead to poor sleep quality (Khadijah, 2023). The objective of this study is to determine the relationship between stress levels and sleep quality among the elderly in the Prumnas Lubuklinggau Community Health Centre Working Area in 2025.The research method used was descriptive quantitative research with a cross-sectional approach. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with a sample size of 62 people. The results of the univariate test analysis showed that a small proportion of respondents (22.6%) had severe stress, while the majority of respondents (51.6%) had poor sleep quality. The results of the bivariate analysis of the relationship between stress levels and sleep quality in the elderly (p-value 0.002) showed that there is a relationship between stress levels and sleep quality in the elderly in the Prumnas Lubuklinggau Community Health Centre Working Area in 2025.The elderly are advised to manage stress by doing relaxation activities such as light exercise, praying, and increasing positive social interactions. Regulating a regular sleep routine, avoiding caffeine consumption at night, and creating a comfortable sleeping environment can also help improve sleep quality, as well as understanding the relationship between stress levels and sleep quality in the elderly in their area. For the research site, this can be used as additional information about the relationship between stress levels and sleep quality in the elderly. For the Faculty of Health Sciences at Dehasen, this can be used as input in planning and developing health intervention programmes to address existing issues related to the relationship between stress levels and sleep quality in the elderly.

Palliative care is an approach that aims to improve the quality of life of patients with chronic and terminal illnesses. Nurses' knowledge and attitudes are important factors in the success of palliative care services. This study aims to determine the relationship between nurses' knowledge and attitudes towards palliative care at the Harapan dan Doa Regional General Hospital in Bengkulu City. This study used a descriptive analytical cross-sectional design. The sample consisted of 35 nurses working in the ICU, haemodialysis unit, and Madinah unit, selected using total sampling. The research instruments were questionnaires on nurses' knowledge and attitudes towards palliative care. Data analysis was performed using univariate and bivariate analysis with the chi-square test. The results showed that most nurses had good knowledge of palliative care (77.2%) and a positive attitude (68.6%). The majority of nurses also practised palliative care at a high level (91.4%). The chi-square test yielded a p-value of 0.004 for the relationship between knowledge and practice, and a p-value of 0.028 for the relationship between attitude and practice, which means that there is a significant relationship between nurses' knowledge and attitude towards palliative care. The conclusion of this study is that nurses' knowledge and attitudes play an important role in supporting palliative care practices. It is recommended that training, seminars, and continuing education be provided so that all nurses have equal knowledge and positive attitudes, thereby optimising the quality of palliative care services in hospitals.

Depression is a mental health disorder that often occurs in children and adolescents. Cases of depression are often not properly diagnosed. Surveys on mental health in children and adolescents tend to increase annually, because cases of depression in children are not considered a threat by the most people. Cases of depression in children and adolescents are also closely related to genetic factors, in addition to environmental factors. Parents that suffering from depression disorders increase the risk of their children suffering from depression. Therefore, this study was conducted to examine the relationship between children with depression and parents who have a history of depression. The study was conducted based on a case study, using a sample of pediatric outpatients at the Mental Health Clinic of Gading Medika Hospital. The patient suffered from depression and had been receiving regular treatment at the Mental Health Clinic of Gading Medika Hospital, whose mother was also a regular patient at the Mental Health Clinic of Gading Medika Hospital with a history of depression. After one year of regular treatment, the symptoms are reduced. The patient initially received antidepressant therapy in the form of sertraline, and to address mood disorders such as anxiety and panic attacks, Clobazam and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) were given. After one year of treatment, the patient switched to Clobazam and CBT alone. The patient's results showed improvement, reducing her symptoms of depression and panic disorder.
