Abstract

This research was motivated by the problem of lesbian behavior for prisoners, especially at the Class IIA Tangerang Penitentiary. Lesbians are a type of sexual deviation which is one component of homosexual behavior, where homosexuality itself is a type of sexual deviation which is a side effect of two individuals of the same sex. Some groups view the lesbian phenomenon as deviant behavior that is contrary to religious norms. Lesbians are often depicted as a marginalized group in society. Normal women may be motivated to become women who like the same sex by having very intense encounters. This is because female prisoners have limited freedom and little time to spend with men, so they choose to have relationships with other female prisoners in prison. The driving factor for female prisoners to become lesbians is because there is a form of transmission from prisoners who are indicated to be lesbians to prisoners who have normal sexual personalities

This study aims to (1) find out the particular ratio calculation for Muamalat Bank Deposits, in this case, the Super Blessing Mudharabah Deposit, and (2) To find out a review of the sharia economic perspective regarding the particular ratio calculation. This research uses a qualitative approach. Data was collected through observation and interview techniques. The results showed that profit sharing depends on the magnitude of HI-1000 each month, so the magnitude of the revenue share continues to change every month. It is different from conventional banks, where profit sharing is very dependent on the interest rate agreed at the beginning. On the other hand, the distribution of an exceptional ratio is only given to deposit customers with a nominal value above IDR 100,000,000. If the nominal is under IDR 100,000,000, the customer will only get the counter ratio according to what the bank determines

The objective of this study is to conduct a comparative analysis of human resource management (HR) practices implemented in companies based in Indonesia and Malaysia. Human resource management (HRM) is crucial in achieving organizational success. It is subject to the influence of various factors, including cultural dynamics, regulatory frameworks, and distinct business environments that may vary across different countries. Qualitative research methods were used to collect data through interviews with HR managers, field observations, and document analysis. The research results show several significant differences in HR management practices between Indonesian and Malaysian companies. These differences involve recruitment, selection, training, development, compensation, and performance management. Cultural factors, government regulations, and labour market conditions are major determinants of these differences. In addition to these differences, this research also identified several HR management practices that are similar between the two countries, such as an emphasis on employee development and attention to organizational sustainability. The findings of this study contribute to a more comprehensive comprehension of the intricacies involved in human resource management practices in Indonesia and Malaysia, as well as the potential ramifications for forthcoming human resource management policies.
