Abstract

This study aims to determine the Work Environment and Discipline-Based Performance of Siloam Hospitals Kebon Jeruk West Jakarta General Affair (GA) Employees. This study uses quantitative research. The population in this study were all General Affair (GA) employees at Siloam Hospitals Kebon Jeruk West Jakarta with a sampling of 80 respondents. Collecting data by distributing questionnaires. Methods of data analysis using simple linear regression test, multiple linear regression, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, partial t test and simultaneous F test. The results showed that: The work environment has a positive and significant effect on the performance of General Affair (GA) employees at Siloam Hospitals Kebon Jeruk, West Jakarta. This can be proven from the simple linear regression equation Y = 10.155 + 0.767 X1. The correlation value is 0.807 (very strong). The coefficient of determination is 65.1% The tcount is 6.201 > ttable 6.007 with a significance of 0.000 <0.05. Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance for General Affair (GA) employees at Siloam Hospitals Kebon Jeruk, West Jakarta, this can be proven from the simple linear equation Y = 4.469 + 0.877 X2 . Correlation value of 0.871 (very strong). The coefficient of determination is 75.9% The tcount is 17.060 > ttable 6.007 with a significance of 0.000 <0.05. Simultaneously, work environment and discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Siloam Hospitals Kebon Jeruk West Jakarta General Affair (GA) employees, this can be proven from the multiple linear regression equation Y=2.192+0.325X1+0.615X2. The correlation value is 0.899 (very strong). The Coefficient of Determination is 80.8%. Fcount value 153.975 > Ftable 3.12 with a significant level of 0.000 <0.05

Abstract

Padusan Strawberry Picking Agrotourism requires a development strategy to solve the problems faced by the COVID-19 pandemic; lack of marketing, facilities not developed, and fewer tourist attractions. This study aims to determine the overall development of agro-tourism, identify internal factors and external factors of agro-tourism, and analyze appropriate strategies in the development of Padusan Strawberry Picking Agro-tourism. The research uses the SOAR and QSPM analysis methods. The results of the research show that 1) The overall development of Padusan Strawberry Picking Agrotourism can be seen from the development of the number of visitors, attractions, accessibility, amenities, and ancillary. 2) Internal and external factors are divided into 4 groups, namely Strength and Aspiration which belong to the group of internal factors, and Opportunity and Result which belong to the group of external factors. 3) Through the stages of the IE matrix and the SOAR matrix, nine alternative strategies were obtained which were analyzed using QSPM so that a priority strategy with the highest TAS value of 6.804 was obtained, namely adding facilities to make it more complete and upgrading to be better which provides comfort for agro-tourism visitors

Abstract

One way to find out the relative advantages of public parks is by conducting landscape design. The study aims to identify the impact of landscape elements and principles on public parks, To know the application of landscape design elements to public parks, and To find out how to apply landscape principles in public parks. The study was conducted on 10 regional cities in east Java with 3 public parks each, providing 30 public parks from March 2022 to August 2022. The study is achieved with a quantitative and qualitative method in which all data is obtained through direct observations in the field through a questionnaire. The data used in this study is research on landscape performance; landscape design elements and principles are subject to investigation. The observed variable includes 36. Studies take as many as 30 respondents to interviews or fill out questionnaires. Research shows that the Sidoarjo Square, the Unfortunate Square, the Gong Garden, the Apricot Garden, the Torch Park, the Tremiron Garden, and the Bungle Garden take up the first quadrant. The Gersik Square, Stone Square, the Green Town of Stone Park, the Municipal Square, the Old Town Park, Ngronggo Park, Safari 2, Taji Park and Cape Puri occupied the second quadrant. The park occupying Quadrant 3 is Prambanan Gersik, Candra Wilwatikta Park, Kehati Park and Rainbow Park. Quadrant 4 comprises Pancasila Fortress Park, Archway Park, Kennedy park and Mojokerto Square

Abstract

One of the stages in managing the logistics of drugs is storage. Drug storage is an activity that involves storing and maintaining drugs with the goals of preserving drug quality, preventing irresponsible use of drugs, and making it easier to search for and control drugs. This study analyzes the logistics management of drug storage in pharmacies in 2022. This research is an analytic descriptive study with a qualitative approach. Data was gathered through direct interviews with informants, including pharmacists and pharmacist assistants. The findings revealed some differences and similarities between pharmacies based on 12 criteria for drug storage. The criteria for storing these drugs include drugs stored in a special warehouse, drugs stored not mixed with other equipment, medicines placed on shelves/pallets indirectly on the floor, medications kept in doses from delivery, treatments separated by dosage form, pills arranged alphabetically, medicines are stored according to drug class (medicine for general, moderate, severe diseases), medicines that require cold temperatures stored in a refrigerator or cold chain, narcotics, and psychotropics are stored in a special cupboard and locked, storage of drugs uses the FIFO and FEFO systems, what is done for drugs that are near their expiration date, and what is done for drugs that have expired. All of the samples, which include thirty-six pharmacies, have stored medications on shelves or pallets and indirectly on the floor, have stored medicines by the dosage forms, and have stored drugs using the FIFO and FEF systems

Abstract

This research aims to reveal the strategies used by companies to improve the work environment with the aim of maximizing employee satisfaction and performance. Employee satisfaction and performance are two key factors that have a significant impact on a company's success and sustainability. This research uses a qualitative approach with case studies of several companies that have succeeded in improving the work environment and achieving high levels of employee satisfaction and performance. The research method will involve in-depth interviews with senior managers and employees who have relevant experience in these companies. The results of this research conducted by several companies operating in the heavy equipment supply business in West Jakarta reveal various strategies that have been used by successful companies to create a work environment that supports employee productivity and happiness. These findings provide valuable insights for company management to increase the job satisfaction and performance of their employees through improving the work environment and better efforts to meet employee needs and expectations. The implications of this research can also be used as a guide for other companies in their efforts to maximize employee potential through better human resource management strategies

Abstract

The demand for rice fluctuates significantly along with the increase in population every year, making PT. Daya Tani Sembada, as a premium rice-producing company, must do planning to deal with changes in demand that will occur. This research aims to analyze rice demand forecasting and the optimal rice inventory. The method of determining the sample is purposive sampling, where the Director and Administrative Staff are vital informants. Demand forecasting was analyzed using the Double Exponential Smoothing (Holts) method and inventory control using Economic Order Quantity. The results showed that: 1) forecasting calculations show that the demand for rice in the next period is 33,367.38 tons; 2) inventory control calculations show that the company can prepare premium rice inventory of 29.89 tons, safety stock of 336.03 tons, ROP when rice inventory is at 779.47 tons, and TIC that must prepare amounting to IDR. 5,357,082,020, -, overall, demand for rice has increased by 8,662.58 tons from the previous period so that the company can increase production for the next period by the draft inventory control calculation

Abstract

The impact of the Covid-19 pandemic has affected the decline in sales of agroindustries, including the Super Moro Tresno Ledre agroindustry. It can be seen from the decrease in the Number of tourists in Bojonegoro Regency in the last two years (2020-2021), which has an impact on the sale of ledre as a typical souvenir food from Bojonegoro has decreased consumers. In addition, the development of ledre agroindustry in Bojonegoro is quite a lot, which certainly causes competition among fellow ledre agroindustries. This research aims to analyze the level of customer satisfaction and the attributes that need to be improved to increase customer satisfaction. This research uses the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) method for the first objective and the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method for the second. The results showed that the overall level of customer satisfaction based on the CSI value was 75.67%, which means that customer satisfaction is in the "Satisfied" index. Based on the results of the IPA analysis, it is known that several attributes need to be improved, which include product packaging standards, responses to consumer complaints and suggestions, varied and affordable prices, suitability of packaging portions at the cost spent, prices offered with the benefits obtained by consumers, freedom of movement in the store, and shop space arrangement

Abstract

Ledug Coffee Indonesia is a trading business engaged in coffee production upstream, downstream, and education. With the large number of similar robusta coffee business actors and the high demand for coffee, Ledug Coffee Indonesia still needs to innovate in diversifying processed coffee to increase added Value and sales through a targeted marketing mix. The purpose of this research is to find out about the amount of said Value of robusta coffee from green bean to roasted bean and from roasted bean to ground coffee and to determine the effect of the marketing mix (7P) of robusta coffee business on consumer buying interest in Ledug Coffee Indonesia methods in research analysis tools Hayami Method and WarpPLS 7.0 with 65 respondents. The results showed that the ratio of added Value generated from processing green beans into roasted beans was 38%, indicating that the Value was considered moderate. The percentage of added Value generated from processing roasted beans into ground coffee is 40%, which suggests that the Value is classified as medium. The results of the analysis of the effect of the 7P marketing mix on consumer buying interest in the robusta variant Ledug Coffee at Ledug Coffee Indonesia, which has a positive and significant impact, namely the product variable (X1), price (X2), people (X5), and process (X6). In contrast, the place variable (X3) has a negative and significant effect. The promotion variable (X4) has a negative and insignificant impact, while the physical evidence variable (X7) has a positive and little influence

Employee discipline serves as the primary foundation to achieve the company's goals. However, several factors can influence a company's success or failure, namely leadership and work motivation. This research aims to comprehend the influence of leadership and work basis on employee work discipline at PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk. Sidoarjo Branch. A saturation sampling technique is employed for sample selection in this research, which involves the entire population existing in PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk. Sidoarjo Branch, totaling 88 respondents. This research uses a questionnaire directly administered to the respondents. The analysis method utilized Partial Least Squares (PLS). The research findings demonstrate that leadership and work motivation impact the work discipline of employees at PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk. Sidoarjo Branch

Abstract

Firm value is essential in the company because all company decisions can influence investor decisions. If the company value is good, investors and potential investors will view the company favorably, and vice versa. This study aims to determine the effect of liquidity, capital structure, and profitability on the value of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014 - 2021. The population used in this study is cosmetics companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014 - 2021, totaling six companies. The research sample used a saturated sampling technique, where the population in this study was used as a sample. The data analysis technique in this study uses Multiple Regression Analysis. The results of this study prove that liquidity and profitability have a positive and significant effect on firm value. Capital structure negatively affects substantial value in cosmetic companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange
