Abstract

The football competition period lasts 6-9 months on an annual training program. Long competitions certainly result in physical and mental fatigue in athletes. In the theory of training periodization, a period of rest after the end of the competition (transition period) gives athletes the opportunity to rest and psychic relaxation while maintaining optimal physical condition. This paper seeks to review the literature relevant to the concepts and practices in the transition period. Discussion covers two main things: the facts that occur during the transition period and exercises that athletes need to do during the transition period. The results of this discussion aim to make athletes and coaches understand the things that occur during the transition period and what exercise practices, such as what athletes need to do to prevent the potential detraining syndrome. So that in the preparation period of the new season, the athlete's performance level is in good condition.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui ketepatan akurasi passing setelah diberikan treatment latihan passing bervariasi. Dalam penelitian yang sudahdilakukan diperoleh hasil yang menggambarkan bahwa kemampuan passing anak-anak SSB Persisac Usia 10-12 tahun ada peningkatan yang signifikan setelah diberikan treatment passing bervariasi.Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif atau angka karena penelitian yang dilakukan adalah jenis penelitian eksperimen sehingga analisisnya berdasarkan angka dengan menggunakan analisis statistik, yaitu kegiatan penelitian yang di awali dengan tes awal lalu memberikan perlakuan dan diakhiri dengan tes untuk di uji kebenaranya. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah tes ketrampilan bermain sepakbola yaitu gawang ukuran kecil berbentuk bidang dengan lebar 1,5 m dan panjang 0,5 m dengan jarak penendang 10 m dengan batas garis. Saran peneliti, Variasi latihan merupakan suatu cara yang baik untuk menanamkan kebiasaan-kebiasaan tertentu di dan bertujuan untuk memperoleh ketepatan passing yang akurat. Variasi latihan dilakukan secara berulang-ulang untuk suatu teknik yang sama dalam meningkatkan kemampuan serta akurasi untuk melakukan passing yang akurat. The effect of varying passing exercises on the passing accuracy of Persisac football school students aged 10-12 years Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of various passing exercises on the passing accuracy of Persisac Football School players aged 10-12 years. This type of research is quasi-experimental, using a quantitative approach. The design of this study was a Randomized Control Group Pretest-posttest Design. The sampling technique in this study was a total sampling of 20 people. The instrument used was a ball kick skill test, with the validity of the test being 0.812 and the reliability being 0.856. Data analysis in this study used parametric statistics with intergroup t-test analysis. The results showed that there was an increase in the positive and significant effect of various passing exercises on the accuracy of passing at the Persisac Football School in the 10-12 years age group indicated by the results of the t value < 0.05 and the results of the analysis of the effect which gave an increase of 15.57%. The conclusion of this study is that there is a significant increase in varying passing exercises on the accuracy of passing at the Persisac Soccer School in the 10-12 years age group. Suggestions for coaches and players in an effort to improve the results of good passing techniques can use a varied passing training program as one way to facilitate mastery of the techniques learned.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menambah literatur terkait analisis gerak tendangan shooting menggunakan punggung kaki pada atlet sepakbola dengan pembahasan ringkas, jelas dan terperinci. Lalu dibentuk dalam sebuah ringkasan singkat mencakup tentang informasi topik artikel beserta aspek-aspek yang berpengaruh dalam topik tersebut. Buku dan jurnal dalam penelitian ini menjadi sumber data dengan dibantu jurnal dan buku yang relevan lainnya. Sumber data dirujuk dari Google Scholar, ResearchGate, Academia.edu, Pubmed dan beberapa sumber artikel jurnal yang relevan dijadikan sebagai referensi. Sumber data diperoleh dari publikasi nasional maupun internasional dengan kriteria tahun 2007 hingga 2021 terkait materi analisis gerak, biomekanika, hubungan-perbandingan, dan mekanisme tendangan dalam olahraga Sepakbola. Teknik instep kick dipengaruhi power dan akurasi yang berkesinambungan dengan  beberapa faktor seperti tumpuan kaki, core stability, kekuatan otot tungkai, fleksibilitas, daya tahan otot, koordinasi neuromuscular, keseimbangan, serta konsentrasi dan fokus pada sasaran. Begitu juga dengan memperhatikan terkait sikap tubuh keseluruhan (posisi kaki tumpu, gerakan kaki), ayunan, posisi togok, sikap tangan, Kontak antara bagian kaki dengan bagian bola, pandangan mata, dan Follow through. Pada teknik ini pun terdapat keterkaitan dengan tulang, otot dan sendi yang mampu mempengaruhi hasil teknik instep kick. Penelitian selanjutnya diharapkan dapat mempelajari bentuk program latihan atau mengkaji lebih rinci terkait variabel yang mempengaruhinya. Instep kick motion analysis at football athletes in performance improvement  Abstract. The purpose of this study is to add to the literature related to the analysis of the motion of shooting kicks using the instep of football athletes with a concise, clear and detailed discussion. Then it is formed in a brief summary covering information on the topic of the article along with aspects that influence the topic. Books and journals in this study become data sources with the help of other relevant journals and books. The data sources are referenced from Google Scholar, ResearchGate, Academia.edu, Pubmed and several sources of relevant journal articles as references. Data sources are obtained from national and international publications with criteria for 2007 to 2021 related to motion analysis, biomechanics, relationship-comparison, and kick mechanisms in soccer. The instep kick technique is influenced by continuous power and accuracy with several factors such as foot support, core stability, leg muscle strength, flexibility, muscle endurance, neuromuscular coordination, balance, and concentration and focus on the target. Likewise, by paying attention to the overall body posture (pedal position, foot movement), swing, togok position, hand attitude, contact between the foot and the ball, eye gaze, and follow through. In this technique there are also links with bones, muscles and joints that can affect the results of the instep kick technique. Further research can study the form of the exercise program or examine in more detail the variables that influence it.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui hasil analisis shooting dan passing terhadap akurasi tendangan pada tim U-19 Sheyfa Futsal Academy Kendal. Seluruh pemain U-19 putra Sheyfa Futsal Academy menjadi populasi dan sampel pada penelitian ini. Metode penelitian yang digunakan berupa Pilot Study karena hanya dilakukan pada satu pertandingan saja. Data diperoleh dengan cara melakukan analisis pada pertandingan trofeo yang dilaksanakan pada tanggal 22 Maret 2022 menggunakan scoresheet pada setiap pertandingan selama 2x20 menit. Data kemudian dianalisis menggunakan Microsoft Excel 2013 untuk diperoleh rata-rata dan persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa shooting pemain kategori cukup sebesar 40% dengan total pemain pada kategori ini sebanyak 8 orang. Sedangkan 12 pemain lain berada pada kategori baik dengan persentase sebesar 60%. Tingkat keakuratan passing yang dihasilkan oleh sampel, yang berada pada kategori baik sebesar 45% dengan jumlah pemain sebanyak 9 orang. Sampel yang berhasil melakukan passing dengan kategori sangat baik berjumlah 11 orang dengan hasil persentase sebesar 55%. Peneletian yang akan datang, diharapkan dapat menggunakan sampel yang jumlahnya lebih besar serta membahas terkait hal-hal yang mempengaruhi tingkat akurasi  passing dan shooting.   Analysis of shooting and passing on kick accuracy in the U-19 Sheyfa Futsal Academy Kendal teamAbstract: The purpose of this study was to determine the results of shooting and passing on kick accuracy on the u-19 team at Sheyfa Futsal Academy Kendal. All male U-19 players of Sheyfa Futsal Academy became the population and sample in this study. The research method used is descriptive quantitative. The data was obtained by analyzing the Trofeo match, which was held on March 22, 2022, using a scoresheet in each match for 2x20 minutes. The data was then analyzed using Microsoft Excel 2013 to obtain the average and percentage. The results showed that the shooting category of players was sufficient by 40%, with a total of 8 players in this category. While the other 12 players are in the good category with a percentage of 60%. The level of accuracy passing produced by the sample, which is in the good category, is 45% with a total of 9 players. The sample who succeeded in passing in the very good category was 11 people with a percentage result of 55%. Future research is expected to be able to discuss matters that affect the level of accuracy of passing and shooting.

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan menghasilkan model dasar dribbling futsal siswa ekstrakurikuler SMP. Langkah-langkah penelitian (1) penelitian dan pengumpulan data (2) perencanaan (3) pengembangan draft produk awal (4) validasi ahli (5) revisi hasil ujicoba (6) ujicoba lapangan utama (7) revisi terhadap produk (8) melakukan ujicoba lapangan operasional (9) revisi produk akhir (10) desiminasi dan implementasi. Uji coba skala kecil siswa ekstrakurikuler futsal SMPN 4 Tasikmalaya yang berjumlah 19, dan SMPN 9 Tasikmalaya berjumlah 21. Uji coba skala besar siswa ekstrakurikuler futsal SMPN 3 Depok berjumlah 17, SMPN 4 Depok berjumlah 22, dan SMPN 5 Yogyakarta yang berjumlah 21. Instrumen pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu:(1) pedoman wawancara, (2) skala nilai, (3) pedoman observasi model, (4) pedoman observasi keefektifan model, dan (5) kuesioner untuk siswa. Teknik analisis data yang dilakukan yaitu analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dan analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil menghasilkan 8 model latihan dribbling futsal yaitu: (1) dribbling lurus, (2) dribbling estafet, (2) dribbling memutar lapangan, (4) dribbling sircuit, (5) dribbling dan kejar lawan, (6) dribbling dengan mengumpulkan cone, (7) dribbling menerobos, dan (8) dribbling menjaga rumah. Kesimpulan model latihan dribbling futsal melatih teknik dasar dribbling pada siswa ekstrakurikuler tingkat SMP dinilai baik dan efektif sehingga model latihan yang dikembangkan layak untuk digunakan. Development of a futsal dribbling training model through simple games Abstract: The research aims to produce a basic model of futsal dribbling for junior high school extracurriculars. Research steps (1) research and data collection (2) planning (3) development of initial product drafts (4) expert validation (5) revision of trial results (6) main field trials (7) revision of the product (8) conduct trials operational field (9) final product revision (10) dissemination and implementation. Small-scale trials of futsal extracurricular students at SMPN 4 Tasikmalaya totaled 19, and SMPN 9 Tasikmalaya is totaling 21. Large-scale trials of futsal extracurricular students at SMPN 3 Depok totaling 17, SMPN 4 Depok totaling 22, and SMPN 5 Yogyakarta is totaling 21. Collection instruments The data used are (1) interview guidelines, (2) value scales, (3) model observation guidelines, (4) model effectiveness observation guidelines, and (5) questionnaires for students. The data analysis technique used was quantitative descriptive analysis and qualitative descriptive analysis. The results produced eight models of futsal dribbling exercises, namely: (1) straight dribbling, (2) relay dribbling, (2) dribbling turning the field, (4) circuit dribbling, (5) dribbling and chasing opponents, (6) dribbling by collecting cones, (7) dribbling through, and (8) dribbling guarding the house. The conclusion of the futsal dribbling training model trains basic dribbling techniques for junior high school level extracurricular students considered good and effective so that the training model developed is feasible to use.

Abstract

Sepakbola sebagai olahraga tim sekaligus permainan yang kompleks membutuhkan kemampuan taktis, teknis, dan fisik tingkat tinggi untuk berhasil. Selama pertandingan kompetitif, kombinasi acak dari aktivitas eksplosif dan kuat, bersama dengan gerakan teknis dan taktis, dilakukan secara berselang selama 90 menit. Tujuan dari penulisan ini untuk mendiskusikan tuntutan fisik dan karakteristik dari permainan sepakbola. Penulisan artikel ini menggunakan teknik review literatur yang berfokus pada tuntutan fisik dan karakteristik kinerja pemain sepakbola yang secara khusus menyajikan perbedaannya pada masing-masing posisi bermain pada sepakbola tingkat elit. Hasil dari pembahasan ini adalah permainan sepakbola didominasi oleh sistem energi anaerobik yang mencirikan aktivitas intermiten dengan intensitas tinggi. Pada peran pada masing-masing posisi, secara spesifik pemain memiliki tuntutan fisik yang berbeda. Kami menyimpulkan bahwa untuk melakukan analisis performa pemain sepakbola harus memperhatikan masing-masing posisi bermain. Physical demands and performance characteristics of football players according to playing position Abstract: Football, as a team sport as well as a complicated game, requires high levels of tactical, technical, and physical skills to achieve. During competitive matches, random combinations of explosive and powerful activities and technical and tactical moves are performed intermittently over 90 minutes. The purpose of this paper is to discuss the physical demands and characteristics of the game of football. Writing of this article uses a literature review technique that focuses on the physical demands and performance characteristics of football players, which specifically presents the differences in each playing position in elite-level football. The result of this discussion is that football is dominated by an anaerobic energy system that characterizes intermittent activity with high intensity. In the role of each position, players have different physical demands. We conclude that in order to analyze football players' performance, they need to pay attention to each playing position.

Abstract

Dalam pelaksanaan penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan teknik dasar passing dan controlling bagi pemain di team Rea Reo Fc Kota Blitar. Penelitian ini di latar belakangi dari hasil observasi sekaligus wawancara yang di lakukan oleh peneliti pada pelatih dan pemain di team Rea Reo Fc Kota Blitar. Peneliti menemukan bahwa terdapat permasalahan yang terjadi yaitu kurang efektifnya Teknik Dasar  Passing dan Controlling pada antar individu di team ini, hal itu disebabkan karena pelatih hanya menggunakan teknik dasar yang sama seperti yang dahulu, sehingga terkesan monoton daan itu – itu saja. Mengakibatkan pemain menjadi kurang bersemangat dengan desain yang lama ini. Pelaksanaan penelitian dengan model penelitian Borg and Gall. Adapun instrumen yang digunakan peneliti untuk mengumpulkan data berikut : (1) Angket Validasi Instrumen, (2) Angket Validasi Ahli Sepakbola, (3) Angket Respon Pemain . Tujuan penelitian ini untuk meningkatkan kemampuan individu pemain dalam Teknik DasarPassing dan Controlling. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa hasilpenilaian dari ahli Validitas Instrumen mendapatkan skor 80%, Ahli Sepakbola mendapatkan skor (1) 94%, (2) 90%, Angket respon pemain setelah penerapan 90%. Bedasarkan hasil observasi pelatih dan pemain  saat penerapan desain latihan , juga menunjukan adanya kegiatan timbal balik yang baik antara pemain dan pelatih. Desain Latihan Teknik Dasar Passing dan Kontrol pada Sepakbola Abstract: In the implementation of this research,the aim is todevelop basic passing and controlling techniques in the Rea Rea Fc team in Blitar City. This research is based on the results of observations as well as interviews conducted by researchers on coaches and players in the Rea Reo Fc team in Blitar City. The researcher found that there were problems that occurred, namely the ineffectiveness of the Basic Passing and Controlling Techniques between individuals in this team, this was because the trainer only used the same basic techniques as before, so it seemed monotonous and that's all. Resulted in players becoming less excited with this old design. The implementation of the research using the Borg and Gall research model. The instruments used by researchers to collect the following data: (1) Instrument Validation Questionnaire, (2) Football Expert Validation Questionnaire, (3) Player Response Questionnaire. The purpose of this study is to improve the individual skills of players in Basic Passing and Controlling Techniques. The results of this study indicate that the results of the assessment of Instrument Validity experts get a score of 80%, Football Experts get a score of (1) 94%, (2) 90%, Questionnaire player responses after the application of 90%. Based on the results of observations of coaches and players when implementing the exercise design, it also shows that there is a good reciprocal activity between players and coaches.

Abstract

Permasalahan yang sangat rentan dan banyak atlet yang mengalami rasa sakit pada otot punggung bagian bawah, hal ini dikarenakan latihan kekuatan yang kurang intensif pada otot inti terutama pada bagian perut. Merujuk pada hasil tes kondisi fisik yang dilakukan atlet sepak bola klub tiga naga menunjukan bahwa nilai yang paling terendah ialah kekuatan otot perut. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya pengaruh latihan memutar sepeda crunch terhadap daya tahan perut atlet sepak bola. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah atlet Klub Sepak Bola Tiga Naga Pekanbaru yang menggunakan teknik total sampling sebanyak 25 atlet. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan pre-test-post-test dengan instrumen yaitu uji Sit Up, teknik analisis data uji normalitas dan uji-t. Berdasarkan analisis data pre-test dan post-test, terdapat pengaruh dan peningkatan latihan twisted bike crunch terhadap daya tahan abdomen atlet klub sepak bola Tiga Naga sebesar 1,84 dan berdasarkan analisis statistik inferensial menggunakan uji-t, thitung adalah 5,935 dan ttabel adalah 1,711. Artinya thitung > ttabel, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa latihan twisted cycling crunch terhadap daya tahan otot perut mengalami peningkatan yang signifikan. The effect of twisted bicycle crunch exercise on the abdominal muscle endurance of football athletes Abstract: The problem is very vulnerable, and many athletes experience pain in the lower back muscles, this is due to less intensive strength training in the core muscles, especially in the abdomen. Referring to the results of the physical condition test conducted by the three dragon soccer club athletes, it showed that the lowest value was the strength of the abdominal muscles. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is an effect of rotating bicycle crunch exercise on the endurance of soccer athletes' stomachs. The population in this study were the athletes of the Pekanbaru Tiga Naga Football Club using a total sampling technique of 25 athletes. This type of research uses pre-test-post-test with instruments, namely Sit Up test, normality test data analysis techniques, and t-test. Based on pre-test and post-test data analysis, there is an effect and increase in twisted bike crunch exercise on the abdominal endurance of Tiga Naga soccer club athletes by 1.84 and based on inferential statistical analysis using t-test, tcount is 5.935 and ttable is 1.711. This means that tcount > ttable, so it can be concluded that the twisted cycling crunch exercise on abdominal muscle endurance experienced a significant increase.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa profil kebugaran fisik atlet sepakbola PSIW Wonosobo. Komponen yangditeliti meliputi kekuatan, kecepatan, kelincahan, kelentukan, power dan daya tahan jantung paru.Penelitianinimerupakankuantitatifdenganmetodependekatan deskrptif. Subyek penelitian ini adalah atlet sepakbola PSIW Wonosobo dengan jumlah 15 atlet. Pengambilan data menggunakan tes daninstrumen sebagi berikut: kekuatan yaitu sit up, kelentukan yaitu sit and reach, power otot tungkai yaituvertical jump, kecepatan yaitu sprint 30m, kelincahan yaitu shuttle run, dandaya tahan jantung paru yaitu multistage fitness test. Hasil penelitian profil kebugaran fisik atlet sepakbola PSIW Wonosobo yang meliputi kekuatan, kelentukan,power otot tungkai, kecepatan, kelincahan, dan daya tahan jantung paru, yaitu: tes kekuatan (sit-up) memperoleh hasil sempurna 15 atlet 100%, baik sekali 0 atlet 0%, baik 0 atlet 0%, cukup 0atlet 0%, kurang 0 atlet 0%. Tes kecepatan (sprint 30 meter) memperoleh hasil baik sekali 1 atlet 6,67%, baik 8 atlet 53,33%, sedang 6 atlet 40%, kurang 0 atlet 0%, kurang sekali 0 atlet 0%. Tes kelincahan, baik sekali 15 atlet 100%, baik 0 atlet 0%, sedang 0 atlet 0%, kurang baik 0 atlet 0%, kurang sekali 0 atlet 0%. Tes Daya Tahan (MFT), kurang 10 atlet 67%, baik 4 atlet 27%, baik sekali 1 atlet 7%, sempurna 0 atlet 0%. Physical fitness profile of PSIW Wonosobo football athletes League 3 Central Java 2022 Abstract: This study aims to analyze the physical fitness profile of PSIW Wonosobo soccer athletes. The components studied include strength, speed, agility, flexibility, power, and cardiopulmonary endurance. This research is quantitative with a descriptive approach method. The subjects of this study were PSIW Wonosobo soccer athletes, with a total of 15 athletes. Data were collected using the following tests and instruments: strength, namely sit-ups; flexibility, namely sit and reach; leg muscle power, namely vertical jump; speed, namely 30m sprint; agility, namely shuttle run; and cardiopulmonary endurance, namely multistage fitness test. The results of the research on the physical fitness profile of PSIW Wonosobo soccer athletes, which include strength, flexibility, leg muscle power, speed, agility, and cardiopulmonary endurance, namely: strength tests (sit-ups) obtained perfect results for 15 athletes with 100%, very good 0 athletes 0%, good 0 athletes 0%, enough 0 athletes 0%, less 0 athletes 0%. The speed test (sprint 30 meters) got very good results one athlete was 6.67%, good eight athletes with 53.33%, six athletes with 40%, 0 athletes with 0% less, and 0 athletes with 0% very poor. Agility test, very good 15 athletes 100%, good 0 athletes 0%, moderate 0 athletes 0%, poor 0 athletes 0%, very poor 0 athletes 0%. Flexibility test (sit and reach), perfect 15 athletes 100%, very good 0 athletes 0%, good 0 athletes 0%, enough 0 athletes 0%, less 0 athletes 0%. Power test (vertical jump), perfect three athletes 20%, very good three athletes 20%, good four athletes 27%, enough four athletes 27%, less one athlete 7%. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menghasilkan metode latihan sepakbola berbasis Triangle in Pair With Soccer Goals dengan pendekatan bermain untuk siswa Sekolah Sepakbola usia 12 tahun yang layak digunakan. Penelitian pengembangan dilakukan dengan mengadaptasi langkah-langkah penelitian pengembangan sebagai berikut: (1) pengumpulan informasi di lapangan dan analisis terhadap informasi yang telah dikumpulkan, (2) mengembangkan produk awal (draf metode), (3) validasi ahli dan revisi, (4) uji coba lapangan skala kecil dan revisi, (5) uji coba lapangan skala besar dan revisi, dan (6) pembuatan produk final. Instrumen pengumpulan data: (1) pedoman wawancara, (2) skala nilai, (3) pedoman observasi metode, (4) pedoman observasi keefektifan metode, dan (5) kuesioner untuk siswa. Teknik analisis data yaitu analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dan analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Uji validitas mendapatkan skor 90% bertujuan untuk menilai kevalidan, untuk penilaian responden pemain mendapat skor 78,68% bertujuan untuk menilai keefektifan produk. Simpulan penelitian latihan triangle in pair with soccer goals besar menunjukkan hasil penilaian memenuhi kriteria “Valid”, dan kategori penilaian “Efektif” sehingga dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan teknik dasar passing pada cabang sepakbola U-12 di SSB Ngujang Fc Tulungagung. Development of training method’s triangle in pair with soccer goals for U-12 This research was aimed to create an Triangle in Pair With Soccer Goals playing approach for year 12 students of football school. This research and development was conducted by adapting R & D steps according, consisting of: (1) collecting information and information analysis, (2) developing initial product, (3) expert validation and revision, (4) preliminary field test and revi-sion, (5) main field test and revision, and (6) making the final product. The data collection instruments used were: (1) interview guide, (2) scoring scale, (3) observation guide, (4) metode effectiveness observation guide, and (5) questionnaires of students. The data were analyzed using the quantitative descriptive analysis and qualitative descriptive analysis.The results of the validity test got a score of 90% aimed at assessing the validity, for the assessment of the respondents the players got a score of 78.68% aimed at assessing the effectiveness of the product. The conclusion of the research on the triangle in pair with soccer goals is that the assessment results meet the "Valid" criteria, and the assessment category is "Effective" so that it can be used to improve basic passing techniques in the U-12 soccer branch at SSB Ngujang Fc Tulungagung.
